Abstract

This research examines the principles of qaulan maysura in Gus Iqdam's lectures through the Tafsir Asy-Sya'rawi approach, with a focus on its relevance and application in contemporary da'wah. Qaulan maysura or "gentle words" is a communication ethic recommended in the Koran, which emphasizes the importance of gentleness, friendliness and ease in conveying religious messages. The research method used is content analysis, with a focus on Gus Iqdam's lecture videos on YouTube as the main source, supplemented with references from various sources of commentary and da'wah literature. Through analysis of Tafsir Asy-Sya'rawi, this article explains the concept of qaulan maysura and how this tafsir enriches understanding of empathetic and effective da'wah communication. Gus Iqdam's lecture was chosen as a case study because his communication style reflects the values of qaulan maysura, making him a representative example. The results of this research emphasize the importance of the principles of polite communication in da'wah and show the relevance of Tafsir Asy-Sya'rawi in explaining these values, which are useful for preachers in various social contexts.

Abstract

Archival supervision aims to ensure that records management is carried out correctly by the creating institution in accordance with the legal basis and applicable rules, one of these institutions is Puslatbang PKASN LAN RI. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and impact of archival supervision activities on records management practices in the Puslatbang PKASN LAN RI work unit, as well as identify the specific contribution of this supervision in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of records management. In this research, the method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection process was carried out in 3 ways, namely through interviews, observation, and literature review. As for deciphering data information using stages, namely data reduction, data description and conclusion drawing (verification). The results of this study indicate the role of internal archival supervision on the effectiveness of internal records management at Puslatbang PKASN LAN RI. Obtaining the maximum value in the aspect of dynamic records management and obtaining the final grade of internal archival supervision with the “AA” (Highly Satisfactory) category for three consecutive years (2021, 2022 and 2023). With a percentage of benefits for ensuring records management according to standards (85.7%) and accelerating decision making (85.7%), increasing archive accessibility, awareness of the importance of archives (71.4%), and understanding and smooth administration (57.1%). Archival supervision is significant in ensuring compliance with the rules of the applicable archival regulations, so as to achieve good records management according to the administrative objectives of the agency.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the restocking process at UMKM Maju Jaya Accessories through the development of an Android-based application. Previously, the UMKM used a manual restocking method, which often caused delays, stock management errors, and inefficient communication. The designed application allows stores to independently submit restock requests, which can then be monitored in real-time by the business owner. The research methodology uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The results show a significant improvement in stock management timeliness, restocking process efficiency, and a reduction in operational costs that were previously high due to frequent manual errors, such as timing mistakes for stores that were not ready to restock. The application is designed with a simple and user-friendly interface, making it accessible to users from various backgrounds. However, the application is still limited to business owners and partners only and cannot be used publicly. In conclusion, the implementation of this application improves operational effectiveness and provides added value for business owners and partner stores through more efficient and structured stock management.

Abstract

Virtual Influencer /also called Cgi influencer are fictional characters that are created through computer technology. They are the life-like looking and personable ones who help get to audiences on social media for marketing. They can work as a virtual human that serve as a brand ambassador of the tunes & logs- the products and engage with their followers just like regular influencer. It has impacted the digital marketing status-quo on social media like no other platform (Especially TikTok). Marketing of virtual influencers to Generation Z as the largest consumer generation on social is the top priority. In general, Virtual Influencers are known to push the bar rather high when it comes to new and unique styles or trends in fashion the younger generations take to daily. Whether as “virtual Influencers” spread content that could potentially shape consumer preference around a certain apparel brand, hairstyle, accessory, etc. Problema was then later questioned as a top in article So this study intends to explore the virtual influencers' effect on TikTok of Generation Z consumption behavior in Mataram City. The analysis of data was conducted on 50 respondents using the product moment correlation test in a quantitative method through a questionnaire. The research actually highlights the impact of “Virtual Influencers” on the consumer perception in Mataram City based on Generation Z consumption behavior with a significant correlation result of r = 0.798 indicating high relationship between the two, showing that influencing factor. The effect size of 45.8% implies that 47% of the variation in how consumers merchandising decisions are driven by their interaction with virtual influencers on the TikTok platform. The researches the effect of virtual influencers on Generation Z's buying decision.

Abstract

This journal aims to understand how Marketing Communication students from Binus LE51 interpret the experience of a breakup through conversations on the WhatsApp application. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic interpretation approach, the research analyzes conversation content from five students who voluntarily shared their breakup experiences. The study also found that the emotional recovery time after a breakup varies, depending on the closeness of the previous relationship and the support from friends. The study suggests the importance of further exploring the role of social media in emotional recovery processes among students, particularly within the increasingly interconnected digital environment. The end of a romantic relationship significantly impacts students' mental health and academic performance. Through a qualitative approach, the study reveals that breakups often trigger negative emotions such as sadness, anxiety, and stress. These emotions lead to decreased concentration, reduced quality of assignments, and poor academic performance.

Abstract

As service quality becomes paramount, ICT governance is increasingly important for organizations. This study will audit Purwokerto Eye Specialty Hospital's SIMRS against ISO/IEC 27001 standards to evaluate its information security posture. The implemented Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) aims to support the integration of services and administrative processes, but faces various security challenges such as data loss and potential manipulation. The audit was conducted through observation, interviews, and analysis of existing security policies. The audit results show that information security incident management is in accordance with procedures, including handling, reporting, and corrective actions, with a fairly high level of security maturity. The study recommends periodic evaluation and security enhancements to ensure system resilience against future threats.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the software industry has directly increased the demand for reliable and skilled programming employees (programmers). The success of this industry heavily relies on the technical expertise of the development team, particularly in mastering programming languages and the latest technologies. Therefore, an efficient and effective system is essential for selecting the right programmer based on project requirements. This selection process can optimize resource allocation and enhance the chances of project success. This research proposes the development of an employee recommendation system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The case study is applied at CV Garuda Infinity Kreasindo, a software development company located in Bandung. This system is designed to assist project managers in identifying the programmer who best fits the project's technical needs. By utilizing four criteria—specifically, the employee's programming role, the programming languages they have mastered, and their experience with databases and frameworks—decisions can be made objectively regarding the employees needed for a specific project at CV Garuda Infinity Kreasindo.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of computer technician performance on staff satisfaction so that staff do not face obstacles in working so that the teaching and learning process and human resource process run effectively. By knowing the level of staff satisfaction, the academic party can easily find out the level of computer technician performance, so that if there are inappropriate results, the academic party can quickly fix and improve the performance of computer technicians. This study was conducted in measuring staff satisfaction with the performance of computer technicians at Universitas Potensi Utama. The method used by the author in this study is the C4.5 algorithm method by producing rules, accuracy values and decision trees, for the data collection process which will be carried out using a questionnaire distributed to staff via a google form link that can be assessed. The data used by the author is staff data totaling 129 respondents. The measurement results obtained using the C4.5 algorithm method are an accuracy level of 106 data with a total of 82% with the root attribute Reliability, with branch attributes namely Empathy and Tangibles. It is hoped that the results of this study can continue to be carried out periodically to improve the performance of computer technicians according to their competence so that the existing system can continue to run very well.

Abstract

Aplikasi Polri Super App dirancang untuk mendukung pelayanan publik digital oleh Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, namun menghadapi kendala berupa navigasi yang kompleks, estetika visual yang kurang menarik, dan fungsionalitas yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang UI/UX aplikasi menggunakan metode Design Sprint, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Understand, Diverge, Decide, Prototype, dan Validate. Validasi dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kegunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan ulang berhasil meningkatkan aspek navigasi, estetika visual, dan aksesibilitas, dengan peningkatan skor SUS dari 42 pada desain awal menjadi 87 pada desain baru. Skor ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengalaman pengguna, mencerminkan antarmuka yang lebih intuitif dan nyaman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Design Sprint efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi layanan publik, mendukung transformasi digital, dan memperkuat citra profesional Polri.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era, of course, becomes a benchmark for an agency to carry out transformation in the field of technology. an agency is expected to be able to implement a system that can provide convenience for many people who are struggling in the field, researchers take the example of a football academic institution. of course the selection to enter the football academic through complicated stages, prospective participants or students must be able to meet various requirements, one of which is height measurement. currently, the selection of height for prospective students is still carried out conventionally by utilizing measuring instruments. this is also the background to this research, in its implementation the researcher used python with the Mask-RCNN method, the conclusion obtained the system is able to detect objects with an accuracy of up to 80%.
