Cash disbursements are transactions that result in a reduction in cash balances in the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget either in cash through Stock Money or from state cash accounts originating from expenditures, purchases of capital goods, transfer expenditures via government credit cards or other expenditures . Internal control is a process implemented or influenced by stakeholders designed to provide adequate assurance regarding the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, it is necessary to know the controls that have been carried out in cash disbursement transactions so that we can determine whether cash disbursement transactions have been carried out properly so as to achieve organizational goals. It is hoped that this article will provide knowledge about Government Accounting, especially cash disbursement transactions.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the continuity of a business's sales system. The sales system which was initially carried out with direct sales between sellers and buyers is starting to shift to the online realm. Budding entrepreneurs use online food delivery services as an initial strategy to continue operating during the pandemic. This research aims to find out how effective the use of online food delivery services is in Denpasar City, especially at Kedai Sosis Peguyangan. It is hoped that this research will provide an overview to novice business people regarding technological developments, in this case online food delivery services, as an effort to understand changes in consumer behavior in meeting food needs. The owner of the Peguyangan Sosis Shop was the subject of this research. Grab-Food and Go-Food online food delivery services are the choice of the owner of Kedai Sosis Peguyangan as a partner in operating his business. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques carried out by observation and in-depth interviews. This research shows that using online food delivery services in running a business, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, has a positive impact on increasing sales profits and product diversification.

This research aims to find out the conditions that must be met by retirees when applying for credit, find out the mechanism of the credit granting process, find out the obstacles experienced when giving credit to retirees, overcome obstacles in the credit granting process. The data in this research was taken from interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the descriptive analysis method. This research was conducted by evaluating data on the credit granting process. The results of the research are that external obstacles include, customers not fulfilling the terms and conditions specified in the credit agreement and also customers having difficulty understanding information regarding credit services offered by PT. Bank BTPN Purna Bakti Tanjung Priok Branch. This can be overcome by providing brochures regarding credit, posting credit requirements on notice boards that are adjusted based on applicable regulations and regularly holding outreach to discuss pension credit or visiting customers' homes directly.

This research has two main objectives. First, to find out the application of the company's purchasing accounting system. Second, to evaluate whether the internal control system in the company's purchasing accounting system is running optimally. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research results show that the internal control system over the purchasing accounting system at PT. Mulia Safety Service Surabaya is still not comprehensive, this is due to the dual function of the purchasing department (purchasing function and receiving function) and the lack of distribution of documents (goods receipt forms) which should also be received by the accounting department. Therefore, several improvements are needed. Firstly, by creating a separate receiving section as a receiving function or you can also give this authority to the inventory section, and secondly, the receiving function also creates a document (goods receipt form) so that not only the purchasing and inventory departments receive it but also the accounting department. This improvement is expected to optimize the purchasing accounting system at PT. Mulia Safety Service Surabaya.

The government appeals to the public to temporarily stay at home to prevent the corona virus (covid-19). This policy was intensified by creating a social distancing policy. Policies created such as work from home (WFH) aim to make it easier for employees to continue working during this pandemic. With this policy, some employees think that working from home is easy to implement. However, in its implementation several obstacles were found, for example there were no tools to do the work, reduced communication and coordination between employees, and so on. If it is not resolved immediately, a very complicated working system will arise. This scientific work seeks to find out how working from home affects the effectiveness of PT employee performance. Langgeng Agronusa so that you know what you have to pay attention to when working from home, so that it doesn't reduce work effectiveness.

The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is currently very rapid, various types of industry, both goods and MSME services, have spread widely in Indonesia. The increase in MSMEs is influenced by several factors, one of which is the superiority of MSMEs themselves. The important role given by MSMEs in national economic development and employment has made MSMEs increasingly advanced and developing today. As MSMEs develop, this will be accompanied by increased competition between one MSME and another. This means that business actors must implement strategic management to win global economic market competition. In this research the strategy is focused on SWOT analysis of MSMEs. SWOT analysis involves internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors such as opportunities and threats. The result of this research is that strategic management helps integrate SWOT evaluation results into concrete action plans, so that MSMEs can optimize resources, respond to environmental changes, and achieve sustainable business growth. Alignment between SWOT evaluation results and long-term business goals, a stakeholder-oriented approach, the use of information technology and analytics are key elements in achieving success for MSMEs in the complex and competitive era of globalization.

The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is Quality of Service influenced on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The data analysis technique used in this research is statistical analysis with simple linear regression technique using the application SPSS version 22, Oesapa Office Branch of Kupang Unit of 30.124 people in 2021. Based on the results of the analysis of the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Office Unit Oesapa, known value a or constant value of 2,368 shows that when the quality of service is 0 then the customer’s satisfaction is 2,368, using the regression equation is Y2,368+0,520X. Whereas the value b as a regression coefficient of 0,520 indicates that service quality has a positive influence on client satisfaction. This means that if the quality of service increases by 1% then customer satisfaction will also increase by 0.520 or 52%. Therefore, management should make the best possible effort to continue to improve the quality of services in order to increase customer satisfaction of BRI Branch Kupang

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Mami Kepoo Bumdes Ngabei Sejahtera Retail stores. The method used in this study is using quantitative methods. Determination of the sample using the Lemeshow Technique and the sample number of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the price partially has no significant effect on the purchase decision as evidenced by the calculated t value of the price of -1.313 < t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.192 > 0.05. While product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a calculated t value of 5.90 0 > t table 1.984with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated f value of 17.414 < f table 3.090 significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research examines the increasing phenomenon of resignations from State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in one of the non-ministerial government institutions (LPNK). This research applies a qualitative descriptive method to identify the causes of resignation and its impact on organizational performance and the quality of public services. Research findings show that ASN resignations are dominated by employees aged 20-40 years, especially from the millennial generation who are looking for flexibility and freedom in work. The majority of ASNs who resigned had a service period of 6-15 years and served as first and junior functional experts. The main reason for resignation is the desire to be with family and look for work opportunities elsewhere. The dense workload and lack of flexibility in managing working time, such as the Work from Home (WFH) and flexi time methods not being implemented, also influenced the ASN's decision to resign. It is recommended that non-ministerial government agencies adopt more flexible policies regarding work placement and working time arrangements, as well as creating a work environment that supports career development and work-life balance. With these steps, it is hoped that one of the non-ministerial government agencies can maintain competent ASN and reduce the number of resignations.

Cash Management System (CMS) is a type of banking product that is intended for corporate (non-private) customers to run corporate financial management online. (non tunai). This research aims to analyze how the implementation of CMS on Perum Perumnas makes the work more efficient and accurate. The objective of the research is to analyze the implementation of the transaction process using the Cash Management System. (CMS). This research method uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The research findings conclude that the implementation of the Cash Management System (CMS) can improve accountability and transparency of financial management. Implementing a cash management system (CMS) can make financial management more efficient in terms of time, access and cost. The data collection techniques performed by researchers are observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the implementation of the cash management system (CMS) on Perum Perumnas has been in accordance with the provisions.
