Abstract

Background: Character education in elementary schools faces a serious challenge: the dominance of conventional teaching methods with minimal interaction, which hinders the internalization of moral values. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model in improving learning outcomes, social interaction, and the internalization of moral values in students. Methods: This qualitative case study involved a teacher and fifth-grade students at MIN 5 Cilacap. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the interactive model by Miles and Huberman. Results: The implementation of IOC showed a significant increase in both cognitive and affective learning outcomes. Students' post-test scores increased by an average of 15 points, and they were able to connect moral concepts to real-life experiences. Socially, IOC created an inclusive and egalitarian classroom climate, where quiet students became more active. Active participation in discussions triggered self-reflection and fostered the authentic internalization of values, evidenced by daily behavioral changes such as increased discipline and empathy. Conclusion: The IOC model is proven to be an effective and holistic teaching strategy. It not only improves cognitive understanding but also facilitates meaningful social interaction and sustainable value internalization, transforming students into active agents in their own character development.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is an effective approach to planning educational quality improvement. This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by MIN Bandung. The research method used a qualitative approach and method so that the researcher could present the findings descriptively. The data sources used in this study include all data sources covering documents, recordings, archives, interview results, direct observations, participant observations, and physical devices such as videos and images. Meanwhile, the data used in the study consists of two types, namely: (1) primary data; and (2) secondary data. The results of this study, namely the SWOT analysis, provide a comprehensive view of the factors that influence the quality of education at MIN Bandung. Through the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, schools can develop appropriate strategic plans to improve the quality of education. It is important to utilize existing strengths, overcome weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and face threats with appropriate actions. The strategic plan must involve all stakeholders, including teachers, administrative staff, students, parents, and external partners. Through regular monitoring and evaluation, the school can measure progress and make adjustments if necessary.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires adequate facilities and infrastructure. The dominance of conventional learning methods and limited facilities are the main obstacles. This study aims to analyze effective facility management models that support the Merdeka Curriculum at Sekolah Cerdas Muthahari Bandung. Method: Using a qualitative approach with case studies, this study involved the school principal, educators, and educational staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted inductively. Results: Facility management at this school is carried out systematically through four stages: participatory planning, strategic procurement, organized use, and collective maintenance. This model has proven effective in creating a conducive learning environment, improving student comfort, and facilitating innovative learning methods. Conclusion: Optimal facility management is a crucial factor for the success of the Merdeka Curriculum. An integrated management approach that involves all components of the school ensures that facilities are used efficiently and sustainably, supporting more flexible and student-centered educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang produktif di MIN 8 Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei korelasional digunakan untuk menelusuri hubungan antara kepemimpinan, iklim kerja, dan produktivitas lingkungan kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang transformasional dan inklusif berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan iklim organisasi yang terbuka, kolaboratif, dan suportif. Iklim kerja yang positif terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja guru, sedangkan praktik kepemimpinan seperti manajemen beban kerja, pelatihan profesional, dan insentif non-finansial meningkatkan produktivitas lingkungan kerja. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa kepala madrasah berperan strategis dalam menciptakan budaya kerja produktif melalui kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pendidikan inklusif di era digital membutuhkan integrasi antara kebijakan, praktik, dan tata kelola digital berbasis keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual kepemimpinan inklusif melalui studi literatur sistematik. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal bereputasi antara 2018–2025 dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan inklusif sangat bergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin sekolah dalam menerjemahkan kebijakan menjadi praktik pembelajaran yang responsif secara digital dan kontekstual. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan inklusif yang efektif menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, dengan memperhatikan kesenjangan digital, literasi digital, serta kesejahteraan psikososial siswa. Dimensi Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) menjadi penguat strategis dalam membangun tata kelola sekolah yang mendukung representasi, keamanan psikologis, dan keadilan partisipatif. Implikasi teoritis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kepemimpinan berbasis bukti perlu mengintegrasikan ketiga pilar tersebut dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan konseptual untuk intervensi kebijakan dan praktik yang relevan dalam konteks pendidikan dasar dan menengah di era digital.
