Abstract

The creative economy has been a much-discussed topic in terms of economic development over the past few years. The concept refers to economic activities that involve creativity, knowledge, and skills to generate added value. This study aims to analyze the role and contribution of the creative economy to economic development in a country. A literature review was conducted to understand the concepts of creative economy, economic development, and the relationship between the two variables. Data were collected from various sources, such as books, scientific papers, and journals relevant to the research topic. The results of the literature review analysis show that the creative economy has a significant role and contribution to economic development, where it has great potential in economic growth, job creation, and improving people's welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial ratios at PT Bank BCA Syariah in 2018 - 2021 in the health of Bank BCA Syariah. In this research we use efficiency ratios, then solvency ratios, profitability ratios and liquidity ratios. In this research we use quantitative descriptive research methods through secondary data in financial reports. The results of this research show that financial ratios BCA Syariah bank is stated to be quite healthy on average as measured by the capital adequacy ratio assessment criteria then Return on assets, Return on equality, operational costs and Financing to Deposit Ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the socio-economic transformations that occur in the digital economy era, with a focus on Various techniques and methods that have been described by the author in various literatures, journals, papers, and other publications have been researched and identified. The qualitative method was chosen because it is considered the most suitable approach to explore and understand phenomena as well as answer the questions that arise. Using an economic sociology approach, this study explores how social interactions, economic structures, and consumption patterns are changing along with the development of digital technologies and online platforms. The results show that online platforms not only change the way they transact and do business, but also affect social relations, economic stratification, and social mobility. The platform provides new opportunities for economic inclusion and wider participation in the market, but also poses challenges related to digital inequality and labor exploitation. Thus, this research contributes to understanding the socio-economic implications of digital transformation and provides insight for the development of more inclusive and equitable policies in the digital economic era.

Abstract

For example, egg prices peaked in April 2023, increasing by 2,46%. This data was obtained from the Badan Kebijakan Perdagangan (BKPerdag). This was triggered by the large public demand for eggs during April. This research used 10 research subjects who were people in Pekalongan City and Regency. Researchs also include literature studies used as sources in developing this research, such as books, websites, and research journals. This research aims to determine the opinions, suggestions, and input from the public, both traders and sellers, regarding the increase in prices of basic commodities on the market. It is hoped that the research will provide benefits for readers and related parties and provide insight into the future. The results of this research show that price pressure in the market is quite high, wages are aligned with basic needs, there is stability in the prices of basic needs, and there is an increase in the price of basic needs over a certain period.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, access to financing is still a major obstacle to the growth of SMEs. Islamic financial institutions have great potential to support SME financing through innovative products that comply with sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Islamic microfinance products in the development of SMEs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews. The results show that product innovations such as mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, and qardh financing play a significant role in meeting the financing needs of SMEs. The research also identified challenges and opportunities for the development of Islamic microfinance products for SMEs in the future.

Abstract

. This research aims to explore the relationship between physical infrastructure, institutional infrastructure, public policy, and creative economic growth in developing countries. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, involving populations of creative economy actors in four developing countries—Indonesia, Vietnam, Kenya and Brazil. Data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews, and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Research findings show that physical infrastructure, institutions and public policies significantly contribute to increasing creative economic growth. Investment in adequate infrastructure and strengthening conducive public policies have proven effective in increasing the productivity and competitiveness of the creative economy sector. The implications of this research are important for policy makers to formulate more effective strategies in supporting the creative economy in developing countries, with an emphasis on integrating various aspects of infrastructure and policy to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Bank BSI KC Madiun Agus Salim is still not popular with the public. One of the factors is customers' ignorance about the concepts and products offered by Bank BSI KC Madiun Agus Salim. The main aim of this research is to test and analyze whether the service marketing mix influences customer interest in saving at BSI KC Madiun Agus Salim bank. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is all BSI KC Madiun Agus Salim bank customers in 2023, totaling 13,829 customers. The sample in this research was 100 customers. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The research results show that the variables product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in saving at Bank BSI KC Madiun Agus Salim.

Abstract

Analisis mengenai pendapatan nasional, baik dalam konteks ekonomi konvensional maupun Islam, menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk merumuskan pemahaman tentang konsep pendapatan nasional, perspektif ekonomi Islam terhadapnya, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendekatannya. Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan melibatkan teknik kepustakaan dan penalaran yang ketat. Referensi dari literatur serta karya-karya terkait menjadi landasan utama dalam pengembangan argumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan nasional suatu negara adalah total pendapatan yang diterima oleh masyarakat dalam satu tahun. Indikator seperti PDB atau GNI digunakan untuk memperkirakan pendapatan tersebut, yang mencakup nilai semua tenaga kerja dan produk yang dihasilkan di dalam batas negara atau oleh penduduknya. Dalam konteks ekonomi Islam, pendapatan nasional melibatkan konsep-konsep seperti ghanimah, zakat, sedekah, infaq, ushr, jizyah, kharaj, pajak pertambangan, dan wakaf. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan termasuk bunga dan penawaran total, penggunaan dan dana cadangan, serta investasi.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan berperan penting dalam suatu perusahaan disaat persaingan di bidang bisnis terjadi sangat ketat dan terus berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah, dan kepuasan nasabah dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain riset kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah, dan loyalitas nasabah. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan metode kuesioner, dengan analisis PLS dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, dan kepuasan nasabah memediasi sempurna pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu penelitian masa depan dalam memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah. Hasil studi ini juga diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan baru yang akan memperkaya teori manajemen manajemen pemasaran maupun teori perilaku organisasi, khususnya yang terkait dengan loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Objek kajian ini adalah Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah di Indonesia, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari situs web Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Penelitian ini mengandalkan data sekunder, seperti dokumen, catatan, atau laporan historis yang tersusun rapi dalam arsip. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur dan diskusi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPRS telah berhasil menerapkan praktik manajemen yang efektif dalam mengelola rasio Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) terhadap pembiayaan, khususnya untuk sektor UMKM. BPRS juga telah mendapatkan tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi dari masyarakat dalam pembiayaan UMKM, yang tercermin dari peningkatan jumlah pembiayaan yang disalurkan setiap tahunnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan pertumbuhan jumlah UMKM di Indonesia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya.
