Abstract

Quality human resources (HR) can increase profits and performance that achieve targets and goals. In an organization or company one of the most influential things is employee (HR). Therefore we need a way or oversight body to assess the quality of employees in the organization while reducing the subjective assessment of employee performance quality. Employee quality assessment certainly has many assessment criteria with different priorities - so we need a method that can take into account these criteria. One method for solving multi-criteria problems is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). TOPSIS is a way of making decisions by finding the best choice among alternatives - alternatives by calculating the proximity of alternatives with the value of an ideal solution. The study was conducted by calculating the criterion points of tupoksi and daily discipline so that it is easier to assess employee quality. The final results obtained in the form of an alternative proximity value sequence with the value of the ideal solution. from the test it can be concluded that there is an ease in making more objective decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what risks may occur at xyz hospital Pekan Baru and how big the probability is and the impact on xyz hospital, by using ISO 31000 and determining the RACI Chart. The first step is risk assessment. It consists of the phases of risk identification, risk analysis, and risk assessment. In the second stage, risk treatment is used. In this phase, we will solve any solutions that will reduce or even prevent all the consequences and potential damage that may occur due to the risk. The findings of this research are that there are 10 risks, 2 of which are in the High category and 8 of which are in the Medium category, the risk treatment for the High category needs to be taken seriously where the risk treatment for power outages has a UPS (backs up computer power when the power goes out) and then connected to generators, and risk treatment for fire. Providing fire extinguishers at every point in the hospital, and there is a code red team (front guard team in case of fire). 2 risks, namely fire and power outages, which are classified in the high category and require serious action to handle them, and there are 8 medium risk categories, at the medium level the number that appears the most is number 12 where there are 4 risks, namely server down, human error , lightning, and corrupt data which has the number 12 and the number 12 also needs to take serious action to deal with it because it is almost classified as High.

Abstract

Wireless is a technology that connects two or more devices without using cables. The use of wireless networks supports daily work activities, both in offices and other institutions. With wireless networks, it becomes easy to rearrange without the need for new network installations, saving time and costs. In this research, the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method is utilized as the process flow for conducting the study. Data collection on the research subject is carried out using Wireless Site Survey, employing Ekahau software with IEEE 802.11 standardization. The research results include an analysis of the performance of wireless network access in the research subject. The site survey findings in the faculty room indicate a dominant signal strength not exceeding -65 dBm at a frequency of 2.4 GHz, while at 5 GHz, the dominant signal strength surpasses -65 dBm. This discrepancy is due to the shorter range of the 5 GHz frequency compared to 2.4 GHz. Another factor involves the placement of access points in the corridor in front of the faculty room, leading to suboptimal range due to obstacles like doors and walls. On the second floor, the signal strength is below -55 dBm at a frequency of 2.4 GHz, while at 5 GHz, the dominant signal strength is above -65 dBm. This is not a concern since the access point is located in a room without computer devices. As a result, the coverage area and signal strength in said room do not exceed -55 dBm for both frequencies. Based on the Site Survey results, a recommendation is proposed in the form of a simulated access point placement design, particularly on the first floor. The initial placement of the access point outside the faculty room is moved indoors to reduce signal propagation obstacles emitted by the access point. With this recommendation, a better coverage area is achieved, and the dominant signal strength in the faculty room does not exceed -55 dBm for both frequencies

Abstract

Disability groups often face social stigmatization and obstacles in achieving self-actualization. Limited support and accessibility to knowledge, facilities and policies that support individual needs is a major problem. The state has a responsibility to respect the rights of disabled groups, including humane treatment, equal fulfillment of life, and survival. Improving the quality of services for disability beneficiaries is key through social innovation and rehabilitation. The role of government institutions is to improve skills for independence. Communication and education of service programs are important, and several programs have helped beneficiaries self-actualize. In the context of the "Pendowo" Social Services Home for Disabilities in Kudus Regency, there are barriers to access to information and communication with the community. Therefore, creating a website using the WordPress CMS with a responsive template has succeeded in overcoming this problem. This website facilitates registration of potential beneficiaries, provides information resources, and allows interaction via web service technology. This creates a dual benefit by increasing convenience and accessibility for all parties involved.

Abstract

Many consumer considerations in choosing, buying an item to meet their needs in buying at online stores. One of the online stores is Shopee, Shopee has several features, one of which is the Shopeefood feature. This study aims to find the component factors of Cutomer Relationship Management (CRM) that consumers consider when choosing Shopeefood. The tool for collecting research data is in the form of questionnaires distributed to Shopeefood consumers who live in the city of Semarang with a total of 120 respondents. This research method uses the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method. The results of this study found that the factors taken into consideration in choosing Shopeefood were Shopeefood's commitment, communication facilities, service quality, ease of accessing applications. Shopeefood's commitment in question, especially the assistance and attention provided by employees, on communication facilities, namely there is clear information from the company, on service quality, namely information provided by CS can help understand shopeefood transactions, on the ease of accessing applications, namely the shopeefood display that easy to understand.

Abstract

One of the success factors for a company is its employees, therefore companies must have quality human resources, in order to build the company in a better direction. Negligence in selecting human resources will cause problems and can result in business failure. To obtain competent human resources, and in accordance with the required classification, proper selection is needed in recruitment. In order for the recruitment process to be objective, an appropriate method is needed for recruiting employees. The Weighted Product method can be used in decision making. In the recruitment process five criteria are used, namely recent education, suitability of major, age, work experience, work experience. In this case, prospective employees are compared with one another so as to provide an output of priority intensity values which results in a system that provides an assessment of each employee. This decision support system helps assess each employee, make changes to criteria, and change weight values. This is useful for facilitating decision making related to employee selection issues, so that employees who are most worthy of being accepted into the company will be obtained.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood is very important, because early childhood is able to capture quickly what they see and imitate it, but with the Covid-19 pandemic all activities must be carried out online. One of them is Nurul Hikmah Kindergarten which conducts online learning, but with limited knowledge about the use of technology in the area, the teachers do not know how to handle it, therefore this research aims to help Nurul Hikmah Kindergarten in Distance Learning (Online) and introduce technology to teachers and parents of Nurul Hikmah Kindergarten students. Nurul Hikmah Kindergarten was chosen because this school was affected by the covid-19 pandemic and limited teacher knowledge about online learning. The research method used is the Agile Method which is one type of method in software development. Usually often referred to as SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Startups and large companies often use this method in software development. The Extreme Programming model (hereafter abbreviated as XP) is used because it has the advantage of simplifying the various stages in the development process to be more adaptive and flexible. XP does not only focus on coding but covers all areas of software development, and XP takes an 'extreme' approach to iterative development. Application development is done using Flutter / Dart programming language. The result of this research is the Pena Application can run well on Android mobile devices; besides that, it can provide solutions to problems that exist in Nurul Hikmah Kindergarten

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to recommend furniture materials in the interior of a residential house. In this study, the authors used a decision support system technique using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) algorithm. The research data source is by conducting interviews and giving questionnaires to furniture users in Pematangsiantar City. In the selection of furniture materials, the author uses five assessment criteria, among others: Quality (C1), Design (C2), Price (C3), Material Maintenance (C4), Room Arrangement (C5). In this study, the alternatives used as samples are Solid Wood (A1), Particle Wood (A2), Plywood Wood (A3), MDF Wood (A4), and Teakblock Wood (A5). From the study results using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique, it was found that from the five alternatives selected, obtained A1 became the best recommendation with a value of 0.12. It is hoped that this research can provide input to the public, especially in Pematangsiantar City, in choosing furniture materials to create a comfortable and ideal residence

Abstract

The Certainty Factor method can help overcome this complexity by providing a level of confidence regarding major recommendations. Certainty Factor allows an expert system to measure the level of confidence or uncertainty associated with each knowledge rule or fact used. Each rule contributes to the overall confidence level, and this can provide an idea of the extent to which the system is confident in the recommendations it produces. In complex decision making, various knowledge rules can influence each other. The Certainty Factor method allows the integration of belief values from interrelated rules, providing a holistic picture of the extent to which evidence supports a conclusion. In some cases, knowledge rules may provide contradictory or conflicting information. Certainty Factor can be used to handle information conflicts by assigning a weight or level of confidence to each piece of information, so that the system can produce more accurate recommendations. Certainty Factor provides a mechanism for measuring the level of uncertainty in a decision. This is important when the available information is incomplete or there is uncertainty in the values used in the knowledge rules. By taking into account the level of uncertainty, the system can provide recommendations that are more realistic and appropriate to complex situations. The Certainty Factor method can be applied dynamically, allowing the system to adjust confidence levels over time or with the addition of new information. This is useful when students experience changes in interest or talent, so the system can provide more accurate and relevant recommendations..

Abstract

Exploitation against web applications can be formulated into an attack tree. This research aims to explore the relationship between the attack tree and the exploitation characteristics based on time and cost metrics. The study involves conducting exploitation experiments on the DVWA platform. The exploitation stages are utilized to construct the attack tree, which is then organized based on two conditions: with Web Application Firewall (WAF) and without WAF. The attack tree is composed of five types of exploitation, namely SQL Injection, XSS (Reflected), Command Injection, CSRF, and Brute Force. The analysis results without WAF indicate that the XSS (Reflected) attack tree occupies the top position with a score of 53.69, while the SQL Injection attack tree ranks last with a score of 682.49. On the other hand, with WAF, the XSS (Reflected) attack tree remains at the top with a score of 61.11, and the SQL Injection attack tree still occupies the last position, but with a lower score of 207.22. Consequently, this relationship can be utilized to categorize attack trees based on time and cost metrics. Future research opportunities may involve measuring subsystem processes of the system.
