Abstract

Kualitas laporan keuangan daerah adalah laporan terstruktur mengenai posisi keuangan, transaksi-transaksi dan kinerja suatu pemerintah daerah dimana didalamnya memiliki informasi yang mudah dipahami dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengambilan keputusan di masa yang akan datang. Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas harus memenuhi karakteristik antara lain relevan, andal, dapat dipahami dan dapat dibandingkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Bogor dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui link google form kepada 78 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dengan metode penelitian explanatory survey. Data diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25, metode statistik analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dengan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t mendapatkan hasil penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah maka akan menghasilkan kualitas laporan keuangan daerah yang baik. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dengan uji F yaitu penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Otonomi Daerah membawa Pemerintah daerah pada tingkatan yang berbeda. Dengan mengacu UU No 23 tahun 2014, Pemerintah Daerah harus mlakukan perubahan terutama pada penyelenggaraan Pemerintaah Daerah. Birokrasi pemerintah berfungsi sebagai pelayanan dimana Faktor Kualitas SDM Sangat mempengaruhi. Karena keberhasilan otonomi daerah salah satunya dengan meningkatnya kemampuan aparatur birkrasi dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebgai pelayan publik. Otonomi daerah menuntut aparatur birokrasi untuk terus berinovasi selain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan kemampuan daerahnya untuk dapat bersaing dengan daerah lain dan menarik daya saing yang pada akhirnya peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Reformasi birokrasi merupakan salah satu upaya dam penguatan kualitas SDM aparatur birokrat. Reformasi tidak hanya menyederhanakan struktur organissasi tapi juga mengubah pola pikir aparat birokrasi untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia mulai memasuki suatu masa emas berupa era bonus demografi yang mana perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui serangkaian aksi-aksi kebijakan yang mampu membawa manfaat yang optimal. Dari hasil proyeksi jumlah penduduk Kota Tegal bonus demografi berada pada tahun 2020 dengan rasio ketergantungan sebesar 50.42 %.dan tahun 2021 denan rasio ketergantungan sebesar 52.06 %. Kebijakan dan program yang dilakukan melalui pendidikan berkualitas, Program Generasi Berencana, pendidikan kependudukan untuk mengubah pola pikir masyarakat dan meningkatnya kesadaran mengenai isu kependudukan, serta pendidikan keterampilan sebagai jalur meningkatkan kualitas SDM unggul dan siap bekerja. Kebijakan ketenagakerjaan dikelola melalui pemberdayaan tenaga kerja dengan melatih wirausaha, akses permodalan dan pelatihan UMKM. Pengembangan usaha sektor informal lokal daerah, seperti pengembangan usaha-usaha kerajinan dan UMKM di Kota Tegal

Abstract

This study aims to comprehend the methods used by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority to tackle illegal investments. This is due to the substantial quantity of illegal investments in Indonesia, which can have detrimental impacts on many parties, especially individuals who make these investments. This research employs a normative legal research methodology that takes a statutory approach. The primary and secondary legal materials used are primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the Supervision of the Financial Services Authority against Illegal Investments (UU No. 21 of 2011), and investment-related books and journals, including illegal and OJK investments. The study's findings demonstrate that the Financial Services Authority, as required by Law No. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, has the authority to protect the public's legal rights through public education campaigns, provision of facilities for customer complaints, and handling of illegal investments through the revocation of business licenses or payment. and presented a court case. An Investment Alert Task Force, which was established by the Financial Services Authority, was tasked with monitoring investments in general and illegal investments in particular.

We know that Indonesia still relies on importing rice from outside countries for the food needs of its people, without us knowing that the improvement of the digital system can be able to encouraging food suppliers in Indonesia, with the existence of this website, it is expected to be a bright hope in logistics supply in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main goal of working human resources is to get compensation, but there are times when compensation and workload are often unequal. For this reason, this research was conducted, in order to find out how much influence compensation and workload have on workers' satisfaction, especially contract workers and other workers, who expect a daily salary, because the workers' compensation system is usually daily, and depends on how many jobs they get. carried out by the worker. This study uses a quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test, and linear regression. The t value of the compensation variable (X1) is -0.859, thus t count < t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that the compensation variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The t value of the workload variable (X2) is 1.116, thus t count <t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means that the workload variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the Anovab table, the calculated F value is 0.656 while the F table value is 3.26. Thus F count < F table means that the compensation and workload variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Socfindo Matapao. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the regression result is 0.038 meaning that compensation and workload contribute to the influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Socfindo Matapao of 3.8% This result is the result of (R2 x 100%), while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

One of the companies implementing a supply chain management system based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is Visalux. This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. Abstract

Child-worthy cities are the first terms introduced by the ministry of women's empowerment state in 2005 through a suitable city policy for children. In policy, it explains that the kla is the district/city government's effort to accelerate the implementation of the convention on the rights of the child (CRC) from legal frameworks in definitions, development and interventions, such as appropriate policies, institutions, and programs for children. Kla is kabupten/city has a child-based development system through integration of commitments and government resources, business communities and comprehensive policies planned and sustainable, programs and activities to fulfill the child's rights. On the kla administration, the kampar district also involves local government agencies and communities. The study USES qualitative methods, the data-gathering techniques used in this research interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the subject of the informant, who has been selected using this type of information, the research of 11 informals. that is, the kasubag child protection, the children's forum, the kampar children's ambassador, 4 parents, 2 school students, 3 teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT MRT Jakarta which is a fast rail transportation system in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the optimization of MRT Jakarta's minimum service standards and its relation to customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through questionnaires, and literacy studies related to supporting documents at PT MRT Jakarta. Based on the research results of PM 47 of 2014, it shows that the five indicators such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy provided by PT MRT Jakarta are effective and in accordance with the SOP.

Abstract

International trade greatly affects the economic growth of a country. One indicator of economic growth is the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study uses the scientific method approach and hypothesis testing. Types and sources of data used are quantitative data. International Trade has several positive impacts and negative impacts on the Indonesian state. International trade and economic growth are two things that cannot be separated because it is through free markets or international trade that a country's economic growth can increase.
