Abstract

In recent years, virtual reality has been widely used in various fields, especially tourism. Virtual reality has the unique feature of modeling a real-world environment into a virtual world and bringing users into a completely immersive virtual environment. These unique features are essential in terms of virtual tourism. This research aims to design and create a virtual reality application prototype that models tourist destinations. To this end, the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: concepts, design, material collectiong, assembly, testing, and distribution, was used to develop the application. The test was conducted using the black-box test, and the results show that all the application's main functions can function correctly. However, this research was only carried out to the evaluation stage. Therefore, the following research is to conduct user testing and focus on application distribution

Abstract

The Internet is one of the results of technological advancement. Almost all activities can be done online using the Internet. However, the distribution of the Internet has not reached all sectors, especially in remote villages. This is due to the expensive cost of Internet installation, making it inaccessible to middle to lower-class communities. One solution to this problem is the RT RW Net business, which not only benefits the owner but also provides affordable Internet access to lower-middle-class communities. This research discusses the creation of RT RW Net using IP Bindings and HTB methods. IP Bindings is a technique of the hotspot server where the MAC Address of the user's Access Point is registered in the bypass type of IP Bindings so that the user's AP can connect to the Internet without authentication. To manage bandwidth, this research uses Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB), which is a method of bandwidth management in Mikrotik that applies a hierarchical or tiered grouping concept. By combining these two methods, this research produces a good and appropriate RT RW Net Internet network. This provides access to information, business opportunities, healthcare services, education, and financial transactions online for rural communities. However, factors such as network infrastructure, trained human resources, and transparent and fair policies for all users need to be considered to run the RT RW Net business effectively and provide optimal benefits to the community.

Abstract

Crackers are one of the favorite foods of Indonesian people which are made from flour mixture mixed with flavoring ingredients. UD.Eman is one of the factories that produces folding crackers. The instability of cracker orders which are sometimes high and sometimes low makes UD. Eman difficult in determining the amount of cracker production. These problems can be solved by using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method by using 3 fuzzy variables, namely demand [x] where, inventory [y], production [z]. From the results of research conducted can produce clarity for the production of crackers per day. If the demand for 800 packs per day and stock of 500 packs per day, 947 packs of crackers can be produced per day.

Abstract

Technological developments have occurred so rapidly and have encouraged various innovations in the field of information and communication technology, which have changed the way people interact and obtain information. Website-based information systems in villages have an important role in supporting transparency and easy access to information, as well as opening up new economic opportunities by promoting agricultural products. Pagarjati Village still uses manual methods to share information, by attaching it to the notice board in the village hall, and Pagarjati Village also does not have information media to introduce and promote the activities and agricultural products of Pagarjati Village. The method used in this research is Rational Unified Process (RUP), this research was conducted in Pagarjati village, Lahat Regency. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system in Pagarjati village and introduce and promote the activities and agricultural products of Pagarjati village. The existence of this information system helps Pagarjati village officials to support transparency and ease of information, as well as efforts to improve the economy by promoting agricultural products from Pagarjati village

Abstract

Many young people especially Z Generation when they were bored with their activity along their friends, they choose to play their smartphone for their weariness relief. They also capable to adjust with the situation of recent technology development. These youngster also have characteristic that expressive and explorative, then it will not be a surprise for us when they are just more capable to do social media operating than the previous generation. Z Generation are easy to be bored because of their things which are commonly done by them as their regularly. Therefore, these generation need some, exciting, interesting and fun things for them. Next, to cope with their tendency to be bored, the writer decided to make Kakoru Card which has a series of activities, culinaries, and some attractive places in Surabaya. Not only that, to facilitate them exploring and expressing their creativity, this Kakoru Card provides barcode features which lead them to the Navigation and Kakoru’s Instagram Story Filter. So, the goal of creating Kokoru Card is to make Z Generation will have a willing  to congregate with their friends by shuffling Kakoru Card and find the fun of being together again that is an exceptional thing these years.

Abstract

A hospital is a place where health services are provided by doctors, nurses and other health professionals. Health is the most important thing that every human wants to survive in doing all activities. The importance of this health encourages the government and the private sector to build quality hospitals so that people can access health needs. However, it is not only quality that is desired by the community, but satisfaction in providing fast services, supporting facilities and hygiene and safety are needed by the community so that the healing process feels happy and safe. To find out which hospital has the provision of health services desired by the community, a decision support system is needed. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool assist in the selection of hospitals that are in charge based on criteria desired by the community. The method used by researchers is the Topsis method. This method was chosen because it is able to select alternatives from several alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study are an average value of each alternative and criteria that will be ranked as the best hospital in Pematangsiantar. Based on the results of these tests can be a foundation that can help the community in choosing the provision of hospital services for the healing process.

Abstract

Citizen participation in general elections has different trends every year. February 2024 Indonesia will hold presidential and legislative elections. The research aims to investigate the factors that influence general election participation in Indonesia. The research population was 189 citizens who had the right to vote. The research uses the TOPSIS method. (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is a method used to calculate several alternative criteria offered. The research obtained results of a value of 0.89 for C1, and a value of 0.83 for C4, a value of 0.44 for C2 and a value of 0.32 for C3. The results of this analysis show that the factors influencing active participation in general elections are sociological aspects, followed by economic aspects, political and geographical awareness.

Abstract

The trend regarding food and beverages in recent years has been widely discussed and has significantly impacted the activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) that sell food and beverages. Therefore, SMEs engaged in food and beverage sales should pay attention to public opinions regarding food and beverage trends, as well as observe the patterns of emerging food and beverage trends that are currently trending. To comprehend public sentiments concerning food and beverage trends, this study implements the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to assess its capacity in analyzing positive and negative sentiments within comments related to food and beverage trends on Twitter. The dataset employed consists of tweets created from the year 2018 to 2021, related to food and beverage trends. This dataset underwent several stages of processing, including preprocessing, data division into training and testing sets, and the application of weights using the TF-IDF method. Subsequently, the data is processed using the SVM algorithm. This study employs three ratios for data division: 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30 for training and testing. The most significant accuracy results for each dataset are as follows: 91.19% for "Es Kepal Milo" with a 90:10 ratio, 91.78% for "Baso Aci" with a 90:10 ratio, 87.98% for "Dalgona" with a 90:10 ratio, and 92.34% for "Corndog" with a 90:10 ratio. The implementation of the SVM algorithm yields high accuracy values, indicating that SVM is suitable for sentiment analysis of food and beverage trends. To understand the patterns of food and beverage trends, it can be inferred from the analysis conducted on food trends from 2018 to 2021 that the rise in food and beverage trends in Indonesia lasts for only one (1) to three (3) months before experiencing a sustained and drastic decline. Hence, SME stakeholders engaged in food and beverage sales need to prepare for such conditions.

The aplication of academic of academic information system developed by using waterfall system development method. As the software used in the desain and implementation system using visual studio code as the system desain. Application of academic information system includes master data, user data, academic data, and report value. The application was built has been tested to user so that an application that run very well is obtained

Abstract

The library information system is an application which is created to understand the flow of transaction processes in the library. Transactions in the library include the process of borrowing and returning books with manages overall data so that it helps in organizing the books in the library, the process of searching for books to be selected and displaying library transaction reports. The initial stage of the research was conducting surveys and interviews at the research location directly, where it was found that difficulties in the traditional library transaction process were obstacles in organizing books, borrowing and repaying transactions that spend a long time due to manual recording through diary reports. The results of the application are that it is hoped that all library staff work processes can be managed well, quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
