Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the management of pharmaceutical supplies management for puskesmas including the planning, procurement, and distribution stages within the North Bengkulu Regency Health Office. This research uses a mixed approach (caustic and qualitative). The type of data used is primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data. The respondents of this study were managers of pharmaceutical supplies at 22 health centers in North Bengkulu Regency and managers of pharmaceutical supplies at the North Bengkulu Regency Health Office, taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis methods are used qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on field research, the results were obtained that: (1) The planning of drug needs in the management of pharmaceutical supplies at the puskesmas in North Bengkulu Regency has been carried out in accordance with the planning stages; (2) The procurement of puskesmas pharmaceutical supplies at the North Bengkulu District Health Office is carried out by the Health Office proposed by the puskesmas through the RKO (Drug Needs Plan) document; and (3) The distribution of drugs in the management of pharmaceutical supplies at puskesmas in North Bengkulu Regency has been carried out as scheduled, namely 4 times a year (quarterly). Keywords: Planning, Procurement and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Supplies Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan teori manajemen logistik obat, yang merupakan proses pengelolaan yang strategis mengenai pengadaan, distribusi dan penyimpanan obat dalam upaya mencapai kinerja yang optimal (Quick et al., 2012). Pengelolaan obat merupakan suatu proses yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. Proses pengelolaan obat dapat terwujud dengan baik apabila didukung dengan kemampuan sumber daya yang tersedia dalam suatu sistem. Tujuan utama pengelolaan obat Kabupaten/Kota adalah tersedianya obat yang berkualitas baik, tersebar secara merata, jenis dan jumlah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakat di unit pelayanan Kesehatan (Kemenkes, 2016). Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, yakni mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi untuk puskesmas meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengadaan dan distribusi di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran (kautitatif dan kualitatif). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan data dokumentasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengelola perbekalan farmasi di 22 puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dan pengelola perbekalan farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, diambil dengan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian lapangan, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kebutuhan obat dalam manajemen perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tahapan perencanaan.; (2) Pengadaan perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan yang diusulkan puskesmas melalui dokumen RKO (Rencana Kebutukan Obat). Dinas Kesehatan melakukan pengadaan obat melalui e-purchasing berdasarkan e-catalogue, dan jika obat tidak ada di e-catalogue, maka dilakukan dengan metode lainnya pengadaan langsung dan tender; dan (3) Pendistribusian obat dalam manajemen perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sudah dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal, yakni 4 kali dalam setahun (triwulanan). Abstract

Abstract : The sustainability of the company has become one of the issues in the world of work, and every company is now focusing on environmental issues to the competitiveness and success of company. Human resources are at the forefront of realizing successful environmental management. The purpose of the study was to determine the practices of GHRM, and to identify and analyse the extent to which the practice of green human resource management at PT Bank Bengkulu. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. the population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Bengkulu, while the sample used was 95 employees of Bank Bengkulu. Data collection using surveys were distributed online via a google form link. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) refers to the positive environmental outcomes as the consequences of the human beings’ activities. It categorises into; (1) developing the ability of environmentally friendly employees, (2) motivating environmentally friendly employees, and (3) providing green opportunities. The collected data were analysed using descriptive analysis. The results found that, on overall, the practice of GHRM respected management at PT Bank Bengkulu was very low. Dimension green recruitment, it was found that Bengkulu Bank has not actively implemented a recruitment system by including elements of caring for the environment, the recruitment system carried out by Bank Bengkulu so far is only limited to meeting the human resource needs required by the Bank. For specific criteria, it is only based on the results of the test scores given to prospective employees. Second, the green training at Bank Bengkulu obtained a very low assessment, there was no form of training that included environmental elements, the form of training only focused on employee understanding of the jobdesk to be carried out. Third, on the green performance management at Bank Bengkulu also obtained a very low rating, employee performance appraisal does not include environmental elements, employees are only assessed through the performance produced, for example the target is achieved or the job desk understanding of each employee. This study also found that green involvement in Bengkulu Bank with very low scores, in which employees are not involved in caring for the environment, Bengkulu Bank does not provide company awareness to protect the environment that led to the flow of communication. Further, there was no special action from the leadership that regulated regulations to direct all employees to be concerned about environmental issues. Finally green rewards were also found to be very low, employees did not see or feel rewards for their behavior that cared about the environment, there were no forms of financial or non-financial rewards for behavior, then the company did not communicate that the company would give rewards to employees who have environmentally friendly behavior. This study also found that no form of incentive would be given to employees who behaved in an environmentally friendly manner. Abstrak : Keberlanjutan perusahaan menjadi salah satu isu di seluruh dunia kerja, dan setiap perusahaan sekarang fokus pada masalah lingkungan terhadap daya saing dan keberhasilan perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan garda terdepan dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan lingkungan yang sukses. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui praktik Green Human Resource Management pada PT Bank Bengkulu dan mengidentifikasi sekaligus menganalisis sejauh mana praktik green human resource management di PT Bank Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Bengkulu, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 95 karyawan Bank Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survei yang didistribusikan secara online melalui link google form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Green Human Resource Management merupakan kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan yang memiliki hasil lingkungan yang positif. Praktik GHRM dalam riset ini dikategorikan menjadi tiga aktivitas utama, yaitu: (1) Mengembangkan kemampuan karyawan ramah lingkungan, (2) Memotivasi karyawan ramah lingkungan, dan (3) Memberikan peluang hijau. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, secara keseluruhan praktik green human resource management pada PT Bank Bengkulu sangat rendah. Pertama pada dimensi green recruitment ditemukan bahwa Bank Bengkulu belum secara aktif menerapkan sistem recruitment dengan memasukkan unsur peduli terhadap lingkungan, sistem recruitment yang dilakukan oleh Bank Bengkulu sejauh ini hanya sebatas, pada pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan oleh Bank. Untuk keriteria secara khusus hanya berpatokan pada hasil nilai tes yang diberikan kepada calon karyawan. Kedua pada dimensi green training pada Bank Bengkulu diperoleh penilaian sangat rendah, tidak ada bentuk training yang memasukkan unsur lingkungan, bentuk training hanya berfokus pada pemahaman karaywan terhadap jobdesk yang akan dilakukan. Ketiga, pada dimensi green performance management pada Bank Bengkulu juga diperoleh penilaian sangat rendah, penilaian kinerja karyawan tidak memasukkan unsur lingkungan, karyawan hanya dinilai melalui kinerja yang dihasilkan misalnya target tercapai ataupun pemahanan jobdesk dari masing-masing karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa green involvement pada Bank Bengkulu dengan perolah nilai sangat rendah, karyawan tidak dilibatkan untuk berperilaku peduli terhadap lingkungan, Bank Bengkulu tidak memberikan kesadaran perusahaan untuk menjaga lingkungan, yang ini juga akan mengarah pada aliran komunikasi yang timbul, lebih kanjut tidak ada tindakan khusus dari pimpinan yang mengatur regulasi untuk mengarahkan semua karyawan untuk bersikap peduli terhadap issu lingkungan. Terakhir green reward juga ditemukan sangat rendah, karywan tidak melihat atau merasakan reward atas perilakunya yang peduli terhadap lingkungan, bentuk reward finansial atau non finansial atas perilaku tersebut juga tidak ada, kemudian perusahaan tidak mengkomunikasi bahwa perusahaan akan memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang memiliki perilaku ramah lingkungan, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tidak ada bentuk insentif yang akan diberikan kepada karyawan yang berperilaku ramah lingkungan. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and brand image on customer loyalty at Café Well The Food (WTF) Bengkulu. The research was built using four hypotheses which were then tested for their truth. A total of 25,200 customers who became the study population were determined as many as 185 customers as a sample using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires were selected to be used as a data collection tool. The research analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis in the form of means and hypothesis testing methods using multiple linear regression assisted by the application of SPSS ver. 20. The findings reveal that service quality has a partial significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a partial significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a partial significant effect on customer loyalty and service quality, product quality and brand image has a simultaneous significant effect on customer loyalty. For this reason, Café Well The Food (WTF) Bengkulu needs to pay special attention to service quality, product quality and brand image that is built in order to maintain customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Brand Image and Customer Loyalty Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality, product quality dan brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Café Well The Food (WTF) Bengkulu. Penelitian dibangun dengan menggunakan empat hipotesis yang kemudian diuji kebenarannya. Sebanyak 25.200 pelanggan yang menjadi populasi penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 185 pelanggan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan kuesioner dipilih untuk digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif berupa mean dan metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS ver. 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Untuk itu, Café Well The Food (WTF) Bengkulu perlu memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan brand image yang dibangun demi menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study ware to analyze the effect of burnout and employee engagement on employee well-being of health workers at Argamakmur Hospital. This study uses a quantitative design with an explanatory research design. Respondents were 84 health workers in Argamakmur Hospital. Data collection use a questionnaire survey, while data analysis uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed that burnout had a negative effect on employee well-being. Employee engagement has a positive effect on employee well-being. The conclusion of this study is that burnout and employee engagement variables have an effect on employee well-being. These results indicate that these variables are able to affect employee well-being. Therefore, the implications that can be drawn from the results of this study are that in the future the hospital needs to provide opportunities for employees to be deeply involved in their work. When employees have found their strengths, the organization can provide space and opportunities for these employees to use their abilities in the process of solving problems or work. Then one cannot ignore the importance of recognition and rewards as an integral component of a reward system strategy. This indicator rarely gets the attention that employees deserve from hospital owners, employees want to know if they are good, bad or average, so it is important for the hospital to let them know. Keywords: Burnout, Employee Engagement, Employee Well-Being Ringkasan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh burnout dan employee engagement terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Argamakmur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Responden berjumlah 84 tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Argamakmur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner survei, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Keterikatan karyawan memiliki efek positif pada kesejahteraan karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel burnout dan employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut mampu mempengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, implikasi yang dapat diambil dari hasil penelitian ini adalah ke depannya pihak rumah sakit perlu memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk terlibat secara mendalam dalam pekerjaannya. Ketika karyawan telah menemukan kekuatannya, organisasi dapat memberikan ruang dan kesempatan kepada karyawan tersebut untuk menggunakan kemampuannya dalam proses pemecahan masalah atau pekerjaan. Maka seseorang tidak dapat mengabaikan pentingnya pengakuan dan penghargaan sebagai komponen integral dari strategi sistem penghargaan. Indikator ini jarang mendapat perhatian yang layak dari karyawan pemilik rumah sakit, karyawan ingin tahu apakah mereka baik, buruk atau rata-rata, sehingga penting bagi rumah sakit untuk memberi tahu mereka. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that encourage non-government employees’ customers to make saving decisions. The respondents of this study were savings customers with non-government employees’ status, which amounted to 200 people taken by simple random sampling technique. Responses were obtained by distributing offline questionnaires at 7 branch offices of Bank Bengkulu. The data analysis method used were descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of this research, show that there are 7 (seven) factors that encourage non-government employees’ customers to save at Bank Bengkulu. The 7 factors are: (1) ATM service factor with a formed from indicators of ATM availability, security, ATM locations, bank locations and transaction facilities; (2) Transaction service factor with construc indicators, namely: electronic services, ease of transactions, transaction interests, types of services, service personnel and service friendliness; (3) The reference group factor, with a members as 4 indicators, namely: family encouragement, friend recommendations, friend solidarity and regional solidarity; (4) The brand trust factor with a members as 5 indicators, namely: brand trust, brand reputation, brand satisfaction, convenience and service reliability; (5) The physical evidence factor with construct of the 4 indicators, namely: bank exterior appearance, bank interior appearance, physical facilities and parking availability; (6) Interest and incentive factors with a members as 2 indicators, namely: interest rates and promotions; and (7) the administrative cost factor with a members as many as 2 indicators, namely: savings costs and service fees. Keywords: ATM service factor; transaction service factor; brand trust factor; physical evidence factor; interest and incentive factors; and administrative cost factors Abstrak: Salah satu bentuk masyarakat melek keuangan adalah kemauan dan kemampuan masyarakat mengakses layanan tabungan di Bank. Ketertarikan masyarakat menabung di Bank Bengkulu tentu saja dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor baik yang berasal dari dalam individu sendiri (faktor motivasional) maupun dari luar individu yang dapat berupa faktor promosi dari penyedia jasa finansial. Hal ini ditegaskan oleh Kotler (2015) bahwa keputusan seseorang dapat dipengaruhi faktor internal individu dan faktor eksternal individu. Faktor internal bersumber dari dalam diri individu baik motivasi, pengalaman, pengetahuan dan karakteristik yang melekat pada invididu. Sedangkan faktor eksternal dapat berupa pengaruh lingkungan, penetrasi pemasar (promosi pemasaran) dan kelompok acuan. Pada penelitian ini, sejumlah faktor yang direduksi sebagai faktor keputusan menabung bersumber dari beberapa ahli seperti Gerrard dan Cunningham (2011); Utama (2015); Handriana et al. (2010); Almossawi (2011); Kaynak (2004); Alfansi dan Sargeant (2000) dan Metawa dan Almossawi (2008). Faktor-faktor tersebut di antaranya adalah kepercayaan merek, reputasi merek, kepuasan merek, suku bunga dan seterusnya. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka tunjuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong nasabah non-PNS untuk mengambil keputusan menabung. Objek penelitian ini adalah nasabah non-PNS di Bank Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah nasabah tabungan dengan status non-PNS, yang berjumlah 200 orang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Responden didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara offline di 7 kantor cabang Bank Bengkulu. Metode analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat 7 (tujuh) faktor yang mendorong nasabah Non-PNS menabung di Bank Bengkulu Kata Kunci: Faktor layanan ATM; faktor layanan transaksi; faktor kepercayaan merek; faktor bukti fisik; faktor bunga dan insentif; dan faktor biaya administrasi

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of competence, integrity, objectivity, independence and professional skepticism of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (GISA) on the Quality of Examination in Bengkulu Province. This type of research is quantitative with non-probability sampling method where the entire population is used as GISA in Bengkulu Province using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are competence, integrity, objectivity, independence and professional skepticism proved to have a positive and significant influence on the quality of the examination either partially or simultaneously. This means that the quality of the examination will be influenced by competence in the form of knowledge, skills, motives, traits and self-concept, maintained GISA integrity, objectivity by acting professionally and avoiding conflicts of interest, independence both in practice and in the profession and promoting an attitude of professional skepticism. The results of this study are expected to be implemented and become an effective solution for regional heads, leaders of GISA and GISA themselves in order to increase GISA's knowledge in understanding technical supervision, improve traits and self-concept, increase adherence to the code of ethics, strengthen responsibility in giving opinions and eliminate concerns about threats and intimidation, increasing GISA's objectivity by maintaining a neutral attitude and strengthening GISAs so that they are not placed in positions that are contrary to their profession, increasing GISA's independence in providing opinions in a practical way, maintaining GISA's professional skepticism during the implementation of audit activities by not rushing to give a statement on the report presented by the auditee if the auditee has not provided sufficient evidence, guiding the conformity of the audit with the standard with the audit method that has been determined and increasing the accuracy of the report on the results of the audit by only present explanations of evidence findings that are contrary to the provisions so that the quality of the examination is getting better Keywords: Competence, Integrity, Professional Skepticism. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode non-probability sampling dimana seluruh APIP di Provinsi Bengkulu dijadikan sampel , alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, integritas, objektivitas, independensi dan skeptisisme profesional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Artinya kualitas pemeriksaan akan dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, motif, sifat dan konsep diri, integritas APIP yang terjaga, objektivitas dengan bertindak secara profesional dan menghindari benturan kepentingan, independensi baik dalam praktik maupun dalam praktik. profesi dan mempromosikan sikap skeptisisme profesional. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat di implementasikan dan menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi kepala daerah, pimpinan APIP dan APIP sendiri guna pemecahan masalah terkait kualitas pemeriksaan yang dilaksanakan oleh APIP dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan program pemeriksaan dan membuat suatu kebijakan diataranya: meningkatkan kompetensi APIP dalam memahami teknis pengawasan, meningkatkan integritas APIP dengan mentaati kode etik, meningkatkan objektivitas APIP dalam menjaga sikap netral serta penguatan APIP agar tidak ditempatkan pada posisi yang bertentangan dengan profesinya, meningkatkan independensi APIP dalam memberikan opini secara praktisi serta mempertahankan sikap skeptisme profesional APIP selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pemeriksaan dan meningkatkan akurasi laporan hasil pemeriksaan sehingga kualitas pemeriksaan APIP meningkat menjadi lebih baik. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the decline in employee performance and also the low level of work discipline of employees at the Curup state Islamic institute. Factors that can be used to improve performance include leadership style and work discipline. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the Curup State Islamic Institute of Religion employees, to examine the effect of leadership style on the work discipline of Curup State Islamic Institute's employees, to examine the effect of work discipline on the Curup State Islamic Institute's employee performance, to examine the mediating role. work discipline in the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Curup state Islamic institute of religion. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, then data processing, simplification, presentation, and quantitative and descriptive analysis to describe the problems studied. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the first hypothesis of leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IAIN Curup employees, the second hypothesis shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IAIN Curup employees. The third hypothesis is that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The fourth hypothesis of work discipline has a mediating role on the influence of leadership style on the performance of IAIN Curup employees, the mediation criterion is partial mediation which means that leadership style has a significant direct effect on employee performance both when interacting and not interacting with work discipline variables. Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya kinerja pegawai dan juga rendahnya tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup. Faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja antara lain gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup, untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai IAIN Curup, untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup. Kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup, untuk mengkaji peran mediasi. disiplin kerja dalam pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data, penyederhanaan, penyajian, dan analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan masalah yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis pertama gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup, hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup. Karyawan IAIN Curup. Hipotesis ketiga gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Hipotesis keempat disiplin kerja berperan memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Curup, kriteria mediasinya adalah mediasi parsial yang artinya gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik saat berinteraksi maupun tidak berinteraksi dengan variabel disiplin kerja. Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out what the quality of the Bengkulu District Court's one-stop integrated service is and what criteria need to be improved based on priorities. The research approach is qualitative using a questionnaire distributed to selected samples. The method for analyzing the results of distributing questionnaires uses the calculation stages of Service Quality (Servqual), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV). The results of the research show that the perception of service users' expectations of the PTSP of the Bengkulu District Court is in the "Very High" category, namely with a value range of 4.39 - 4.75, while the perception of performance regarding the quality of PTSP services is PTSP. Bengkulu District Court's PTSP service as a whole received a response of "Very Satisfied" with a score range of 4.36 - 4.81. Based on the service quality gap analysis (Gap Analysis), it was found that 37.5% or 12 indicators were in a negative gap, where the physical evidence variable, reliability and guarantee variables each had 3 indicators, the responsiveness variable had 2 indicators and the empathy variable had 1 indicator. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, 7 indicators were found in Quadrant A, 14 indicators in Quadrant B, while in Quadrant C 5 indicators were found, and in Quadrant D 6 indicators were found.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine 1) the effect of Celebrity Endorser on purchasing decisions 2) the effect of Brand Image on purchasing decisions 3) the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Hypothesis analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, difference test, t test, and f test. The unit of analysis is respondents who use Wardah cosmetic products and Maybelline cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The questionnaire that can be processed is 200. The results found that 1) Celebrity endorsers influence purchasing decisions on Wadah and Maybelline products. This means that the more visible and credible the endorser is in promoting the product, the higher the level of purchasing decisions for Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products 2) Brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. Meanwhile, in Maybelline cosmetic products, brand image affects purchasing decisions. 3) Celebrity endorsers and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products. The better the celebrity endorser and attractive brand image, the higher the purchasing decision. This means that the more attractive the endorser promotes the product and has an attractive brand image, the higher the level of purchasing decisions for Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of viral marketing, price, and consumer belief on the online purchasing decisions through social media instagram in student of Bengkulu University. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were student of Bengkulu University. Sampling using the sampling technique used in this study with proportiounate stratified random sampling. The number of samples of 265 respondents who were taken through a google form questionnaire using multiple regression analysis method. Based on statistical tests it was found that 1)viral marketing had a significant positive effect on the online purchasing decisions through social media instagram. This result means that if the maximize the use of viral marketing then the higher the effect on the online purchasing decisions through social media instagram. 2) price had a significant positive effect on the online purchasing decisions through social media instagram. This result means that if the higher the price match so that the online purchase decision will be higher. 3) consumer belief had a significant positive effect on the online purchasing decisions through social media instagram. This result means that the higher the consumer's trust, the higher the purchase decision. 4) Viral marketing, price, consumer trust have a significant simultaneous effect on online purchasing decisions through Instagram social media.
