Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for improving the performance of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch is based on Islamic management values. This research seeks to identify and test the effectiveness of implementing values ​​such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness and sharia in the context of MSME management and operations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which was chosen because it was considered appropriate to examine in depth the application of Islamic management values ​​in improving the performance of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch. The research location is the MSME Beverage Products Mr. One Tuasan Branch located on Jl. Tuasan No.. 80, Sidorejo Hilir, Kec. Medan Tembung, Medan City, North Sumatra. The research time will be determined based on agreement with the Umkm and considering the time needed to collect sufficient and in-depth data. Research data will be obtained from two main sources: observation and interviews. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of Islamic values ​​in the management and operations of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch has had a significant positive impact. Values ​​such as honesty, fairness, trust, and sharia not only support the success of daily operations, but also strengthen Mr.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze MSME development strategies in the Tuasan area using an Islamic economic perspective to improve the welfare of street vendors. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by MSMEs in the Tuasan area. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore strategies for developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tuasan area from an Islamic economic perspective, as well as their impact on the welfare of street vendors. A qualitative approach was chosen because it allows for an in-depth understanding of the local context and socio-economic dynamics that influence MSMEs and street vendors. The case study method is used because the focus of this research is on one specific community, namely street vendors in Tuasan, allowing a detailed description of the application of Islamic economic principles in the daily lives of street vendors. Based on the results of this research, MSMEs in the Tuasan area have significant strengths and opportunities to develop, although they are also faced with various weaknesses and threats. By applying Islamic economic principles, such as fairness in prices, use of capital based on profit sharing, improving product quality and innovation, as well as social and educational empowerment, MSMEs in Tuasan can improve the welfare of street vendors and make a positive contribution to society as a whole.

Abstract

Demokrasi yang dimaksud adalah negara dengan sistem pemerintahan yang demokratis. Pemerintahan yang demokratis adalah pemerintahan yang mengedepankan aspirasi seluruh masyarakat di negaranya dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan. Pendidikan diperlukan untuk menciptakan masyarakat di mana masyarakat dapat berkembang dalam sistem pemerintahan yang demokratis. Dan melalui pendidikan, melalui sistem pembelajaran yang lebih baik, kita dapat menjadikan masyarakat kita lebih cerdas, lebih komunikatif, dan lebih berani dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to increase the competitiveness of the Bakso Mas Wahyu business through SWOT analysis and strategic recommendations. SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) With this analysis, companies can find out internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats that can influence business success. SWOT analysis will help identify four main components that influence the competitiveness of Bakso Mas Wahyu: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore it. The case study was chosen because it allows researchers to obtain in-depth and comprehensive information about the Bakso Mas Wahyu business, including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats it faces. Based on the SWOT analysis and strategic recommendations that have been carried out for the Bakso Mas Wahyu business, it can be concluded that Bakso Mas Wahyu has great potential to continue to grow and develop in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of Islamic financial literacy among the public and analyze its impact on future economic development. Islamic financial literacy encompasses an understanding of products, principles, and financial practices that comply with Shariah law, which is becoming increasingly relevant with the growth of the global Islamic finance industry. The research methodology employed is a quantitative approach through a survey involving 500 respondents from various demographic backgrounds. The research findings indicate that the level of Islamic financial literacy among the public is still relatively low, with knowledge limited to basic products such as savings and Islamic financing. However, there is a significant positive correlation between Islamic financial literacy and financial inclusion and economic stability. Improving Islamic financial literacy is expected to increase public participation in the Islamic financial system, strengthen economic stability, and promote more inclusive economic growth in the future. This study recommends more intensive education and socialization efforts from the government, financial institutions, and educational institutions to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the public.

Abstract

The handover of management of BPHTB to district/city governments began January 1 2011. Since then, BPHTB has become a source of original regional income (PAD) and the further regulated by the respective regional regulations (Perda). Regional governments have the authority to set rates, collection procedures, and provide reductions or exemptions from BPHTB under certain conditions in accordance with applicable regional regulations. This research will analyze and examine how the BPHTB collection law is implemented in the regions. This research uses a library research approach or library study, that carried out by collect and analyze information from various library sources such as books, scientific journals, scientific articles and other trusted sources. The collected data is then analyzed to identify and understand how BHPTB collection is implemented in the regions according to the original evidence of its implementation according to the attached journal. This research aims to provide conclusions about how BPHTB collection is implemented in the regions. The results of this research are: it is very unfortunate that the implementation of BPHTB collection in the regions can actually be categorized as "not good enough" based on the two journals analyzed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how stakeholders participate in making fisheries development strategies in Purworejo. This study was conducted from January to April 2024 in Purworejo Regency. Mactor analysis is an analytical approach that provides various tools and analyzes that are useful for obtaining information and combining situations from several simple inputs about the problem being analyzed. All parties involved in developing the fisheries sector in Purworejo Regency. Data was obtained through interviews and focused discussions. Stakeholders with high role and influence and low dependency (located in quadrant I or top left). These factors are the main actors in the fisheries business in Purworejo Regency. Some of the stakeholders in quadrant II are actors who have significant influence but are also very dependent on them. To increase influence and reduce dependence on stakeholders in quadrants III and IV.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance at WE GO PRINT. Utilizing a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 120 employees and analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate that transformational leadership, comprising idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, significantly enhances employee performance. Job satisfaction was found to mediate this relationship, while tenure moderated its effect. Practical implications include leadership training, vision communication, innovation promotion, and career development support. This research provides important insights for leadership development and performance enhancement in the digital printing industry.
