Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen penting dalam mengarahkan segala sumber daya. Tujuan mengetahui oftimalisasi sumber daya dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Sistem informasi sebagai inti dalam organisasi. Meningkatkan dan megembankan organisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan sistem informasi yaitu: (a). Keunggulan sistem informasi (b). Pengembangan sistem informasi (c). Meningkatkan sumber daya yang ada (d). Dimensi Sistem informasi. Suatu kemajuan dan dalam teknologi informasi yang perlu dalam proses data secara baik dan benar. menjadi output dan outcomes yang variatif dan bermanfaat bagi organisasi. Kesimpulan: (1). Optimalisasi teknologi sistem informasi menjadi faktor penting bagi pengguna (2). Dapat menningkatkan kemapanan dan penentu kelangsungan organisasi. (3). Sebagai instrument sistem informasi dalam prosedur organisasi. (4). Dapat mengantipasi terhadap perubahan (5). Menjadi faktor penentu pada organisas. Kata Kunci: Analisis SIM, Efektifitas, Organisasi

Abstract

As a pioneer of the science of Sociology, in addition to reviewing the civilization of humanity from time to time, Ibn Khaldun often discussed the state and leadership. By laying down the principles of procedures for maintaining the existence of the state, he stressed that the dynamics and ups and downs of the state is a necessity. He then formulated this theory as Cycle Theory; that is a situation where a country experiences rapid progress at one time and will experience a setback and even collapse at another time. Departing from this, Ibn Khaldun often explained the importance of supporting elements of government. One of the most important elements in the state order according to Ibn Khaldun in his Muqaddimah is the figure of a leader. The ruler has an important role in maintaining the stability and sustainability of the country. One of the interesting things from other elements of forming a country is the concept of Asabiya. This concept plays an important role in determining the position of a ruler, determining state policy, even recruiting and eliminating elements whose benefits can be considered in the continuity of the state.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1). Sejarah Situs Pajaratan Gunung Halu sebagai peradaban leleuhur (2). Situs sebagai pelaksanakan tempat penumbukan padi, penyimpanan padi (3). Sebagai pendistribuan Beras hasil panen. Metode pelaksanaan (1). Menginventarisir batubatu yang berbentuk lesung, berbentuk Alu (2). Sebagai penyimpanan lumbung beras dan pendistribusian beras (3). Situs Gunung halu juga digunakan untuk upacara adat dan ritual masyarakat setempat namun bukan tempat untuk pemujaan. Kesimpulan (1). Situs Pajaratan digunakan untuk peribadatan ritual supaya menjadi khusyuk dan tetap menyembah kepada Allah SWT Dzat yang telah menciptakan. (2). Tempat ziarah yang datang dari berbagai tempat pada malam senin maupun malam jum’at. (3). Situs beralih fungsi menjadi tempat wisata dan tempat penelitian ilmiah. (4). Melibatkan masyarakat supaya peduli pada Situs Pajaratan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out (1). Describe the PAI learning model in developing religious humanism at SMAN Purwakarta. (2). Describe the religious humanist character of students at SMAN 2 Purwakarta. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection techniques through (1). In-depth interviews with volunteers to obtain data (2). Direct observation of the field to find phenomena that occur in the field (3). Study documentation to complete data in the form of photos, important notes, archives, and others related to the research focus. The conclusions are: (1). PAI learning models in developing religious humanism include exemplary models, question and answer models, discussion models, project models and practice models. (2). The religious humanist character of the students is (1). Respect and obey the teacher, (2). Respect for other school members (3). Loving friends at school and friends outside school (4). Have a passion for learning and high motivation to learn, as well as diligent in learning

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (a). Principal Managerial Competence (b). Knowing the Relationship between Principal Managerial Competencies in Improving Teacher Performance and Education Personnel (c). Knowing the Obstacles in Improving the Performance of Teachers and Education Personnel. This research method uses a qualitative approach, which describes the findings and phenomena that occur. Data collection techniques through (1). Interview (2). Surveys (3). Documentation studies are in the form of searching data in the form of archives, pictures, photos, meeting notes. Conclusion (1). The managerial competence applied by the principal is in accordance with the functions and managerial competencies of the principal adopted (2). The relationship between the principal's competence and teachers and education staff, as a managerial competence, the principal has a role in planning programs according to the needs of teachers and education personnel (3). The principal obstacle in improving the performance of teachers and education personnel is the family factor and the remote location of the training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak dalam upaya membentuk kepedulian sosial siswa SMKN 1 Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan okumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian antara lain: (1) Perencanaan, melakukan pengamatan kondisi dan situasi sekolah, membuat konsep internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak dalam setiap pembelajaran, mengorganisasikan sumber-sumber belajar, dan menetapkan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan, di dalam kelas dengan pemberian motivasi dan nasehat-nasehat dan di luar kelas dengan kegiatan keagamaan yaitu Pembiasaan shalat dhuha berjama’ah melalui Ekskul Ikatan Remaja Mesjid, Tahfidz Qur’an, Bakti Sosial, Mengadakan pengajian dengan mendatangkan penceramah dari luar, Memperdengarkan bacaan murotal sebelum KBM. (3) Evaluasi, penilaian konteks evaluasi, penilaian tentang masukan, penilaian tentang proses, penilaian tentang produk/hasil. Adapun Implikasinya terhadap pembentukan sikap kepedulian siswa ialah terbiasa melaksanakan ibadah, menghormati guru, keakraban dengan teman yang lain, memiliki kepedulian terhadap orang lain yang terkena musibah, bersikap toleran, dan taat peraturan.

Abstract

Social Sciences is a subject that studies social life by integrating various fields of social sciences and humanities. However, students often face difficulties in understanding the concepts taught due to less engaging and interactive teaching methods and learning media. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using Game-Based Learning (GBL) in enhancing students' proficiency in Social Sciences at MI Matlaul Huda Bandung. The research method employed is Pre-Experiment with a One Group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects are fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bandung Regency, Indonesia. The experimental group is provided with the treatment using the Game-Based Learning Model, specifically the Nusantara Quartet Card Game. The sample consists of 20 students from MI Matlaul Huda in Bandung Regency, and the data is analyzed using descriptive statistics. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the paired t-test formula, the success rate achieved by the students is that all students obtain scores above 70. Since t-value > t-table at a significance level of 0.05, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the model has an impact on students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada Kelas III Madrasah Ibtidayah Sukarasa masih belum optimal dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran, dikarenakan guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah, maka diperlukan inovasi salah satunya media sebagai alat pembelajaran, khususnya pada materi dongeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu melibatkan pemikiran kritis yang dilakukan oleh pelaku aksi guru atau praktisi dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang situasi dalam konteks pembelajaran praktis. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi observasi terhadap siswa selama pembelajaran, pencatatan lapangan mulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran hingga pelaksanaan, dan akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk refleksi, dan ujian menilai tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran setiap siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, Pertama, selama penerapan pembelajaran media dongeng dapat meningkatkan dalam kemampuan siswa dalam belajar. Kedua, hasil peningkatan ini terlihat dalam pencapaian tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa, dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata dari siklus I sebesar 61,75 meningkat menjadi 76,25 pada siklus II. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui media dongeng memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the planning of character education at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bandung, 2) describe and analyze the implementation of character education at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bandung, and 3) describe and analyze the evaluation of character education at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bandung. A case study research method was used with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through persistent observation and triangulation. The findings reveal that the management functions applied at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bandung include: (1) Planning for character education by determining the character values to be developed, preparing teaching and administrative staff, reviewing documents related to the implementation of character education reinforcement, and socializing policies to the entire school community, students' parents, and the related public; (2) Implementation of character education by integrating the formulated character education content into all subjects as well as into programmed or planned activities; incorporating character education into daily activities at the school through habituation and role modeling; and fostering communication and collaboration between the school and students' parents; (3) Evaluation of character education is conducted through program evaluation, process evaluation, and outcome evaluation.
