Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the effect of place attachment, perceived value, personal norms toward tourist environmentally responsible behavior on five Super Priority Destinations in Indonesia. The measurement of this study used 28 indicators items and distributed using an online questionnaire. The total sample in this study was 271 respondents and data were analyzed using SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on data analysis, the result obtained that; (1) place attachment influences perceived value, (2) place attachment influences tourist environmentally responsible behavior (3) personal norms influence tourist environmentally responsible behavior, (4) perceived value influences tourist environmentally responsible behavior, (5) perceived value mediates between place attachment and environmentally responsible tourist behavior. This research contributes to the literature on tourist behavior.

Abstract

PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu city as a regional company responsible for providing clean water services in urban areas has an important role. In accordance with this, of course the PDAM must maintain the performance of its employees in order to provide maximum service. Performance is the level of good or bad work given by someone and the amount of work given by someone in carrying out their responsibilities as a worker. This study aims to examine the effect of personal values, knowledge sharing on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research, with a research design that is a survey design. The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees who worked at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City. This study has 48 statements given to respondents. The number of respondents in this study who were processed was 245 respondents. The analysis tool in this study used SPSS. The results of this study explain that personal value has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, personal value has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of personal value on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews, customer ratings, and e-servicescape on trust that will affect purchase intention in marketplaces in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is the survey method. The population in this study is consumers of marketplace users in Indonesia, with a sample of 305 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the survey method by distributing questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using SEM (structural equation modeling), and analyzed using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that online customer reviews, customer ratings, and e-servicescape have a positive and significant effect on trust in marketplaces in Indonesia. Online customer reviews, Customer rating, e-servicescape, and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention in marketplaces in Indonesia. The results also show that trust mediates the relationship between online customer reviews, customer ratings, and e-servicescape with purchase intention for consumers who will make purchases on marketplaces in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of professionalism, attractive appearance, real time interaction, and Price Discounts on Purchase Intention. The research method is quantitative using primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires.This study uses a quantitative method based on the philoshophy of positivism. The population in study is focused on users of the Tiktok application wherever they are but Indonesian citizens, while the sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The questionnaire obtained 190 respondents who had criteria. 1) 17-30 years old, 2) respondents who have watched live streaming of product sales by live streamers on the Tiktok application. The analytical method in this study using SPSS 25.0 for windows was used to process and analyze data. The results of the study show that 1) professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, meaning that the greater the positive reaction of individuals who have the intention to buy a product during Tiktok live streaming, the individual's Purchase Intention will also increase. 2) attractive appearance has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, so the Purchase Intention of individuals who have the intention to buy products during Tiktok live streaming will also increase. 3) Real time interaction has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. 4) The Price Discount has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, meaning that the greater the discount given to consumers, the greater the Purchase Intention that arises when consumers see product sales while live streaming at the Tiktok shop. Suggestions for further research are expected to add other variables that are considered to have a significant influence on the dependent variable and explain the dependent variable. In addition, it is expected to expand the research population of all Tiktok users in Indonesia. The limitations in this study were in collecting data using a questionnaire because the answers given by respondents sometimes did not show the actual situation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, burnout and job satisfaction on the performance of Maxim bike drivers in Bengkulu City. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using primary data collected through questionnaires. The sample used is the Maxim bike drivers in Bengkulu City, totaling 240 drivers who were taken using the Purposive Sampling method. The data processing of this research used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 20.0. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, F test, t test for hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of this study indicate that; 1). Work-life balance has a significant effect on performance of Maxim bike drivers in Bengkulu City. 2). Burnout has a significant effect on performance of Maxim bike drivers in Bengkulu City. 3). Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on performance of Maxim bike drivers in Bengkulu City

Abstract

The e-learning lecture system is an important innovation in the world of education, allowing students to study remotely via the internet. The positive impact of e-learning learning is that students become more responsible and can value their time. Intention to Reuse is a person's Intention to Reuse a system that has been implemented in a higher education environment. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, subjective norms and IT system quality on Intention to Reuse. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach (survey). The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The respondents of this research were 195 GENBI students at UNIB, UIN, UMB, and IAIN Curup. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The research results are (1). Perception of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Reuse. This perception of usefulness impacts students' Intention to Reuse. (2). Perception of convenience has no effect on Intention to Reuse, this perception of ease has no impact on Intention to Reuse. (3) Subjective Norms has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Reuse. (4) Perception of IT quality has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Reuse. This means that the quality of the IT system impacts students' Intention to Reuse. Suggestions for future research include adding samples other than Genbi students and adding other variables, such as organizational culture and perceptions of trust

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Online Customer Reviews and customer ratings mediated by consumer trust on the purchase decisions of Skintific products through TikTok shopping. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that are disseminated online through social media. The sample in this study was 287 respondents using Skintific skincare at Tiktokshop in Bengkulu City. The analytical tool used PLS-SEM with the assistance program SmartPls version 3.2.9. The results showed that (1) Online Customer Review and online customer rating have a positive effect on purchasing decisions; (2) customer trust positively influences purchasing decisions; (3) Online Customer Reviews and online customer rating have a positive effect on customer trust (4) customer trust mediates the influence of Online Customer Reviews and online customer rating on purchasing decisions; The practical implication in this research is for Tiktokshop developers to be able to continue to maintain quality and or continue to innovate to develop online customer rating and Online Customer Review features as platform advantages that help consumers before buying a product. Furthermore, for Skintific skincare companies on TikTokshop to be able to maintain product quality so that consumer response to Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Reviews is good, so it will also result in increased sales of skintfic products

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of negative affect, self efficacy, frugality injunctive norm on consumer guilt and its implications for consumer price consciousness in e-commerce. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to respondesnts. The number of samples was 200 copies, but only 190 copies could be tested. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the PLS program. Hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping method. The results of this studi indicate that negative affect has a significant positive effect on consumer guilt. Self efficacy has a negative relationtship that is not proven to have a significant effect on consumer guilt. Frugality injunctive norm has a significant positive effect on soncumer guilt. Consumer guilt is proven to have an effect on consumer price consciousness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of person-organization fit, servant leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This research method is quantitative, and primary data is collected by means of a hand delivery survey to employees of the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The number of samples in this study were 258 respondents. However, the number of questionnaires that can be processed is 154. The data is processed using PLS SEM (Partial Least Square). The results obtained in this study: (1) person-organization fit has a significant negative effect on innovative work behavior (2) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior (3) psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior (4) person- organization fit has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment (5) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment (6) psychological empowerment mediates the effect of person-organization fit on innovative work behavior (7) psychological empowerment mediates the influence of servant leadership on innovative work behavior

Abstract

The Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office is a government agency engaged in providing public services. However, there is still suboptimal job satisfaction among its employees. Several factors contribute to this, including work discipline and the work environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of work discipline and the work environment on job satisfaction at the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office. This study employed a census sampling technique, involving 123 employees of the Central Bengkulu Regent's Office. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of 14 statements. The analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results showed that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Central Bengkulu Regent Office’s; (2) The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office; For future researchers, it is recommended that this study be used as a reference to address any shortcomings and improve upon the findings. Additionally, it is suggested that the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office prioritize efforts to enhance job satisfaction by promoting high levels of work discipline and cultivating a positive work environment
