Abstract

Tingginya arus petikemas dan keterbatasan luas lapangan penumpukan terminal petikemas di Tanjung Priok menghasruskan terminal petikemas untuk menekan dwelling time. Dwelling time adalah waktu bongkar muat peti kemas yang dilakukan dari kapal sampai petikemas keluar dari pelabuhan. Proses dwelling time di pelabuhan yaitu pre-clearance, customs clearance, dan post-clearance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dwelling time yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (1) Mengetahui faktor penyebab lamanya dwelling time; (2) Mengetahui dampak dwelling time. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan studi literatur, data yang dibutuhkan dapat diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta website. Faktor- faktor penyebab dwelling time pada umumnya adalah adanya 2 jalur utama Bea Cukai dalam proses pengeluaran peti kemas impor yakni jalur merah dan jalur hijau. Menurut Asngadi (2017) menyatakan jalur merah adalah perlakuan pabean atas Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB). Tingginya dweliing time dipelabuhan Tanjung Priok sudah lama dialami oleh pemilik barang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan pembangunan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bima dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan masyarakat pesisir. Pemilihan daerah pesisir sebagai obyek dari pengentasan kemiskinan adalah karena karakteristik lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya yang unik dengan sumber daya alam yang melimpah namun masih banyak masyarakat pesisir yang hidup serba kekurangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Dinas Pariwisata, Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima, lokasi tersebut sangat strategis dalam melihat studi kasus dan permasalahan yang terjadi. Subyek penelitian ini dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjawab berbagai permasalahan di dalam pengentasan kemiskinan nampaknya tidak bisa hanya menggunakan pendekatan satu solusi. Begitu juga untuk kemiskinan masyarakat pesisir di Kabupaten Bima yang memiliki kehidupan kompleks baik secara struktural, kultural maupun natural. Pendekatan secara struktural yaitu lebih ke arah teknis, di mana penyediaan sarana prasarana serta alat produksi yang mendukung dan memperlancar kegiatan produksi masyarakat pesisir. Kemudian pendekatan yang dilakukan secara kultural yaitu memberikan pengetahuan, informasi dan ketrampilan kepada masyarakat pesisir agar terbuka wawasannya sehingga bisa meningkatkan kualitas diri dan lebih berdaya. Selain itu juga perlunya pengembangan kelembagaan dalam bentuk misalnya kelompok nelayan secara permanen sebagai sarana untuk saling berbagi pengalaman, informasi, kerjasama dalam berlayar hingga proses produksi. Yang terakhir pendekatan pengentasan kemiskinan disebabkan karena natural yang terkait dengan alam akibat gangguan iklim dan cuaca dapat di atasi dengan memberikan alternatif-alternatif pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan selama musim tidak dapat diandalkan untuk berlayar.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, including the ability to recognise and develop new business opportunities, effectively manage resources, and take calculated risks in order to achieve success in business ventures often associated with intentional entrepreneurship refers to a person's motivation or inclination to launch a new business venture. The focus of this study is on entrepreneurial learning and intention, and it employs a systematic review methodology from 2021 to 2023 scopus database. The focus of research related to entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship intention focuses on several things such as experiential learning practice, individual characteristics such as gender, age, proximity to entrepreneurship, academic performance, previous work experience, and propensity for risk and observe the change, innovation, one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, young employees’ perception of their current paid jobs, creativity among female learners, cognitive and social conditions, creative self-efficacy, and theory of planned behavior.

Abstract

Public transportation is a type of public transportation that is used together with crowded people. Public transportation in Indonesia is very diverse, it has even spread to online transportation. With this diversity of public transportation, it should be able to reduce the percentage of traffic jams which is a scourge in several regions in Indonesia. But unfortunately, there are still many people who prefer private modes of transportation. Why did this happen? In this paper, we will discuss what things might make people reluctant to use public transportation modes and prefer private modes of transportation. As well as what factors can improve the quality of public transportation for the comfort and safety of users. In determining the research method, the authors chose to use a descriptive qualitative method with a case study data collection technique. Quoted from several relevant data sources such as journals, books, and websites that discuss the same thing.

Abstract

At this time, business is very easy to do because there are already systems that help the development of a business. There are several examples of business development systems, one of which is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With this system, it can help entrepreneurs to make a business plan so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District. This research was conducted in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district. Primary data were collected through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved in the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district. The results showed that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district went well despite the many obstacles encountered. This can be seen from 6 (six) policy evaluation criteria namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy where four of them have not been implemented optimally. So for the suggestions submitted, namely the need to submit the latest data or government officials must make updates related to Non-Cash Food Assistance for underprivileged people who do not get assistance and consult directly with village assistants, the Government as the organizer is obliged to provide socialization to Beneficiary Families about the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program, the Government also needs to improve administrative data on families who receive benefits.

Abstract

Quality public services are called the best services that meet service quality standards. The best service standards that meet service quality standards are benchmarks that are used as guidelines for service delivery and service quality assessment references as service obligations to the community in the context of quality services. This research is about the Achievement of Public Service Quality at the Civil Registration Office of Seram Bagian Barat Regency, which uses a descriptive qualitative approach, a descriptive qualitative approach decides on a particular unit, where the problem is examined comprehensively, in detail, and various in-depth variables are then examined and made, including the possible relationship between existing variables. To realize quality public services, it is necessary to increase satisfaction with the community. The appearance and ability of physical facilities and infrastructure with the surrounding environment is tangible evidence of a service provided by service providers including the physical facilities of the service place, the equipment used, and the appearance of employees in serving the community. To improve the quality of service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Seram Bagian Barat Regency, researchers suggest that: Disdukcapil of West Seram Regency should add service support facilities or service infrastructure, for example by adding chairs and putting fans or air conditioners and providing reading books, newspapers, or magazines in the waiting room.

Abstract

Jabodetabek Commuter Line KRL is a public transportation that is now widely used by the general public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Jabodetabek KRL in the eyes of its users. This study uses the literacy study method in which research uses journals available in electronic media. The results of this study show that the service quality of the Jabodetabek KRL has been satisfactory for its users. However, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. Overall, the users are satisfied and the Jabodetabek KRL has a good reputation or image in the eyes of its users.

Abstract

This research has two purpose. First purpose to identify any kind of risk that appeared from bank activity on PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung. Second purpose to know appliance of risk management for minimizing Non Performing Loan– NPL on one of their product, Kredit of Bank Lampung. The result of identifying the risk show that the risk which appeared from bank activity PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung are credit risk, operational risk, and reputation risk. Credit risk are focus of this research. Risk credit appear on the form No Performing Loan that caused by several factor, that is internal, external, and other factor. To minimiz ecredit risk, PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung has applying good risk management and provesuccesfully minimizing Non Performing Loan. The success of PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung can be proven from NPL ratio that not exceed Bank Indonesia’s regulation no more than 5% and Bank Lampung Central Office’sregulation, no morethan 3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of business ethics in the continuity of a business enterprise. This research uses the library research method, where the study is based on the opinions of an expert on business ethics and corporate business continuity, by collecting secondary data or using data that has been recorded, both in the form of reports and the results of previous research. . This business ethics is implemented for various aspects. Maintaining mutual trust in cooperation will greatly affect the reputation of the company, both at the micro and macro levels. All of this does not provide immediate benefits, but this is a form of long-term investment for all elements of the business environment.
