Abstract

This research is to test a theoretical model about the impact of the organizational climate as a result of servant leadership and conflict management towards organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator; the organizational commitment of PT Pegadaican (Pesero). The total number of respondents was 213 consisting of employees of the Central Office, the Jakarta I Area Office and the Jakarta II Area Office. To collect the data, the instrument utilized was a Linkert Technique scale questionnaire, after which the data was processed using a Lisrel 8.72 software version deploying applicative statistics using The Sructural Equation Model (SEM), and for analysis Confimatory Factor Analys Confimatory and Factor Analys technique was used. As the result it could be concluded that the hypothesis of the research is in accordance with the theoretical model about the impact of servant leadership, and conflict management on organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator the organizational commitment of the PT. Pegadaian (Pesero); the data did support this accordance and could be accepted. The same was the case for the structural equation hypotheses, and in general it could be concluded that the organizational climate created by servant leadership had a direct, positive and significant impact on organizational citizen behavior, and that conflict management had an direct positive but insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had direct and positive impact on organizational commitment and the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had an indirect, positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediator of organizational commitment.

Abstract

The development of business strategy is an important aspect to achieve corporate goals. It requires accurate strategy planning in developing a company or business. This study was conducted on PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja (PT AMB), one of the steel plate manufacturer companies in West Java. The high challenge faced by the companies forced their top management to think harder in determining the strategies to be applied. The uncertain business climate and the recovering condition of the company were the factors that must be identified. This study used the SWOT analysis method which was developed by weighting over IFA (Internal Factor Analysis) and EFA (External Factor Analysis). It required an analytical technique to test the model and the relation generated by the SWOT. The analytical techniques used in this study was Analytic Network Process or ANP. The use of ANP analysis tools was also aimed to find the priority strategy. Using ANP, based on the weighted sequence of the largest, it can be seen that the sequence of strategies is "increase the working capital especially for new projects" by 1,0000000, "strengthen the HRD system to discipline employees" by 0,746776 "conduct employee competency training Amounting to 0,488718, "improving production quality" 0,244288, "creating SIM to expand foreign and domestic market of 0,153744" and implementing ISO-certified management system "of 0,097903.

Abstract

The reform of the bureaucracy keeps real rolling fields of government activity, development and civic services, with the purpose of creation of efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the demands of excellent service to the community. Efforts to bring about good governance (good governance) has become a priority of the Government's policy of Cabinet work. This research was conducted to find out the influence of internal oversight towards the implementation of good governance, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy towards the implementation of good governance, knowing the influence on performance of internal oversight ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, against the performance of ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, towards good governance. The sample in this study is taken by using the data collection method called the purposive sampling. The number of samples used IE as much as 200 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) via software SmartPLS. The results showed that internal oversight had a positive but not significant toward good governance, reform of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant relationship towards good governance, internal oversight have a positive relationship but not significantly to the performance of the bureaucratic reform has relationships ASN positively and significantly to the performance of ASN, good governance has a positive and significant relationship towards the performance of ASN.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Primal Leadership and Professionalism on Performance through Job Satisfaction of Polri Members. This type of research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. To test the hypothesis and to produce a fit model, this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). With the number of samples as many as 198 members of the Police in the Police Headquarters neighborhood. The data source was obtained from the primary data by spreading the questionnaire and secondary data. This study uses Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS 22.0 software. The results of this research showed that the primal leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction, Professionalism had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Primal Leadership had a significant effect on Performance, Professionalism had significant influence to Performance and Job Satisfaction had significant influence to Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the functional strategy in marketing mix management and brand management to customer loyalty. In this study used five variables, namely marketing mix, brand, marketing container, customer commitment and customer loyalty. The analysis technique used in this research by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data analyzed comes from the distribution of questionnaires to consumers by using accidental sampling technique at PT. Intiland, Tbk located in Tangerang area, which is Talaga Bestari. The results was obtained that there was a positive relationship between marketing mix and brand management on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role of assistance provided by the creditor to the debtor in generating a combination of bank's corporate strategy and business strategy of UMKM benefiting both parties. The research was conducted in several locations of MSMEs that were built by Bank Riau Kepri. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with data processing using SMART PLS3. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the performance of UMKM repayments on the performance of MSMEs. Although KUR with single-digit interest was shown to assist MSMEs in improving their business performance, the results of this study still showed the same KUR channeling bank as other credit products issued by the bank.

Abstract

This research conducted to redesign competitiveness advantage strategy through differentiation, market orientation, innovation, and entrepreneur orientation which conduct at Retail Division, PT. Astra Otoparts,Tbk. Population in this study were customers who conduct transactions at Shop & Drive in area of Jakarta. 100 respondents used as samples in this study, while data collection used questionnaire with likert scale of 1 (disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The method has been used Path Analysis to determine the inter-relationship between variables. In the other hand, determination of strategy is done by SWOT analysis. The result of data analysis showed the Chi-Square = 0:00, df = 0, P-value = 1.0000, RMSEA = 0.000 which research model proposed in this study can be accepted by the goodness of fit. Then from the causal analysis showed that differentiation, innovation and entrepreneurial orientation has connection to competitive advantage. In fact, the market orientation had no relationship with a competitive advantage. The relationship of causality was also shown between the competitive advantage with the performance of the company, with a significant impact. The result obtained that strategies which are best suited to implement such as: service development, new product variants, product warranty, and network expansion.

Abstract

Basically, the area broadly marketing availability can encourage business environment. One of business strategies shall be guaranteed through consignment. Consignment draw attention many businesses, because of sales value rapid. Despite the highly competitiveness in nature of the business itself, many previous studies have attempted to come up with strategic schemes on how the start up business can kick in and survive overtime. The object of this research is individuals who love Durian Pancake Medan (DPM) and run in consignment business of DPM. DPM was chosen because of highly consumption in Medan, yet it may not apply to the area of Jakarta, Depok and Bekasi where such product at least available and there is also negative perception about durian and its dairy products. Consigment business on pancake durian Medan remains a challenge, particularly in the micro scaled businesses. This research focuses on how businessmen who have capital and the ability to produce DPM, but still have challenge with location of the placement of marketing products with consignment system. There were 95 represented respondents in three areas who were purposively sampled, using questionnaires and processed with PLS analysis. The results of this research prove that the knowledge sharing platform has a role in increasing consumer commitment. There are two criteria for channeling the right place for the formation of strategy consignment business of DPM.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax education, tax knowledge, and tax audit on tax compliance, with religiosity as a moderator in the Office of Tax Service Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 400 respondents Taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga. The results of this study indicate that tax education, tax knowledge, and tax audit significantly influence tax compliance, while religiosity has no significant effect on tax compliance, but the interaction between religiosity and tax education and interaction of religiosity and tax knowledge have a significant effect on tax compliance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, managerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. Data was collected by questionaire. Data consists of motivation, manajerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. The techniques data collection by census approach. The results showed that motivation, managerial competence, and work environment influence teacher performance through work discipline. Managerial competence can motivate which influences teacher performance through work discipline. A work environment which is too comfortable makes teacher less motivated. Motivation, managerial competence and work environment can effect teacher performance through work discipline in SMP dan SMA Budi Mulia Jakarta-Bogor.
