<![CDATA[Very advanced technological developments can help all aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. The world of education certainly really needs the role of technology in managing activities by utilizing information technology. Problems arise in the system for processing piles of data to find out whether or not students are able to follow subjects at SDN Malaka Jaya 11. The process of implementing this data mining application alone discusses predicting children's ability levels in taking subjects. The data used is data from 5th grade elementary school students for the last 1 year of the academic year (2022 - 2023) at SDN Malaka Jaya 11. One classification model is to create a decision tree. By knowing the child's level of ability in following subjects, it is hoped that future solutions can be provided by students in processing student data with a computerized system, especially data regarding children's ability level in taking subjects. How the system built works using the decision tree method.]]>

<![CDATA[The C4.5 method is a machine learning algorithm used to create decision trees in data analysis. This research aims to apply the C4.5 Method in predicting the Bev Team 1 target sales at PT. Surya Pangan Sejahtera in Bekasi, West Java. This research utilizes historical sales data, internal and external factors that influence sales, as well as sales targets set by the company. The C4.5 method is used to produce a decision tree that can help in understanding the key factors that influence the sales of the Bev 1 team. The results of this research show that the C4.5 Method can be used to predict the sales of the Bev 1 team with fairly high accuracy. The decision tree generated by this algorithm helps identify the factors that most influence sales, such as sales location, season, promotions, and others. By understanding these factors, companies can take more effective action in achieving their sales targets. This research provides valuable insight for PT. Surya Pangan Sejahtera in managing the Bev 1 team and achieving their sales targets. The C4.5 method can be a useful tool in data analysis and future sales predictions, as well as helping companies to make better decisions in optimizing the performance of their Bev 1 teams.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is facing the phenomenon of the sandwich generation, which plays a dual role in the financial affairs of three generations at once. Data from the March 2022 National Socio-Economic Survey shows that 8.4 million Indonesians (62.71%) belong to the sandwich generation. The movie "First, Second, and Third Love" reflects this reality, directed by Gina S. Noer based on a true story. This study applies Charles Sanders Peirce's Semiotic method to analyze triadic signs. The research shows that individuals give meaning to societal experiences by using the Social Reality Construction Theory. The movie becomes a representation of social reality, helping to understand the complexity of the sandwich generation's life in the context of Indonesian families. To break the chain of the sandwich generation that can damage the next generation, priority awareness, implementation of life limit setting, role as an entrepreneur, and increased educational awareness are needed to change the toxic culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Balai Diklat Keuangan Medan There is an Organizing and Learning sector which is tasked with carrying out learning related to State finances, facilitating the implementation of the Learning system and facilitating technical support for implementing learning needs analysis, learning evaluation, certification and competency tests as well as providing assistance services for implementing knowledge processes and learning organizations in the work area of the Financial Education and Training Center. This research was created to create a mobile-based training participant satisfaction survey system to improve training services. The aim is to improve training services that can be accessed easily by training participants. With the survey application, participant satisfaction data can be accessed and analyzed in real-time and this application makes the work of organizers easier in calculating satisfaction surveys and can provide data to the head of the Financial Training Center quickly. By using the waterfall method with Likert Scale calculations, this research produces an efficient information system through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance and Likert scale calculations. The results obtained from this research are that the participant satisfaction survey application can make it easier for organizers to calculate survey results and make it easier for offices to improve office quality quickly.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the rhetoric of the Governor of East Kalimantan speaking in front of the mass media with the basis of Aristotle's theory as the researcher's standard. The theory used in this research is Aristotle's Rhetoric theory, in its development, rhetoric also includes the process of adjusting ideas to people and adjusting people to ideas through various kinds of messages. From the research results, it can be concluded that rhetoric plays an important role in public communication, especially in the context of political discourse through the mass media. The Governor of East Kalimantan, Isran Noor, with his straight-talking style, managed to use rhetoric effectively to influence public opinion, build relationships with the media, and inspire the public. In a situation that does not have an official communication team, the Governor is still able to manage his communication well and have a positive impact.]]>

<![CDATA[The progress of land transportation, especially motorized vehicles, has a great influence on people's welfare. Currently motorized vehicles have a large contribution to the development of transportation in Indonesia. The increasing number of vehicles always results in problems such as flat tires, running out of petrol or breaking down and the number of these incidents always increases. When problems occur on the highway, drivers always have difficulty finding locations and information about relevant places in order to ask for help with the problems they are facing. This research aims to enable motorized vehicle users to have an Android-based mobile application that is useful for providing location information and related parties to speed up the rescue process. The application that will be developed has a emergency call feature for users to service providers or relevant locations according to the driver's problem. Not only that, this system is also a business platform for those who want to join the merchant feature in it. In this mobile application study, the author will utilize the Google Maps API so that he can search and recommend the nearest place for motorists to seek help. This research was carried out from the analysis, design, implementation, to testing stages.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. XYZ is a leading retail company in Indonesia operating in a highly dynamic industry. Despite using PowerPoint (PPT) presentation reports as a key communication tool with its business partners, PT. XYZ's report creation process is still done manually. This leads to time wastage, the risk of errors, and disruptions to operational efficiency. The purpose of this research is to implement Python-pptx for the automation of report compilation and dom-to-image for the integration of visual data. The goal is to overcome the main challenges faced by PT. XYZ. The research methodology includes problem identification, literature review, system requirements analysis, system design, application development, and system testing. The results of this research include the successful implementation of Python-pptx and dom-to-image in building a web-based automated reporting system at PT. XYZ. System testing demonstrates the success of this technology, ensuring user satisfaction, and preparing the system for more efficient use.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the implementation of the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture and Zend Framework in developing the Category Online application at PT XYZ, a leading retail company in Indonesia. The IT team at PT XYZ faced challenges in developing applications using PHP Native, and the adoption of the Zend Framework improved development efficiency. The application handles manual changes in item status across numerous branches, which is inefficient. The study focuses on developing the Transformation Class Product (TCP) module. The research method involves five stages, from requirements analysis to implementation, using a prototype model approach. System testing, utilizing black box testing during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase, was successful, indicating the effectiveness of the application's core functionalities. Thus, the implementation of MVC and Zend Framework in the Category Online application at PT XYZ has proven effective in enhancing the company's operational efficiency.]]>

<![CDATA[As a company adopts a distributed business model, scalability issues often arise in the distribution of data from server to client. PT XYZ, as one of the companies facing this challenge, frequently encounters delays and request blocking when using synchronous communication models such as RESTful API. Additionally, there is resource and time wastage on the server side as it has to handle store requests one by one, resulting in losses for the store due to delayed access to required data for business processes. This research proposes a solution to address these issues by implementing a publish/subscribe communication model. Through the implementation of this architecture, clients and servers are separated by a broker, namely Google Cloud. Pub/sub technology is implemented using the Python programming language with the Waterfall development method. The results of this research include the design of a client-side application capable of receiving data from a previously deployed broker. Test results demonstrate that the client can receive data at any time without disrupting the data fetching process for other clients.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out using Robert Entman's framing model analysis on the online media kompas.com and detik.com. This research discusses the relocation of Rempang Island in the period September-November 2023. This research uses a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the Relocation of Rempang Island, which is a Government project, namely the development of the area that will become Rempang Eco City. The relocation of Rempang Island which is on Batam Island, Riau Islands, is a government project which has long been planned to build Rempang Eco City but only in 2023 will this development get investors so that this development can be realized, as a result of this the government has to carry out the relocation to the residents of Rempang, as a result of this there were demonstrations and clashes demanding that they not be relocated, demanding rights and clarity regarding this relocation issue from the government. The results of the research focus more on the meaning and prominence of messages in several news frames on kompas.com and detik.com.]]>
