Abstract

The prevalence of malnutrition in children under five in Indonesia shows an estimate of future nutritional status based on current and past trends. A logistical population model is used in this study, which assumes that at some point in time, the population will reach equilibrium. The purpose of this study is to analyze the nutritional status of children under five aged 0-23 months in 2027 (t=9) using a logistics model. The data used came from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) between 2016 and 2018, and is predicted for the period 2019 to 2027, assuming that the capacity limit (k) is 10,611.02. This study shows that type I and II logistics models can be used accurately to understand near-capacity growth related to children's nutritional status. The analysis shows that by 2027, it is estimated that there will be 359.35 children under five who will achieve optimal nutritional status.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of qishash punishment in murder cases according to fiqh jinayah, as well as its impact on the Islamic justice system and society. Qishash, which means proportionate retribution, is a form of punishment regulated in Islamic law for the perpetrator of intentional murder. As a legal concept rooted in the principle of justice, qishash aims to restore social balance and provide a deterrent effect for criminals. However, its application in society is not simple, as there are challenges related to unclear evidence, social and cultural considerations, and criticism of the application of the death penalty in the context of human rights. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze various relevant fiqh and legal texts regarding qishash, as well as real cases that show its application in countries that apply Islamic law. The results of the study show that although qishash is considered a form of justice in Islamic law, its application is faced with problems such as injustice that can arise due to insufficient evidence, as well as controversies related to the death penalty. In addition, the role of the victim's family in choosing between qishash or diyat also shows that there are differences in views influenced by social, cultural, and economic factors. Considering the principles of justice in Islam and the challenges that arise in legal practice, this study concludes that the application of qishash in murder cases needs to be adapted to the times, including in terms of respecting human rights and upholding transparent and fair justice. This research also emphasizes the importance of developing an Islamic criminal law system that is able to accommodate human values without ignoring the principles of justice contained in fiqh jinayah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the comparison of financial ratio reports for companies in the mining sector during the 2019-2023 period. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that, based on the liquidity ratio, PT Bukit Asam Tbk demonstrated good financial conditions, while PT Aneka Tambang Tbk required further observation. Based on the activity ratio, PT United Tractors and PT Aneka Tambang required further observation, whereas PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk showed good financial conditions. Based on the solvency ratio, PT Bukit Asam Tbk and PT United Tractors Tbk exhibited more stable and profitable performance. This stability was also reflected in their profitability ratios, which showed consistent performance, and the same applies to their market ratios.

Abstract

This research analyzes defaults in commercial property rental agreements based on the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). The method used is normative juridical with a regulatory approach and case studies. The research results show that in the Civil Code, default includes not carrying out achievements, carrying out inappropriate achievements, or being late. In KHES, default is seen from the ijarah contract with the principles of justice and honesty. This research found a gap between legal theory and practice in the field, so that legal harmonization and increased legal understanding of the parties are needed.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Taxation Understanding, Education Level, and Love of Money on Individual Taxpayers' Perceptions of Tax Evasion (a case study on individual taxpayers in Mangunjaya Village, South Tambun District). The aim of this article is to analyze the relationships among the variables examined. The findings reveal that: (1) Taxation understanding positively affects taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion, (2) Education level does not influence taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion, and (3) Love of money positively affects taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion.

Abstract

This research aims to quantitatively describe the influence of financial literacy and housewife lifestyle on family financial management, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all housewives from RW 03 Bayanan, Wajak Lor Village, consisting of 5 RT with a sample of 103 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire, with a Likert scale. After that, instrument tests and classical assumption tests were carried out consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS Version 22 for Windows software program. The test results show that Financial Literacy and Lifestyle of Housewives influence Family Financial Management both partially and simultaneously. The results of this research can be used to provide recommendations for Village Government policy making to provide a forum for expanding knowledge about financial literacy to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' mathematical literacy abilities in terms of cognitive style. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out at Mts Al Mustaqim 1 Arang Limbung in class VIII C in the 2024/2025 academic year. Grouping students to see cognitive style uses a questionnaire instrument that has been filled in before continuing with test questions to see students' mathematical literacy abilities in terms of students' cognitive style.  The results of the research show that based on the average score obtained by students with the Field Dependent cognitive style, there were 12 people with an average score of 44.61, which is included in the low criteria, and students with the Field Independent cognitive style were 4 people with an average score of 48. .06 is included in the low criteria. Based on the problem-solving process and achievement of FI students' mathematical literacy ability indicators, it is better than FD students, as evidenced by FI fulfilling 2 indicators well while FD students only fulfill 1 indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the product strategy of the Dangke Melona Chips business located in Cendana Village, Cendana Sub-district, Enrekang Regency. The research focuses on identifying competitive advantages, product development, and marketing approaches undertaken by the business. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that Dangke Melona Chips has significant potential to enhance competitiveness through product innovation, stronger branding, and market expansion. Proposed strategies include flavor diversification, more appealing packaging, and the use of digital media for marketing. By implementing these strategies, the business is expected to improve profitability and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study analyzes the poverty line in DKI Jakarta using non-linear regression with the Generalized Additive Model (GAM) and considering spatial aspects through Eigenvector Filtering. Secondary data from BPS DKI Jakarta for the period 2018-2022 is used with independent variables in the form of Expenditure per Capita (PPK), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), and Human Development Index (HDI). The results show that PPK has a significant non-linear relationship with the poverty line, while TPT and HDI have no significant effect. Spatial analysis reveals patterns of poverty distribution that reflect differences in economic structure and access to public services in different areas of Jakarta. These findings emphasize the need for poverty alleviation policies that focus on increasing people's purchasing power and equalizing economic access across administrative regions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, credit risk, and independent board of commissioners on investor confidence, with firm size as a moderating variable, in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The research method used is quantitative, with secondary data sources. The results show that profitability and independent board of commissioners have a significant positive effect on investor confidence, while credit risk does not have a significant effect. Firm size strengthens the influence of profitability on investor confidence but does not moderate the effect of credit risk and independent board of commissioners. Simultaneously, profitability, credit risk, and independent board of commissioners affect investor confidence.
