Abstract

On June 20, 2024, a cyber attack occurred on PDN, which caused several government public services in the form of SPBE to not run properly. The incident has the potential to cause data leakage and disclosure of the government and the Indonesian public by hackers. Cyber incident cases on PDN need to be studied in order to gain useful knowledge for implementing cybersecurity in telematics projects in Indonesia, especially SPBE. In this scientific paper, a study of cybersecurity management strategies is conducted on telematics projects in Indonesia with a case study of PDN leaks. The exploratory study method is used to identify the causes of cyber incidents on PDN. The factors causing PDN cyber incidents are then entered into the PPT framework to determine the handling solutions. The results of the identification and mapping show that there are 3 human factors, 4 factors, and 7 technological factors. The cybersecurity management strategy for telematics projects in Indonesia proposed in this study is in the form of solutions for handling, mitigating, and anticipating cyber incidents according to the case study studied. The results of this study can be a reference for organizers of public service telematics projects so that similar incidents do not occur in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to address the challenges in classifying sentiment on Twitter regarding Puan Maharani by implementing the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) method, supplemented with feature weighting and feature selection techniques. This method is designed to improve accuracy by assigning higher weights to important features and reducing data dimensions to avoid overfitting. Data is collected using a crawling technique on Indonesian-language tweets, which are then manually labeled and processed through a preprocessing stage. The testing results using the modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) method with confusion matrices show the model's performance at three different values of K (3, 5, and 7) and data ratios of 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30. With a 90:10 data ratio and K=3, the method achieved the highest accuracy of 89.0%. These results indicate that the combination of MK-NN and related techniques is highly effective in sentiment classification, offering an innovative solution to the limitations of conventional methods. These findings have potential applications in public opinion analysis, particularly for supporting data-driven strategic decision-making.

Abstract

Batik is one of the unique forms of Indonesian culture. On October 2, 2009 UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) designated batik as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. One of the batik heritages of our ancestors is Lampung Batik and Yogyakarta Batik, where both batik have their own differences and uniqueness, so that we as Indonesian people must maintain and preserve the cultural heritage of our ancestors by creating a system that can determine both batik without using instinct or based on recommendations from others which can still cause errors. In previous studies, classification using Multikernel SVM managed to achieve an accuracy of 100%. There are also those who use CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)-Sobel with an accuracy of 91,2% in the training process and 91,8% in the validation process. The problems experienced in previous studies were the limitations of the dataset and the model testing process which was still not optimal so that it did not get satisfactory results so that in this study the Convolutional Neural Network method will be used with 6 architectures, 3 of which are unModified architectures, namely MobileNetV2, DenseNet121, and Xception. And 3 Modified architectures, namely MobileNetV2 (Modified), DenseNet121 (Modified), and Xceptipn (Modified). The selection of the three architectures is because it has a very large number of layers so that it can calculate a very large amount of data and produce the appropriate output. The best results obtained in this study were the Modified architecture, namely Xception (Modified) with an accuracy of 100%, Precision 97%, Recall 94%. F1 Score 92%, and Loss 0,0066 in the 30th epoch experiment and learning rate 0,0001 so that Xception became the best model in the Modified architecture (Modified). This research is expected to be able to provide a renewable technology system to ordinary people who do not know Lampung Batik and Yogyakarta Batik to be able to distinguish between the two specifically so as to minimize errors in analyzing or when buying the desired Batik

Abstract

Efficient waste management presents a persistent challenge, particularly in the areas of waste collection and sorting. Among the contributors to environmental pollution, plastic waste stands out as one of the most significant. To address this issue, this study introduces a Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) system leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT) to automate the management of plastic bottle waste. The proposed system incorporates an incentive mechanism based on a point-reward system, wherein users earn redeemable points by depositing plastic bottles into the RVM. User authentication is facilitated through card and QR code integration, while ESP32-CAM and OpenCV technologies enable real-time bottle detection. The system's development employed the Agile methodology, which allows adaptability to evolving requirements throughout the development process. The iterative approach consisted of three primary phases core functionality development, system integration, and performance optimization. The study's outcome is the deployment of a point-based reward mechanism aimed at encouraging community involvement in plastic waste management. By providing tangible incentives, this system seeks to enhance public awareness and actively promote participation in recycling initiatives for plastic waste.
