Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance at the Social Service Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province. Research method The research method used is a literature review technique that involves a series of steps to collect information from a number of previous articles found in Google Scholar and Science Direct databases. The results of the study are that employee motivation variables have a positive relationship with employee performance variables, this is evidenced by the r value of 0.407. In addition, motivation variables also affect the performance of employees of the Social Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province as evidenced by the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) produced is 16.5% while 83.5% is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of implementing the Stratta learning model in appreciating poetry and analyzing the improvement in students' abilities. The method used in this research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Several stages carried out in this research include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The learning process by applying the Stratta learning model experienced an increase in activity, namely in cycle 1 the average value of activity reached 74.5 % and increased in cycle 2 to 84%. Therefore, by applying the Stratta model in learning to appreciate poetry, it is able to activate students. The learning outcomes obtained by applying the Stratta learning model, namely cycle 1, have an average value of 80% with categories of 5% sufficient, 72% good, 23% very good. Based on these scores, there are still students who have not obtained the KKTP score so it is deemed necessary to continue to cycle 2. The average score for cycle 2 increased to 88% with 23% in the good category and 77% in the very good category, with all students achieving the KKTP score. The results of this research prove that using the stratta model in appreciating poetry can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is to improve students' news listening learning, the use of audio visual media in learning can improve the expected thinking abilities of class XI students at SMA Negeri 7 Wajo. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom action research seeks to improve the quality of research objects and problem solving by observing the success and results of actions and adding additional information that can encourage better behavior or change conditions and situations with more desirable results. In the pre-cycle the average student score was 61 and 4 people reached the KKTP or 14%. In cycle 1 the average student score was 71 and 15 people achieved the KKTP or 52%. The average score of students in cycle 2 increased by 82 and 27 students reaching the KKTP or 93%. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the use of audio visual media can improve learning to listen to the news in class XI IPS 2 students at SMA Negeri 7 Wajo. Research conducted during the pre-cycle stage to cycle 2 showed different results. Where every cycle there is an increase in students' learning to listen to the news.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in debate learning and can improve students' speaking skills. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Several stages carried out in this research include the planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. The data and data sources in this research are process data and learning outcomes of class X Science 4 students at SMAN 7 Wajo, totaling 35 people. This research was carried out in three activities, namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The data collection techniques used are student observation sheets, student learning outcomes tests and documentation. Data from research analysis uses descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of research using the spontaneous group discussion method to improve students' speaking skills in debate learning were declared successful. In pre-cycle activities the average student score was 55 and 3 people achieved the KKTP score or 8%. In cycle I the average student score was 69 and 21 people achieved KKTP or 60%. The average score of students in cycle II increased by 85 and reached a KKTP of 33 people or 94%. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the spontaneous group discussion method can improve speaking skills in debate learning for class X Science 4 students at SMAN 7 Wajo. Research data conducted during the pre-cycle stage to cycle II showed different results. Namely, each cycle shows an increase in students' speaking skills.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: To analyze and understand the supply chain on consumer satisfaction, to analyze and understand the effect of price on consumer satisfaction, to analyze and understand the effect of partnership on consumer satisfaction, to analyze and understand the effect of supply chain, price, partnership on consumer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of 32 shallot entrepreneurs who were all used as samples. The results of the study showed that the supply chain has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a Sig value to influence the supply chain on consumer satisfaction of 0.005 <0.05 and a Tcount value of 2.723> Ttable 2.048. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a Sig value to influence price on consumer satisfaction of 0.004 <0.05 and a Tcount value of 2.842> Ttable 2.048. Distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a Sig value to influence distribution channels on consumer satisfaction of 0.006 <0.05 and a Tcount value of 2.989> Ttable 2.048. Supply chain, price, and distribution channels simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a Fcount value of 3.293 greater than Ftable 2.90 and a sig value of 0.03 <0.05.

Abstract

Risk management as an effort in managing every step, target and scope of the process in the field of science that needs to be understood in more detail so that its implementation can run according to expectations. Because basically there is no risk that can be eliminated at all. The steps that can be taken are to overcome the risk in a more accountable way. Reducing risk by implementing appropriate systems and procedures for organizations or institutions appropriately can be a way to minimize the impact of risks that occur later. In implementing the development of risk management, the impact on current scientific developments is an effort from various parties to strengthen the position of risk management in overcoming errors, especially in scientific developments in the future. This certainly goes hand in hand with what has been a concern in risk control that has been measured and calculated in such a way.

Abstract

OVO is a smart application that provides online payment and transaction services (OVO Cash). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of E-Trust, Promotion and Promotion on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The research sample was 80 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that E-Trust had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (3.174> 1.992 and 0.002 <0.05), Promotion had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (3.385> 1.992 and 0.001 <0.05) and E-satisfaction had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (4.338> 1.992 and 0.000 <0.05). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained that E-Trust, Promotion and E-Satisfaction had an effect on E-Loyalty for OVO E-Wallet Users (F count (26.977) > F table (2.72) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very famous fast food restaurant or commonly called KFC. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price and Promotion on KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The research sample was 97 respondents using Simple random sampling as a sampling technique. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (3.816> 1.986) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted, namely Brand Image influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (2.992> 1.986) and a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that H2 is accepted, namely Price influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a calculated t value > t table (2.750 > 1.986) and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, meaning that H3 is accepted, namely that Promotion influences the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students. The simultaneous test results obtained a calculated F value (29.946) > F table (2.70) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H4 is accepted. Brand Image, Price and Promotion influence the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students.
