Abstract

Astried Gabby Pinaria1, Edy Supriyadi2, Derriawan3 Angkasa Pura 1,Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pancasila23 e-mail: astriedpinaria88@gmail.com ABSTRACT The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of procurement planning and HR competencies on the performance of goods / services procurement of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) through the implementation of e-procurement system with moderation of Information Technology in the process of procurement of goods / services at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method with quantitative through questionnaire survey and observation approaches in the field, where the research sample is the Procurement Unit, Technical Unit and Goods / Services Provider at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). To test this hypothesis Structural Equation Model (SEM) - PLS and using WarpPLS 7.0 tools from the results of the research conducted, an analysis was produced that showed that procurement planning has a significant effect on e-procurement systems, and HR competence has a significant effect on e-procurement system, procurement planning has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system, HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system but the direct effect is not significant on the performance of goods / services procurement, e-procurement system significant effect on the performance of procurement of goods / services and there is a significant influence between the interaction of e-procurement systems on the performance of procurement of goods / services that are moderated by information technology

Abstract

Mulyadi2, Dwi Pratowo3 Pemerintah Kota Depok1,Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pancasila23 lellyani79@gmail.com Abstract The research objective was to analyze factors influencing the budget absorption in Depok Municipality with Budget Planning as a moderating variable. The research was causal associative research. It applied survey research methodology. The population was 190 respondents that consisted of the users of budget/authority to use budget, commitment makers, financial administrative officials, activity technical executors, and treasurer for expenditures in 38 SKPDs. The data were gathered by using questionnaires SKPD in Depok Municipality. The total sample of respondents was 114 peoples. The data were processed using multiple regression and residual analysis. The results showed that Human Resources Competence, the process of procurement of goods and services, and organizational commitment partially have a significant positive effect on the absorption of Depok City budget. Budget planning which is a moderating variable can strengthen the relationship between Human Resources Competence towards budget absorption, but budget planning does not strengthen the relationship between the procurement of goods and services, and organizational commitment to the absorption of the Depok City budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengarhui user acceptanceterhadap implementasi enterprise resource planning dengan model UTAUT. Penelitianmenggunakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendistribusiankuesioner kepada responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai selain pejabatstruktural maupun manajerial, yaitu pegawai officer dan analyst di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero)dengan lokasi kerja kantor pusat - Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang diambildengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalahStructural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software WarpPLS. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasilpenelitian bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, anxiety, social influence, danfacilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Kemudian facilitatingconditions dan behavioral intention juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior. Dari 3variabel moderator yang digunakan, hanya leadership yang signifikan memoderasi pengaruh anxietyterhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan age tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh performanceexpectancy terhadap behavioral intention, begitu juga experience tidak signifikan memoderasipengaruh effort expectancy terhadap behavioral intention.

Satisfied and loyal customers will not hesitate to become spreaders of good news who always spread the goodness of the banking products they consume. This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking services and digital marketing on brand trust, to determine the effect of mobile banking services and digital marketing on consumer loyalty and to determine the effect of brand trust on consumer loyalty. This type of research used in this study is causality research. While the research method used in this study is the verification method. The research results obtained are Mobile Banking Service has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, digital marketing has a positive effect on brand trust, Mobile Banking Service has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, Digital Marketing has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty and Brand Trust has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

Interests are regarded as an intermediary between motivational factors that influencebehavior and indicate how hard a person has a willingness to Interests shows howmuch effort a person is planning to do something in order to produce a decision.Purchasing decisions are a step in the decision-making process in which theconsumer actually makes a purchase. One of the factors that influence the interest ofdoctors to make decisions in prescribing drugs in the hospital is the approachbetween a medical representative with a doctor. This study aims to determine theeffect of promotion with a transactional approach and neuro linguistic approachprogram (NLP) to the decision of the physician in choosing a product and itsimplications for prescription writing. The sample in this research is doctors whowork in Hospital in Jakarta area, amount 80 responder determined by formula Slovin.The type of data used is the primary data taken through the questionnaire. Theanalysis method used is multiple linear regression with doctor's decision inprescribing as dependent variable, while the independent variable is sales promotionin transactional and sales promotion in NLP. The results showed that the mostinfluential factor on physician interest in decision making on prescription writingwas sales promotion in NLP with 33.2% contribution, compared to transactionpromotion transactional which only 5.3%. Therefore, NLP can be a good choice forsales promotion of physicians' interest and decisions in prescribing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate culture, mutation towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen with motivation as a moderating variable. The population of this research is 450 people with the level manager until senior manager in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples of the population was 212 people taken using clutering purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS 7.0 program. In this study, the results showed that the variables of corporate culture, mutation have positive and significant influences towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen. The role of motivation can moderate the employee’s performance, meanwhile the variabel of mutation have unsignificant influence toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of learning and the quality of information technology through ease of use and end user trust in applications on the performance of end users with end user satisfaction as a moderator variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples from the population were 245 people taken using nonprobability sampling techniques. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. This research results in the ease of learning variables and the quality of information technology through ease of use and end user trust in applications have a positive and significant effect on end user performance, and the role of end user satisfaction in moderating end user performance, while the ease of learning variable directly influences no significant effect on end user trust in the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement on job satisfaction and mental health as a moderator variable. The population of this research was the millennial generation of Finance directorate employees in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of the respodent was 71 people. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. In this study, the results show that the variables of the work environment have positive and significant influences on employee engagement, even work life balance has no influence on employee engagement. Variables of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement have positive and significant influences on job satisfaction. Mental health as a moderator variable has positive and significant influences to encourage work environment on employee engagement, even has no influences to encourage work life balance on employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life and work motivation moderated by change management on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement as an intervening variable. This type of research in this research is causality research with a quantitative method approach. The population in this study is the number of operational employees working at AOCC Branch Office of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) who have had a minimum working period of 2 (two) years while the sample taken was 101 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with PLS. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Quality of Work Life influences Work Engagement; (2) Quality of Work Life has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Work Motivation influences Work Engagement; (4) Work Motivation has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (5) Work Engagement has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (6) Quality of Work Life does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Work Engagement; (7) Work Motivation does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Work Engagement; (8) Change Management to influence the effect of Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The increase in shareholder wealth influenced by accounting measures that indicate the company's financial condition. Some financial ratios that are used as indicators of shareholder's wealth, among others: leverage, (DER), profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio / DPR). In construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, within 5 years of observation, namely 2014-2018, showed Return to Equity, Debt to equity ratio had a positive effect on shareholder's wealth, while Dividend payout ratio had no effect. The return to equity ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio while the Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on strategies to increase shareholder's wealth through the optimization of fundamental financial performance such as DER, ROE, with dividend payout ratios that are proportional to revenue.
