Abstract

The problems raised in this study relate to literary criticism in the poem W.S. Rendra. Poetry is one of the right literature to describe the mind of the author, concerning the social life of the community with its various inequalities, as well as one of the media to convey criticism to individuals and groups. The purpose of this research is to keep literary works away from deviant things that endanger the existence of the author. The method used in this study is qualitative method. The data analysis techniques the authors used in this study are : 1)Read Poetry by W.S. Rendra carefully. 2) then write the value of social criticism contained in the poem. 3) Mark supporting sentences containing social criticism. 4) Analyze social criticism based on data obtained. Social criticism contained in the poem by W.S. Rendra entitled Sajak Orang Miskin, Sajak Joki Tobing untuk Widuri, Sajak Seonggok Jagung, Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa, and Sajak Sebatang Lisong contains social criticisms that include the related social life faced by society, the social life gaps experienced by students, and the social lives of the rich and poor people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah Profitabilitas, Leverage, Likuiditas, Komite Audit merupakan penyebab terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Tax avoidance sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan Profitabilitas, Leverage, Likuiditas, Komite Audit sebagai variabel indepanden. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan sampel yang digunakan merupak laporan keuangan dari perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang berjumlah 52 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tidak acak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan rasio retrun on asset, Debt to asset rasio, current rasio, dan jumlah komite audit terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance). Hasil analisis data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS v18.0. Uji t dan uji F digunakan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh dominan pada profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas dan komite audit terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas, dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) sedangkan likuiditas dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance). Berdasarkan uji F disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance).

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the collaborative English learning at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Classroom Action Research is the research method in this study. The researchers employed the theory from Harmer (2007) and Dillenbourg (1999) as the fundamental theory in this research. Collaborative learning is an effective strategy for teaching Sharia Economics students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. There are five stages in this action research: diagnosing, planning, action, observation, and reflection. The findings show that collaborative learning can improve students' speaking ability because this strategy can increase their engagement, confidence, and critical thinking to deliver their ideas in classroom activities.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the development of entrepreneurial skills in individuals. It is time for universities based on teaching methods to switch to practicing methods, whose main focus is practical experience (practical work experience). This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study found that UIN Raden Intan Lampung carried out various programs including: (1) Job Seeking Activities; (2) Entrepreneurship Training Activities; (3) Population Education Implementation Activities Through Compulsory General Lecture Materials (MKWU); (4) JOB FAIR activities; (5) Activities to prepare career center manuals; (6) OJK Teaching Activities to 1,000 students throughout Lampung Province; (7) Tracer Study Activities; (8) Pre-Employment Card Dissemination Assistance Activities; (9) Business Plan competition activities; (10) Webinar Activities "Tips and Trick How To Achieve LPDP and Mora Scholarships; (11) Astra Goes To Campus Workshop "Introduction to Insurance Business and Vehicle Financing"; (12) Assessment and Counseling Center Activities; (13) Higher Education Communication Forum Activities and the Ministry of Manpower; (14) Cooperation between the Tanggamus Regency Government and UIN Raden Intan Lampung regarding the Implementation of the CAT Test and the Fit Proper Test for the Election of Village Heads of Tanggamus Regency. Abstract

Untuk bisa berkembang, suatu bangsa membutuhkan banyak wirausahawan. karena pemilik bisnis dapat meningkatkan pengumpulan pajak dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Pengusaha membutuhkan organisasi yang dapat menawarkan dukungan dengan modal investasi perusahaan untuk membangun dan menyadari bahwa negara memiliki banyak hal untuk ditawarkan. Perbankan syariah harus membantu dalam memberikan pilihan pembiayaan sehingga pemilik usaha dapat mengakses pendanaan yang benar-benar sesuai dengan keadaan. Perbankan syariah memainkan peran strategis yang sangat penting dalam mendorong usaha UMKM, terutama dalam hal pendanaan dan mempromosikan kegiatan non-teknis dan bantuan teknis. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kelompok pelaku komersial yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan lapangan kerja di Indonesia. Akibatnya, masyarakat sangat membutuhkan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM).

Abstract

This study aims to: 1). Provide a new perspective on entrepreneurship studies and its relation to the progress of the Indonesian economy. 2). Provide evaluation materials to stakeholders so that entrepreneurship can contribute to the progress of the Indonesian economy. The method in this research is library research be- cause the object of research can only be answered through library research. This study uses qualitative data and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship plays a role in dynamizing the economic activities of families, communities, regional and state-owned companies. The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still small compared to its population, therefore efforts to increase the number of entrepreneurs must continue. There are four factors that need to be considered in the devel- opment of entrepreneurship, namely: access to capital, the role of innovation, entrepreneurship training and the role of the government in creating a good business climate. Facts show that entrepreneurs play a major role in improving the quality of life of individuals, communities and countries. Entrepreneurship is also one of the determinants for creating a prosperous society and country.

Abstract

Islamic philanthropic institutions are essential in the humanitarian sector, especially in distributing ZIS (zakat, infaq, and sadaqah). Institutions need to increase the interest and motivation of volunteers so they can work optimally. The main objective of this research is to measure the interest and work motivation of Bandar Lampung City BAZNAS volunteers and to understand the extent of extrinsic motivation support provided by Bandar Lampung City BAZNAS to its volunteers through the lens of cognitive evaluation theory. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, with the number of respondents being 20 BAZNAS volunteers from Bandar Lampung. The research results show that BAZNAS volunteers want to continue their involvement with BAZNAS and contribute to its mission for a long time. After joining BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City as volunteers, they received many benefits, including developing skills and expertise. BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City provides opportunities for volunteers to participate in various activities and, as much as possible, create a good and conducive work environment between interest, motivation, and support by cognitive evaluation theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan peta digital di Pekon Bahway, Lampung Barat, dengan fokus pada pembuatan titik maps untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan visibilitas wilayah. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action research, yang melibatkan keterlibatan langsung masyarakat dalam proses pemetaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi peta digital berhasil memudahkan masyarakat dalam menggunakan Google Maps, meningkatkan efisiensi akses informasi dan navigasi di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi pemetaan digital dalam konteks lokal.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung pada tahun 2024 mengambil inisiatif untuk berkontribusi melalui pembuatan plang jalan di desa Bahway. Pembuatan plang jalan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah orientasi dan navigasi bagi penduduk lokal maupun pengunjung, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya penataan infrastruktur yang teratur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, pemetaan wilayah, dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya infrastruktur dasar dan meningkatnya kerjasama antara mahasiswa KKN dan warga dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa, tetapi juga sebagai upaya bersama untuk memperkuat konektivitas dan aksesibilitas desa Bahway dalam jangka panjang.
