<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to investigate how human resource management in East Java Province's Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises affects workers' professional advancement. Qualitative methods including documentation, interviews, and observations were used in the research. This research presents a significant challenge due to its qualitative nature and phenomenological approach. Human resource management's impact on workers' professional development in East Java Province's Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises is the subject of this phenomenological investigation. Indicators include scholarship information, fair career behaviour, and attention from direct superiors. A person's capacity to obtain a job or position that satisfies their life demands can be enhanced through career development. When people in a group or social setting act in a certain way, it can have a major effect on the outcome of the situation. This is called a role. Employees of the East Java Province Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises benefit from HR management in terms of career development, according to research. Each line and department is responsible for certain tasks in keeping with the existing organisational structure of the corporation. Consequently, employees are well-managed because they are given the resources they need to succeed in their future jobs and contribute to the company's success.]]>

<![CDATA[The financial sector is very important for the progress of a country. The financial sector including sharia banking will help the economy indirectly, especially during the pandemic. The aim of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses profitability ratios consisting of BOPO, ROA, ROE, liquidity ratios consisting of cash and FDR ratios, as well as solvency ratios calculated with the CAR ratio. This quantitative descriptive research measures a bank's financial performance using its profitability ratio level. This study found that bank performance scores changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bank performance based on profitability ratios shows that some Islamic banks are considered efficient, while others show a decline in performance. Several real industries affected by COVID-19.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the impact of halal factors and boycott issues on cosmetic purchasing decisions in Indonesia. This research applies the library research method in collecting and reviewing library materials related to this research topic in order to find out how halal issues and boycotts influence consumer purchasing behavior. The research results prove that halal products have an important impact in determining purchasing decisions, and the boycott issue is proven to be influenced by the level of social awareness and the values held by some consumers. These results provide information for cosmetic manufacturers to develop marketing strategies that are more effective and responsive to consumer preferences.]]>

<![CDATA[Research in this internship program was carried out to find out the company's work activities resulting in a fairly large turnover and the process of recording financial reports in companies engaged in advertising and stamp making services in Surabaya. The performance of the sales and marketing team as well as the management team has an important role in the process of recording financial reports and the expected stability of turnover. Recording financial reports must involve all necessary activities and aims to serve as an information medium for management to plan and control and report on the company's conditions and operations. Companies need financial reports to evaluate financial performance for stakeholders who need this information. The more balanced the relationship between individual and group performance, the better the value of the company's performance. This business process which operates in the field of advertising and stamp making services in the current era is very popular and is needed by corporate agencies and individuals to introduce their business to the public. Forms in this advertising creation service can include neon boxes, embossed letters, banners and stamps. The management system plays a very important role in this advertising business.]]>

Because of this, the purpose of this paper is to explain how Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy relate to one another and to give a summary of effective staff development and training programs that boost workplace efficiency. Using methods for gathering data from library studies, the research approach is qualitative. According to the study, contingency theory underpins the notion that business strategy and HRM practices are closely related. This theory emphasizes how the business's competitive strategy influences the methods of human resource management that are selected. A carefully thought-out business plan functions in accordance with the primary goal and vision.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at SMAN Olahraga. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to all employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that leadership style significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving the quality of leadership style and the implementation of good work discipline can enhance employee performance at SMAN Olahraga. Therefore, it is recommended that the school management focus on developing effective leadership styles and consistent application of work discipline.]]>

<![CDATA[Internships are a valuable opportunity for students to apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in college into real practice in the world of work. However, this process does not always run smoothly, especially when faced with various administrative challenges. This article discusses the main challenges often encountered by internship students in the administrative field, such as difficulties in time management, adapting to new office systems and procedures, and inter-departmental communication and coordination. Through case study methods and interviews with intern students, this article identifies effective solutions and strategies to overcome these obstacles. It was found that guidance from mentors, intensive training before internships, and the application of digital technology in administrative tasks can significantly improve the internship experience and students' readiness to enter the world of work. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide insight for educational institutions and companies in designing internship programs that are more effective and beneficial for students.]]>

<![CDATA[Ekonomi syariah diyakini sebuah ilmu pengetahuan yang hadir sebagai alternatif dari ekonomi konvensional yang telah gagal membangun kesejahteraan manusia pada umumnya. Ilmu ekonomi konvensional dianggap lahir dari vacuum dan tidak ada peran keilmuan Islam dalam perkembangan sejarahnya sebagaimana dinyatakan Schumpeter dalam the great gap-nya. Para ilmuwan dengan tegas mengemukakan bahwa keilmuan Yunani-Helenistik hingga ke tangan kaum terpelajar modern Eropa saat ini kebaikan tangan muslim yang memodifikasinya dan memberikan nilai tambah padanya sebagaimana dinyatakan oleh Mehdi Nakosteen. Karena itu, penting menelusuri eksistensi konsepsi ekonomi konvensional dalam literatur Islam klasik. Untuk membuktikan bahwa Ilmu Ekonomi Konvensional bukanlah berangkat dari vacuum dan bahwa Ilmu Ekonomi Islam merupakan bagian dari sejarah kelahiran ekonomi konvensional. Di beberapa sumber Islam klasik ditemukan beberapa konsep dasar ekonomi konvensional yang tidak hanya mirip tapi juga persis sama secara keseluruhan. Pada literatur Islam klasik ditemukan konsep dasar seperti kebutuhan manusia yang tidak terbatas, konsep nilai, konsep produksi, teori penawaran dan permintaan, mekanisme harga pasar dan lain-lain. Hal ini memberikan bukti bagi kita bahwa ilmu ekonomi Islam bukanlah hal “baru” yang sama sekali tidak pernah ada dalam sejarah perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. <![CDATA[Perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara, termasuk pula di Indonesia tentu tidak terlepas dari kebijakan moneter dan fiskal yang ditempuh oleh setiap negara yang bersangkutan. Tetapi kebijakan moneter dan fiskal yang ditempuh berbeda-beda oleh setiap negara bergantung kepada kondisi ekonomi riil, arah, dan tujuan pembangunan yang hendak dicapai. Pengelolaan kebijakanmoneter dan fiskal pada prinsipnya bertujuan untuk menjaga tingkat inflasi dengan cara mengatur peredaran uang dan suku bunga yang cenderung semakin bertambah di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemerintah mengendalikan inflasi, moneter, dan fiskal, serta dampaknya terhadap perekonomian dalam perspektif ekonomi makro Islam. Metode yang dipergunakan menggunakan metode library research serta data yang dipergunakan yaitu data sekunder yang sesuai dengan sejumlah literatur yang relevan. Sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi inflasi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, pemerintah perlu melakukan kebijakan ekonomi makro dalam kaitannya dengan pencapaian target inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
