This research explores the symbolic meanings within the traditional ceremony of "sedekah bumi" in Pelem Village, Gabus Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency. Employing a phenomenological approach, data was gathered through interviews and documentation, with focused data analysis involving reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the traditional ceremony serves as an expression of gratitude and a harmonious connection with nature. The community engages in collaborative activities, rituals, and prayers as a form of reverence to God and the surrounding environment. Despite perceptual differences between the younger generation and elders regarding the relevance of the tradition, the traditional ceremony persists to preserve cultural identity and heritage values. The impact of differing societal perceptions creates social dynamics reflecting generational conflicts and cultural changes. This research provides profound insights into the importance of communicating cultural values to maintain a balance between tradition and positive development in a multicultural society.

This study discusses the implementation of Electronic Seal (E-Seal) Cargo at Cikarang Dry Port as an effort to support container cargo security in Indonesia's Sistem Logistik Nasional (Sislognas). This research also examines the role of Cikarang Dry Port as a key logistics infrastructure in facilitating the entry of international cargo goods into Indonesia, with the implementation of E-Seal on their fleet as a step to support the achievement of Sislognas targets. The research method of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained is used to understand how the implementation of the use of e-seal at cikarang dry port. The results of this study are a description of the types of e-seal devices used, the flow of e-seal use at cikarang dry port and an analysis of the level of damage to E-seal devices.

This research discusses the marketing communication strategies implemented by MAD For Makeup in an effort to create a brand image as a major player in the cosmetics industry, especially in attracting attention and building engagement with the Generation Z target market. The research method involves a comprehensive analysis of the marketing communication campaigns carried out by MAD For Makeup, with a focus on the use of social media, celebrity endorsements, and product innovation. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which this communication strategy has succeeded in creating a strong and relevant brand image for Generation Z consumers. The findings of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight regarding the impact of marketing communication strategies on brand perception among Generation Z, as well as provide guidance for the cosmetics industry in understanding dynamic market preferences and expectations.

The growing message of the global automotive industry has led to an increase in used car sales, especially in unique consumer behavior markets like India. Pricing used cars presents challenges due to inconsistent factors such as mileage and age. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the used car market in India and provide valuable information for business owners and industry players to make informed decisions. The results show that linear regression is accurate and forms a multiple linear regression model y = -1998.21+ 9.9 X1+ 1.22 X2+ 1.3 X3 -8.07 X4+ 1.83 5889267114422 and UMK 49.222702208411334. Apart from that, in the testing process the model built had an accuracy level of 71.09%. This research aims to predict used car prices by considering influencing factors, and the results will be presented visually to provide business owners with more interactive information.

Stunting di Indonesia adalah sebuah masalah yang cukup serius untuk diselesaikan. Stunting sudah berdampak 21,9% atau kisaran 149 juta anak pada usia di bawah usia 5 tahun, yang sudah membuat kasus kematian sebanyak 45% karena stunting. Hal tersebut menjadikan Desa Randudongkal harus diperhatikan mengenai kasus stunting. Menggunakan metode algoritma K-Means yang dapat menganalisis dengan baik, karena K-Means merupakan sebuah algoritma pengelompokkan atau klastering data ke dalam beberapa kelompok atau klaster. Metode K-Means ini juga banyak digunakan oleh para peneliti untuk menganalisis kasus stunting. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkaan adalah teknik observasi, peneliti datang langsung ke Puskesmas Randudongkal untuk melakukan wawancara dan pengumpulan data, dan di dapatkan sejumlah 200 dataset dalam observasi yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengguakan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) yang merujuk pada proses ekstrasi pengetahuan yang berguna, tersembunyi, dan potensial suatu basis data. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sebanyak 190 balita stunting dan 10 balita normal, dengan perhitungan analisis Davies-Boudlin Index (DBI) performa yang optimal adalah dari perhitungan K-9 yang menghasilkan analisis sebesar -0,673 yang berarti memiliki evaluasi cluster dengan baik karena nilai hasil perhitungannya mendekati 0.

The research applies the Naive Bayes method to determine the best-selling products at PT Joynare Mitra Teknologi. The contribution of this research is to provide a reference for other companies interested in using similar techniques to analyze their product data. Testing was carried out by processing data using Microsoft Excel and RapidMiner, with training and testing data. The test results show that the Naive Bayes method can classify best-selling products with a high level of accuracy, reaching 87.00%. Apart from that, the resulting precision reached 72.41%, and recall was 80.77%. The best-selling products in hardware sales such as motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard disks, SSD, and printers can be identified through data analysis. The conclusion from the research is that the Naive Bayes method is very appropriate to use to optimize sales strategies for hardware products based on customer preferences.

This research addresses the company's current problems in increasing sales of food and beverage products. Milky Jedot (Jelly Sedot) & Risol Mayo is a business with products that require online marketing to increase sales. Mobile applications are one of the right media used for marketing. Mobile application development needs to be done with the first step, namely the design process. The design method used is prototype design. This method has 6 systematic processes, namely requirements, quick plan, construction prototype design, user evaluation, refinement, and implementation. The utilisation of this method is needed to support the design to be systematic. The result of this research is a mobile application design prototype with quite complex features. The initial process of customers can create an account, then when logged in, the main menu gallery will be seen which can be used to select menus, and cancel menu selections, after which the shopping basket is seen and then enter the payment menu

Digitalization is increasingly advancing, and one manifestation of this progress is the emergence of the social media platform Instagram. Micro-business owners utilize Instagram to meet their needs (uses and gratification), particularly in seeking education for micro-business ventures. One of the accounts disseminating education for micro-businesses is @sahabat_umkm. The objective of this research is to measure the extent of the influence of utilizing Instagram @sahabat_umkm: a study on uses and gratification as an effort in educating micro-business owners. The research method employed is causal quantitative. Data analysis techniques include Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, t-test, simple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test. The data was collected by the researcher online using a questionnaire and distributed to 399 respondents who are followers of Instagram @sahabat_umkm. The sampling technique used by the researcher is Nonprobability Sampling, specifically Purposive Sampling. The result of the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis is 0.472, indicating a moderate to strong relationship between the variables of Instagram utilization and the effort in educating micro-business owners. Additionally, the magnitude of the influence on the variable of Instagram @sahabat_umkm utilization on the variable of effort to educate micro-business owners is 22.2%, while 72.8% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. The results of the simple linear regression analysis indicate that every one-unit increase in the Instagram @sahabat_umkm utilization variable corresponds to an increase of 0.231 in the variable of effort to educate micro-business owners. Through this research, it is proven that the utilization of Instagram @sahabat_umkm (variable X) significantly and positively impacts the effort to educate micro-business owners (variable Y).

To understand these employment dynamics, it is important to explore how long Data Scientists typically work in this field and what sectors they are more likely to be involved in. This information is very important for companies looking to recruit Data Scientists or determine the average salary of their employees. With this activity, managers can more clearly know the employee's salary range based on their work experience and area of specialization. This gives managers a more precise tool for assessing compensation appropriate to the level of experience and expertise possessed by employees. Nowadays, the concept of Business Intelligence can be applied by all industrial sectors, as long as the industry has a database system to develop its business. Business Intelligence processes and analyzes large amounts of raw data and then displays it in a business report with interactive visuals, namely a dashboard. This research aims to contribute to the understanding of average salary predictions and provide valuable information for business owners to make informed decisions. The results show that linear regression is accurate and forms a linear regression model with an R-square result of 0.263429. The salary prediction calculation process is carried out by considering influencing factors, and the results are then presented visually using Power BI to provide business owners with more interactive information.

The large number of MSME players in Indonesia is inseparable from the challenges or problems that exist. The number of problems can be a challenge for MSME players both those who run their businesses individually and in communities. The Creative MSME Community is an association community of various MSME players in Guntung Village, Bontang City. The purpose of this research is to explain the description of empowerment communication in the Creative MSME Community. This research uses the theory of ACTORS empowerment communication studies, and uses case study research methods and qualitative approaches. The data collection techniques were through observation and interviews. The results showed that the management of Creative MSME Community has not effectively carried out the empowerment communication process to the members. The interaction process between administrators and members also does not reflect the optimal use of interpersonal communication, so there are difficulties in creating mutual understanding.
