<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the thin capitalization implemented in companies that have foreign capital. Thin capitalization is a financing structure from internal and external companies. This study uses the independent variable Good Corporate Governance and Committee Size. The population of this study consists of all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019. This study took samples from companies that own foreign capital which are non-financial institutions. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as a statistical method. <![CDATA[The study of centrality measurement is still a developing topic recently. Centrality measures can also be applied to palapa networks. In this study, it was determined which city in the connected eastern palapa ring optic fiber network II which had the highest centrality compared to other cities. The calculation is done by measuring four types of centralities, namely degree, closeness, betweenness, and eigenvector. Calculations are done using Python software, and its syntax are given in this paper. The four centrality results from each type are compared and as a result, the most important cities in this eastern palapa ring optic fiber network II are obtained.]]>

<![CDATA[This Research was conducted with the aim of reducing inventory costs by calculating the safety stock needed by companies using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Based on the calculation results, it is known that PT. Inkomas Lestari with the EOQ method obtained a total inventory costs of Rp.1.888.637.963 which is lower than the company using conventional methods which have to pay a fee of Rp. 2.112.320.822, then the difference in total inventory cost is Rp. 223.682.857. <![CDATA[Analysis of Remaining Business Results (SHU) at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya Subang Regency 2015-2019. This study aims to analyze the remaining business results (SHU) of the cooperative which is used to assess the financial performance of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya, Subang Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the entire financial report of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya District of Subang for the last 5 (five) years 2015-2019, while the sample in this study is the balance sheet and calculation of the remaining business results (SHU) for 5 (five) the last year 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used is the horizontal technique and the vertical technique. The research findings show that the achievement of remaining business results (SHU) obtained by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya in the Subang Regency during the last 5 (five) periods, namely the 2015-2019 period, shows good achievement. Based on the results of the analysis of vertical techniques and horizontal techniques, the cooperative's remaining operating income (SHU) has increased every period. Based on the percentage of own capital and fixed assets owned by the cooperative, the financial performance of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya in Subang Regency for the last 5 (five) years, namely the 2015-2019 period showed good performance.]]>

<![CDATA[In this study, the background is the work motivation of employees at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Kopo branch where there is a decline regarding the goals and objectives of both individuals and organizations, because it requires a process including efforts to develop, motivate, and evaluate all human resources in achieving goals. This study aims to determine the participatory state of leadership and work motivation of employees at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati, Kopo branch and the influence. This research uses descriptive method, verification with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Kopo branch, amounting to 33 respondents using non probability sampling techniques. Based on the results obtained, the participatory leadership condition is in the passablly category and work motivation is in the low category. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that participatory leadership had an effect of 70.7% on work motivation]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of bank healthiness on stock prices especially in Bank Mandiri year 2015-2019. This research is to show that the Healthiness of a Commercial Bank is defined as the ability of a bank to carry out financial and banking operations normally and to be able to fulfill all its obligations in a manner that is in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The regulations regarding the Healthiness of Commercial Banks that are applied in Indonesia cover various aspects of bank activities, from raising funds to the use and distribution of funds. Assessment of Commercial Bank Soundness includes an assessment of CAMEL (Capital, Assets Quality, Management, Earning, and Liquidity) factors. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the description of the job description and compensation and job satisfaction as well as the magnitude of the effect, either partially or simultaneously on the employees of the CV Calysta Prima Aesthetic center. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method. The population in this study were employees of the CV Calysta Prima Aesthetic center, with a total sample of 39 people with saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the job description and compensation were in the good category, while job satisfaction was in the medium/high enough category. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the job description partially gave an effect of 81.2%. The effect of compensation partially gives an effect of 84.9% on employee job satisfaction. The effect of job description and compensation simultaneously gives an effect of 86.9% on employee job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to improve the financial well-being of Indonesian kindergarten teachers through financial management training. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the education sector, particularly for kindergarten teachers who have experienced a decline in income due to a reduced number of students and parents' inability to pay school fees. Through this training, participants were provided with knowledge and skills in personal financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, and investment strategies. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and awareness of the importance of financial literacy to maintain financial well-being during difficult times. Active participation in simulations and interactive discussions reflected the success of this training. Evaluation was conducted through quizzes and discussions to gather feedback for future training improvements.]]>

Keuangan di sekolah merupakan bagian yang amat penting karena setiap kegiatan butuh uang. Keuangan juga perlu diatur sebaik mungkin, sehingga diperlukan manajemen keuangan yang baik. Melalui kegiatan manajemen keuangan maka, kebutuhan pendanaan kegiatan sekolah dapat direncanakan, diupayakan pengadaannya, dibukukan secara transparan, dan digunakan untuk membiayai pelaksanaan program sekolah secara efektif dan efisien.
