Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya peningkatan kemandirian peserta didik dalam manajemen kewirausahaan di lingkungan sekolah. Kemandirian menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan agar siswa tidak hanya memiliki pengetahuan teoritis, tetapi juga keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola usaha secara mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang memiliki program kewirausahaan aktif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru pembimbing, siswa, dan kegiatan kewirausahaan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian tanggung jawab penuh dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan usaha. Dukungan sekolah dalam bentuk pendampingan, pelatihan manajerial, serta akses modal dan pasar juga turut mendorong pertumbuhan jiwa wirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis praktik nyata secara berkelanjutan dapat membentuk kemandirian siswa dalam manajemen kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Virtual Reality (VR) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Media VR sebagai inovasi teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan dinilai mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, imersif, dan kontekstual, sehingga mendorong pemahaman konsep yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas [sebutkan kelas dan sekolah], dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak [jumlah siswa]. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II setelah penerapan media VR. Selain itu, aktivitas dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran juga meningkat. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media Virtual Reality terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif di era digital.

Abstract

This study evaluates the financial performance of PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk for the fiscal year 2023 and the nine-month period ending September 30, 2024. The analysis employs three fundamental financial ratios: liquidity (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio - DAR and Debt to Equity Ratio - DER), and profitability (Net Profit Margin - NPM). The company's performance is assessed against specific industry standards: a Current Ratio ideal of 2.0x, a Quick Ratio ideal of 1.5x, a DAR ideal of 35%, a DER ideal of 90%, and an NPM ideal of 20%. In conclusion, PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk transitioned from a financially vulnerable position in 2023 to one of exceptional strength in liquidity, solvency, and profitability by 2024, largely due to successful strategic financial restructuring. This enhanced financial standing positions the company favorably for future growth and stability.

Abstract

High logistics costs remain a major challenge in supporting export-import competitiveness, particularly in archipelagic countries that rely heavily on maritime transportation. One strategic approach considered capable of reducing logistics costs is the implementation of a multimodal maritime transportation system that is effectively integrated with other modes of transportation. This study aims to analyze the impact of increasing the efficiency of multimodal maritime transportation on export-import logistics costs, focusing on key implementation factors, the current state of multimodal system efficiency, and integration barriers that cause cost inefficiencies. The research method used was a literature review of various scientific journals, research articles, international agency reports, and relevant academic publications published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis was conducted using a content analysis approach to identify patterns, key findings, and gaps in previous research. The results of the study indicate that the efficiency of multimodal maritime transportation is significantly influenced by the level of intermodal infrastructure integration, institutional coordination, regulatory harmonization, logistics system digitalization, and port operational performance. However, various previous studies have also revealed significant obstacles, such as limited supporting infrastructure, policy fragmentation, low interoperability of information systems, and weak coordination between stakeholders, which have resulted in increased logistics costs and delivery times. This study concludes that optimizing the multimodal maritime transportation system plays a strategic role in reducing export-import logistics costs, but requires an integrated and sustainable policy approach. The findings of this study are expected to provide a conceptual basis for formulating transportation and logistics policies and serve as a reference for further empirical research.

Abstract

Maritime higher education institutions face complex and multidimensional risks arising from academic activities, operational processes, maritime training practices, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. Unlike conventional higher education institutions, maritime colleges are required to manage risks associated with shipboard training, simulators, laboratories, cadet discipline, and international maritime standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in maritime higher education institutions and identify key risk categories, mitigation strategies, and governance mechanisms. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this study synthesizes findings from academic journals, international maritime organization reports, and regulatory frameworks published between 2020 and 2025. The results indicate that effective risk management in maritime higher education requires an integrated framework encompassing academic risk, operational risk, safety risk, compliance risk, and reputational risk. Institutional leadership commitment, risk-based governance, and digital risk monitoring systems emerge as critical success factors. This study contributes to the development of a structured risk management model tailored to the unique characteristics of maritime higher education institutions.

Abstract

The transformation of Indonesian language learning has become an urgent necessity in the digital era to address the persistent issue of low students’ critical literacy. Conventional instructional approaches are often insufficient in fostering higher-order thinking skills, analytical abilities, and reflective engagement with texts. This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of deep learning–based Indonesian language instruction in enhancing students’ critical literacy. The research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review of scholarly articles, research reports, and educational policy documents published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that deep learning–based instruction, which emphasizes conceptual understanding, meaningful learning, reflective thinking, and knowledge integration, significantly contributes to the improvement of students’ critical literacy, particularly in critical reading, argumentative writing, and discourse analysis. This study recommends the systematic integration of deep learning principles into Indonesian language learning as a strategic pedagogical approach to strengthening students’ critical literacy skills.

Abstract

Problem-solving ability is a core competence in mathematics learning and a key indicator of students’ higher-order thinking skills. However, many students experience difficulties in solving mathematical problems due to differences in prior knowledge, learning pace, and cognitive abilities. Adaptive Learning Systems (ALS) have emerged as an innovative instructional approach that personalizes learning experiences based on individual student needs. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Adaptive Learning Systems in improving students’ problem-solving ability in mathematics. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group. The sample consisted of secondary school students divided into an experimental group using an Adaptive Learning System and a control group receiving conventional instruction. Data were collected through problem-solving tests and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that students who learned through the Adaptive Learning System demonstrated significantly higher improvements in mathematical problem-solving ability compared to those in the conventional learning group. These findings suggest that Adaptive Learning Systems can serve as an effective instructional strategy to enhance students’ problem-solving skills in mathematics.

Abstract

Akademi Maritim Belawan hendriindra806@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance and work flexibility on the performance of millennial employees. Millennials represent a dominant segment of the workforce and demonstrate unique characteristics, including a strong preference for flexibility and balance between personal and professional life. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 120 millennial employees working in private and public organizations. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work flexibility also has a positive and significant influence on performance. Simultaneously, work-life balance and work flexibility significantly affect the performance of millennial employees. These findings highlight the importance of adaptive human resource management practices in improving organizational performance through enhanced employee well-being.
