Abstract

This research aims to study and find out how employee communication styles at PT. NSP can contribute to improving work performance and discipline. In a competitive business environment, employee performance and a high level of work discipline are the keys to achieving company success and growth. The application of communication styles in the workplace has become an increasingly relevant concern for managers and human resources practitioners in efforts to create a positive corporate culture. Decision making, communication channels, and character. This researcher uses a post-positivism paradigm, and this research uses qualitative methods. The results of this qualitative method show that the communication style of employees at PT. NSP is The Relinguishing Style because they prefer collaboration with teams and deliberation so they can exchange thoughts, input or ideas with other team members. As well as wanting a conducive working atmosphere so that ASNs can work more calmly and quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, stock price, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of manufacturing companies operating in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting secondary data from 30 manufacturing companies operating in the consumer goods industry sector during the period of 2020-2022. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the relationship between the dependent variable, financial performance, and the independent variables, namely capital structure, stock price, and intellectual capital. The research results show that capital structure, share prices and intellectual capital have a significant influence on financial performance. The results of this research state that capital structure has an effect on financial performance in the consumption sector for the 2020-2022 period. The second result is that share prices have no effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the consumption sector for the 2020-2022 period. The third result is that intellectual capital has no effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the consumption sector for the period 2020-2022

Abstract

This research investigates the performance assessment and motivation level of employees at the Head Office for Education and Training for Trade Apparatus, Ministry of Trade. The research uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with various employees at various levels and departments. The research results show that performance appraisal in this office is a systematic process that involves aspects such as achieving work targets, contribution to organizational goals, work behavior, and communication skills. Information technology plays an important role in automating several aspects of assessment. Employee motivation, as a key element in shaping superior performance, is influenced by supportive leadership, positive work environment, career development opportunities, work flexibility, employee involvement in decision making, and effective communication. Trade Apartment Education and Training Center, Ministry of Trade invests in employee training and development and focuses on understanding individual needs. This research provides in-depth insight into how these factors interact to create a work environment that supports, motivates and encourages superior performance.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged an increase in the number of internet users in Indonesia. This research was conducted on Generation Z in Sumenep Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of price discounts on impulse buying, to find out and analyze the effect of product quality on impulsive buying, to find out and analyze the effect of Hedonic Shopping on impulsive buying. This research uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents used was 114 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The respondent criteria used in this research are consumers who use and have made impulse purchases, consumers who have Classic - Gold member accounts and Generation Z consumers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. Based on the research results, it shows that the price discount variable has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases in the Shopee marketplace, the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases in the Shopee marketplace, and the hedonic shopping variable has a positive and significant influence on impulse purchases in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of mental health on future accountants in decision-making behavior through professional ethics, conflicts of interest and the organizational environment. By distributing online questionnaires to 41 respondents who are accounting students as future accountants, the results of this research show that Professional Ethics and Organizational Environment have a significant influence on Decision Making. The benefit of this research is that the wider community can understand the importance of future accountants' mental health in decision making because accountants who have good mental health tend to make better decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Interpersonal Skills on the performance of elementary school teachers in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province and the role of social interactions among co-workers in mediating the relationship between these two variables. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach via questionnaires. The population in this study were teachers in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province with a sample size of 71 respondents. Statistical data analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results of this research show that Interpersonal Skills and social interaction between colleagues have a direct and significant influence on the performance of teachers in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province. Interpersonal Skills also have a direct positive and significant effect on social interactions between co-workers. Social interaction between co-workers is able to mediate the relationship between Interpersonal Skill and teacher performance in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing management strategy implemented by Radeva Group, a company engaged in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector in Surabaya. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research examines various aspects that influence the success of the company's marketing strategy, including product innovation, customer relationship management, and the use of social media. The results of the research show that Radeva Group has succeeded in increasing market share and customer satisfaction through a marketing approach focused on consumer needs, continuous innovation, and good relationships with vendors and clients. The study also identifies several challenges faced by the company, such as inaccurate information from vendors and sudden demands from clients, and suggests effective solutions to overcome these issues. Based on these findings, the research concludes that adaptive and innovative marketing strategies are essential for the success of companies in the competitive F&B industry.

Abstract

A company experiences financial difficulties when it is in the pre-bankruptcy or pre-liquidation stage of financial distress. This study aims to examine the relationship between financial ratios and financial distress, controlling for company size, and to draw empirical conclusions about this relationship. The financial statistics used include the Return on Assets (ROA) proxy for Profitability and the Natural Logarithm of Total Sales (TLS) proxy for Company Size. Participants in this research were pharmaceutical businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021 and 2023. The sample size was 11 companies, all of which met certain requirements. Moderated Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on research findings, pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2021–2023, as measured by Return on Assets, are less likely to experience Financial Difficulty. However, the relationship between Return on Assets and Financial Distress can be moderated by company size. It is hoped that future research will expand the criteria and scope to cover more industries in many ASEAN countries, or at least expand existing research in the infrastructure sector. Other financial ratio factors, such as activity and liquidity ratios, should also be included.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is an industry with quite fierce competition, where companies must implement appropriate strategies to attract consumers. Strategy formulation is necessary because many people, especially in the beverage industry, choose purchasing decisions, and syrup is a beverage product that is widely used by the community, particularly the Marjan product that has been distributed in various regions of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, price, and advertising on the purchasing decisions of Marjan products. The method used in this research is quantitative research with SEM analysis techniques. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with the purposive sampling method, then the data obtained is processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Marjan products, while advertising does not have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Marjan products.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on mixue consumers in Special Region of Yogyakarta). With many Mixue outlets spread across the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Hopefully, it can maintain relationships with their customers. In this case Mixue must be able to build and maintain customer relationships well and profitably. As well as creating and maintaining customer loyalty. This type of quantitative research with purposive sampling method and a sample size of 100 respondents distributed via google form. Data analysis using smartPLS software version 4.0. It is concluded that customer relationship management has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction plays a good role as a mediating influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty. However, there is no influence between customer relationship management on customer loyalty.
