Abstract

Latar Belakang : Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) adalah penyebab utama kematian di Asia-Pasifik, termasuk Indonesia. ACS harus ditangani dalam waktu <120 menit, kebanyakan masyarakat menunda ke rumah sakit sehingga terjadi perlambatan prehospital. Maka perlu dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan respon dan deteksi dini terhadap tanda gejala ACS agar mengurangi dampak perlambatan prehospital.Tujuan : Memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komperhensif pada pasien dan keluarga dengan faktor risiko ACS.Metode : Pengkajian dilakukan menggunakan WHO CVD Risk Non-Laboratory-Based Charts, dan ACS Response Index, dengan intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media power point dan booklet sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan.Hasil dan Pembahasan : Risiko pasien menderita CVD yaitu sebesar 15%. Peningkatan pengetahuan Tn. S sebanyak 28.5% , dan Ny. M sebanyak 27.5% dari 21 pertanyaan.Kesimpulan : Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang respon dan deteksi dini tanda & gejala ACS serta perubahan perilaku terkait penerapan gaya hidup sehat pada pasien dan keluarga.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition is very synonymous with toddlers, because balanced nutrition in toddlers is very important in the growth process. Data from the Karang Intan Health Center 2 of 86 toddlers showed that the distribution of nutrition for toddlers was 1 toddler with poor nutrition, as many as 16 toddlers with malnutrition, as many as 62 toddlers with good nutrition and 7 toddlers with excess nutrition

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis by infecting the lungs and other organs in the body. Simple inhalation or evaporation method by giving mint leaf aroma therapy can be a solution to reduce shortness of breath. Case study of nursing care with pulmonary tuberculosis in the family of Mrs. A against airway obstruction through the application of simple inhalation with mint leaves for 3 days  Complementary therapy with simple inhalation using mint leaf aromatherapy given for 3 days showed a decrease in respiratory frequency and dyspnea in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract

Hospitals are obliged to fulfill the right of patients to obtain safety and security while in hospital care to avoid NearMiss (Near-injury Events /KNC) and Adversert Events (Unexpected Events / KTD). Abstract

Background: Hypertension can cause complications such as heart attacks, strokes and kidney disorders, so good blood pressure control is necessary. Information obtained at the Martapura Barat Health Center, hypertension is the highest disease in the 10 most diseases because people have bad habits and lifestyles, namely fond of consuming coconut milk and salted food (dried salted fish) so that it becomes a trigger factor for hypertension. Giving red dragon fruit intervention can be an alternative solution to deal with the problem of hypertension.

Abstract

Background: A Hospital is a service that is required to be able to provide quality services to predetermined standards. One of the problems in service is nosocomial infection. In order to minimize its spread, standard precautions are applied, one of which is by washing hands using 6 correct steps which are a preventive program and hospital infection control in the national hospital accreditation standards. The importance of washing hands with the correct 6 steps is to reduce the risk of contracting the infection among patients, clinical staff, non-clinical, and visitors who are waiting patient at hospital.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Mekanisme koping adalah cara yang individu gunakan untuk memanajemen stres atau suatu masalah. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian dilakukan dengan literatur review menggunakan artikel dengan desain penelitian cross- sectional studies. 4 artikel dianalisis menggunakan instrumen JBI Critical Appraisal Tools Checklist for Analytical Cross-Sectional Studies dan JBI Critical Appraisal Tools Checklist for Prevalence Studies. Hasil: Kebanyakan pasien stroke memiliki mekanisme koping adaptif, tetapi pada pasien dengan dukungan keluarganya maka mekanisme kopingnya adaptif. Respon yang ditunjukkan pasien stroke adalah stres dan depresi, membutuhkan dukungan keluarga baik fisik dan sosial, kecemasan, dan efikasi diri yang kurang baik.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy is a natural and physiological process. One of the health problems that often occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy is back pain. Back pain in the third trimester of pregnancy can arise due to the enlargement of the uterus so that the body posture changes, this can interfere with activities if not given treatment. Discomfort due to back pain is felt from mild to painful pain. Objective: This nursing care is to provide an overview of the effect of progressive muscle relaxation exercise interventions on pregnant women in the third trimester with back pain problems.
