Abstract

This research aims to find out the principles of Islamic Economics in increasing the economic resilience of Muslim families in Demak Regensy and to find out what strategies the principles of Islamic Economics have in creasing the economic resilience of Muslim in Demak Regency. Abstract

Masyarakat Kalinyamatan Jepara dominan beragama islam. Sebagai seorang muslim, hendaknya dalam melakukan kegiatan transaksi jual beli perlu dilandasi perilaku yang baik sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan jual beli emas di Kalinyamatan Jepara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskkriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kalinyamatan Jepara yang melakukan transaksi jual beli emas dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumen (X1), jual beli (X2), dan faktor pengambilan keputusan (X3) variabel dependen pengambilan keputusan (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya perilaku konsumen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pedagang dengannilai thitung sebesar 1,966 dan nilai probabilitas signifikansi 0.050, sedangkan jual beli dan faktor prngambilan keputusan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Kemudian berdasarkan Uji F perilaku konsumen, jual beli, faktor pengambilan keputusan secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terahadap variabel pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

In the current era of modern society dominated by Gen Z, along with the development of digital trends, people's lifestyles are slowly changing, tending to prefer things that are fast, easy and practical that can be done via smartphone. The problem formulation in this research is whether a digital-based lifestyle influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace? Does consumer behavior influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace? And do digital-based lifestyles and consumer behavior together influence purchasing decisions on the Sahopee marketplace from an Islamic economic perspective? The aim of this research is to find out whether a digital-based lifestyle influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace and to find out whether consumer behavior influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The research was conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung, the population in this study was Gen Z in Bandar Lampung, the sample used in this study was 96 people taken using purposive sampling techniques, a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used was hypothesis testing. The type of data in this research is primary data, data was collected via Google form and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that lifestyle (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that every time there is an improvement in lifestyle, it will increase consumer purchasing decisions. This happens because of changes in increasingly modern times so that people compete to follow lifestyle trends. Then, consumer behavior (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the consumer behavior in generation Z, the higher the level of purchasing decisions. Generation z tends to be highly influenced by social factors and trends. Shopee, as an e-commerce platform that is popular among them, often displays the latest trends, viral products, and limited special offers. And provides easy and practical accessibility for generation z in Bandar Lampung. By using a smartphone and an internet connection, they can search, compare and buy the products they want. This makes it easier for them to fulfill their consumption needs and desires.

Abstract

The development of the times is something that is common and will continue to occur along with increasing knowledge and the desire to be more advanced and facilitate human activities. In the current era of digitalization, some Muslims can understand the probability of changing industry 4.0 by using digital technology as a means of collecting sustenance. . Islamic economics is present as a means of meeting the economic needs of Muslims, in which this economic system has been taught by the Prophet and his companions in the process of life. Islamic economics can also be expressed in terms of Islamic economics. Both have the same meaning that both are based on Islamic teachings. In the research on the Challenges of the Islamic Economic System in the Industrial Age 4.0 in Supporting Economic Growth in Indonesia, the design of this study only focuses on important points that can be extracted from existing sources, so that the research is based on Descriptive Analysis techniques, namely a type of research data that assists in describing, demonstrating, or assisting in summarizing data points so that patterns can develop that satisfy all data conditions. The author discusses this theme because we feel the need to understand the Syari'ah economic system as a Muslim economic vessel.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of the application of regional financial accounting standards, the use of information technology and the quality of regional government apparatus on the quality of regional financial reports in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Jepara Regency. The population is 46 OPD financial managers. The research results show that the application of regional financial accounting standards has a significant positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports, as shown by the value of tcount (2.006) > ttable (1.65630) and sig. 0.016 < 0.05; The use of information technology has a significant positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports, as shown by the value of tcount (2.567) > ttable (1.65630) and sig. 0.009 < 0.05; and the quality of regional government apparatus has a significant positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports as shown by the value of tcount (2.434) > ttable (1.65630) and sig. 0.015 < 0.05.

Abstract

Research aim of this research is to analyze the influence the variables Leader Member Exchange, Work-Life Balance, and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intentions employees on PT Pijar Sukma Jepara. Kinds of this research is quantitative. The population was 60 employees, with sampling all population (saturated sample technique). The data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results shows that Leader Member Exchange has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value -5.177 > t-table -1.672 and significant value 0.000 < 0.05. Work Life Balance has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value -1.912 > t table -1.672 and significant value 0.025 < 0.05. Organizational Commitment has a negative effect to Turnover Intention with t-value of -2.513 > t table 1.67203 and significant value 0.015 < 0.05. Simultaneously F-table is 26.282 > 2.76 and significant value 0,000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Leader Member Exchange (X1), Work Life Balance (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Turnover Intention Variable.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to GDP, employment and job creation. However, the sustainability and development of MSMEs still face challenges, including limited access to financing, particularly from Islamic banks. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic banks in supporting the development of MSMEs in Indonesia through a documentation analysis approach. Results show that sharia-based financing, such as Mudharabah and Musyarakah, has great potential in improving financial inclusiveness, economic justice, and sustainability of MSMEs. However, the portion of Islamic bank financing for MSMEs is still low, with suboptimal financing quality. Collaborative strategies between Islamic banks, government, and technological innovation are needed to overcome financing access constraints and strengthen the role of MSMEs in achieving sustainable development goals. This study provides an important perspective on strengthening synergies between the Islamic banking sector and MSMEs as a key driver of inclusive economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between semboro citrus brands on competition and increased income of citrus farmers in Umbulsari District. This research is a quantitative study using the survey method, sampling with probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling method, 96 citrus farmers in Umbulsari District were selected as respondents. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis software. The results showed that semboro citrus brand has a significant effect on market competition, this proves that H1 (accepted) and semboro citrus brand has a significant effect on the income of citrus farmers in Umbulsari District, this proves that H2 (accepted).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akad ijarah dalam layanan salon kecantikan berdasarkan perspektif hukum Islam. Akad ijarah, yang merupakan perjanjian sewa-menyewa atau jasa dalam Islam, diaplikasikan dalam hubungan antara penyedia layanan salon kecantikan dan pelanggan. Studi ini menyoroti kesesuaian praktik akad ijarah di salon kecantikan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti kejelasan akad, kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, dan keadilan dalam penentuan harga serta layanan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan, melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar salon kecantikan telah menerapkan akad ijarah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, namun terdapat beberapa kelemahan, seperti kurangnya kejelasan dalam deskripsi layanan dan biaya tambahan yang tidak dijelaskan sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi dan pemahaman lebih lanjut bagi para pelaku usaha salon kecantikan mengenai konsep akad ijarah agar sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas Islam dan literasi media terhadap gerakan boikot produk pro-Israel di Forum Silaturahim Studi Ekonomi Islam (FoSSEI) Regional Yogyakarta, di tengah dampak gerakan boikot yang signifikan yang menunjukkan penurunan omzet sebesar 30%. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 172 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas Islam berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap gerakan boikot, sedangkan literasi media tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap gerakan boikot dengan kontribusi sebesar 47,8%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa religiusitas Islam memainkan peran yang lebih dominan daripada literasi media dalam mendorong partisipasi boikot di kalangan konsumen Muslim, menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan terpadu yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai agama dan literasi media dalam mengembangkan strategi gerakan boikot.
