As an effort to carry out research, research methods have a very important role in getting answers to the problems being researched. In addition, research also occupies the most important position with regard to science, which means that this step is aimed at developing and continuing research in the future so that it does not become extinct. In qualitative research, there are many methods used to collect data as research sources, both from text and non-text. The results of qualitative research are generally in the form of a research design based on the findings of previous researchers and are not in the form of statistical figures. Qualitative research is explanatory in nature and leads to an analytical approach that emphasizes facts on the problems studied and is also known as a method that proceeds from a specific discussion to a general focus. This process is then highlighted in qualitative research to thoroughly explain the series and results of the research so that it is easy for researchers and academics to understand.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether the moral education espoused in Surah Al-Isra' verses 23-27 is relevant in today's society, which is marked by a greater degree of technical progress. The purpose of this research is to examine the many possible precedents for the moral education principles found in the Qur'an. Research is done at libraries, and it may be done in a number of different ways, such as by collecting data, by reading scientific publications that lead to the topic of study, or by obtaining literary data. The value of moral education, as addressed in Al-Isra' verses 23-27, is examined using semiotic analysis, and the results show there may be a relationship between the importance of moral education and the development of the fifth industrial revolution. In particular, verses 23–27 of Surah Al-Isra' stress the following characteristics of moral education as comprising the value as mentioned therein: a) Respect for one's parents (ihsan) and avoiding making false claims about Allah are examples of Allah-honoring morals. b) Humility towards one's parents and regular prayer on their behalf are moral obligations. c) The duty to serve one's parents with integrity and to apologise to them for any wrongdoing on one's part. d) Let's make things simpler for our needy family. e) Adopting a frugal lifestyle and not wasting money or resources, which is important in the post-"4.0" era of industrialization: a) Changes in how individuals usually interact with one another. b) how far apart they keep themselves socially in modern society. c) Changes in conventional social practises. d) Changes in the accepted standards of hospitality in modern culture. e) Results and changes in people's social behaviours

High motivation encourages students to involve themselves in the learning process with enthusiasm. Strong self-efficacy strengthens students' belief in their ability to achieve good learning achievements. Meanwhile, a positive self-concept influences students' perceptions of their abilities and provides additional motivation to achieve higher achievements. This research is a causal expose facto research, because the purpose of this research is to reveal the causal relationship between research variables, namely: learning readiness, motivation, self-efficacy, self-concept, and learning achievement. The results of the study are student learning readiness, high learning motivation and student self-efficacy. Student learning readiness is something that needs to be considered starting from their mental, emotional and cognitive readiness. In addition, motivation is also an important part in forming a strong self-concept by arousing student interest and enthusiasm, maintaining student curiosity, and giving praise or rewards for their success.Keyword: Readiness to Learn, Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Self-Concept, Student Achievement

Risk management as an effort in managing every step, target and scope of the process in the field of science that needs to be understood in more detail so that its implementation can run according to expectations. Because basically there is no risk that can be eliminated at all. The steps that can be taken are to overcome the risk in a more accountable way. Reducing risk by implementing appropriate systems and procedures for organizations or institutions appropriately can be a way to minimize the impact of risks that occur later. In implementing the development of risk management, the impact on current scientific developments is an effort from various parties to strengthen the position of risk management in overcoming errors, especially in scientific developments in the future. This certainly goes hand in hand with what has been a concern in risk control that has been measured and calculated in such a way.
