Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, transformation leadership on employee performance and employee voice behaviour as a mediator variable. The population of this research is 186 people involved in the headquarter and big five Airport in PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples of the population was 155 people taken using cluster sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. In this study, the results show that the variables of good governance, transformation leadership and employee voice behaviour have positive and significant influences on employee performance. employee voice behaviour as a mediator variable has positive and significant influences to encourage good governace on employee performance.

Abstract

The application of the BPJS scheme to the world of health in Indonesia has provided a new situation that had not previously been faced by the world of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry is undergoing a revolution in the production and sale of its pharmaceutical products. Pharmaceutical state-owned companies that previously played their own roles this time must be in the same situation as other pharmaceuticals, both private and foreign. One of the keys to survive and continue to grow for Pharmacy BUMNs is to develop its human resources. This study aims to examine the effect of intrapreneurship and work motivation on company performance through organizational commitment as an interverning variable. The research sample was employees of PT. Pharmaceutical BUMNs (Kimia Farma, Phapros, Indofarma and Biofarma) as many as 160 people. Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is run with AMOS 18 Software software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that intrapreneurship and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on company performance, both directly and through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategies in the form of management performance and service quality on member satisfaction and its implications for business success with member participation as a moderating variable in Kokapura-Jakarta. The population in this study were all members of Kokapura-Jakarta, both active and inactive, with a sample of 125 people taken using non-random sampling techniques through purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the type of Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) which is operated through the smartPLS 3.29 software. The results of this study prove that the management performance variables and service quality have a positive influence on member satisfaction. Then the management performance variables, service quality and member satisfaction have a positive effect on business success, and the member participation variable moderates the effect of member satisfaction on business success.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the effect of strategic leadership, coporate culture, commitment management, change management moderated competitive advantage on coporate performance of PT. Lekom Maras. The sample method in this study uses probability sampling, where each member of the population has the opportunity or or has the same opportunity to be used as a sample. The sample in this study were employees of PT Lekom Maras who are in the strategy and business development division, there are General Managers, managers and team leaders. The number of samples is 140 people. The statistical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS3 program. This research shows that the variables of Leadership Strategy, Innovation, Commitment Management have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on corporate performance. Meanwhile, Corporate Culture has no significant effect on Competitive advantage and Change management as a moderating variable that moderates Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on corporate performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze by function business influence sales force employees advertising workers at the level of account executive of personal balanced scorecard pay-tvcompany. The research was conducted in Indonesia's pay-tv industry, PT MNC with its MNC Channels business unit. The sampling technique was done by accidental sampling. Analysis of data use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data processing using SMART PLS3. The result showed that there is a positive connection between effort and personal balanced scorecard. Abstract

President Joko Widodo's policy of opening the door for foreign investors to compete in airport management in Indonesia is a challenge for them PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Companies must be able to increase their capacity from all aspects, especially the capacity of creative and innovative Human Resources. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the work environment and resistance to change have on employees' innovative work behavior mediated by job satisfaction and the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Data analysis in this study used a Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to 317 respondents from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). This study concludes that the work environment has no significant effect on the innovative work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and resistance to change directly have a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees. The work environment can influence the innovative work behavior of employees if it is mediated by job satisfaction. As for resistance to change, if it is mediated by job satisfaction, the negative effect becomes insignificant on innovative work behavior. The results of this study found that the work environment variable had a significant and greatest impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable plays a significant role as a moderator in the interaction between resistance to change and employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The respondent of this study were bank employee in Jakarta with a total sample of 100 respondent. This study uses multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The Result of this study conclude that work discipline partially affects employee performance. Partially, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, and partially the work environment has an effects on employee performance. And Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and work Environment has an effect on employee Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of capital structure, collateral assets, business risk, Return On Equity (ROE) on determinants of dividend payments (DPR) with growth opportunity and firm size as moderating. The object of this research is all companies listed on the Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with quantitative secondary data. The method of data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results are capital structure, collateral assets, business risk, and growth opportunity are significant effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR), Return On Equity (ROE) has negative effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR), while firm size has no significant effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR). Growth opportunity strengthens of relationship between collateral assets and business risk to determinants of dividend payments (DPR). And firm size strengthens of relationship between collateral assets and business risk to determinants of dividend payments (DPR).

Abstract

Social Responsibility is a commitment to participate in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment that is beneficial, both for the company itself, the local community, and society in general. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (represented by IndoAgri), PT Unilever Indonesia and PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk have used approaches and options in preparing the Sustainability Report, and have determined the basis for determining material topics. The sustainability strategy has been well explained by the three companies and identified in line with the SDGs. The three companies have made disclosures on both standards, namely universal standards and topic-specific standards. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk uses independent assurance services, but PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (IndoAgri) and PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk do not use independent assurance services.
