Abstract

A diploma Supplement (SKPI) is an obligation for universities to provide to every graduate. The process of making SKPI requires an information system in its management so that it is effective and efficient. Effective in managing SKPI by faculty management and efficiency in reporting certificate documents and SKPI supporting documents by students. The method used in the design and construction of this SKPI information system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The stages passed in the design using the XP method start from planning, design, coding, and testing. The design tool used in UML. The results of this research are design analysis and the website-based SKPI information system version 1.0 (one point zero), which has been tested directly by system users.

Abstract

Kaganangan Coffee Shop is a trading business whose business line is a shop. Because the high level of competition makes more and more similar businesses pop up, Kedai Kopi Kaganangan is required to design a strategy that can provide more value to consumers at a more affordable cost. The habit of drinking coffee among Indonesian people has become a lifestyle in society. From the past until now, this coffee business continues to be enjoyed by teenagers to parents. One of the coffees that have been popular with coffee lovers in the city of Sampit is the Kaganangan Coffee Shop. This coffee is often visited by coffee lovers when teenagers come home from school and adults during recess or go home from the office which is located on H.M Arsyad Street, Sampit. One of these coffee shops makes it difficult for business owners to determine how much coffee production they must have to meet sales demand. To predict coffee production for one week, the data used may include, coffee sales data during the previous period can be used to predict coffee demand in the coming week. This data can be obtained from in-store sales records or consumer surveys, current coffee inventory data can be used to predict how much coffee to produce in the coming week. These data can be combined and analyzed using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method, to make predictions of coffee production for one week. In addition, external factors such as weather, raw material prices, and market conditions also need to be considered in making predictions. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problem with the Tsukamoto fuzzy method used by the author, and the results obtained are said to produce 821 Kaganangan Coffee. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a consideration in determining the average production amount of Kaganangan Coffee.

Abstract

E-gov is one of the innovations created by the government to be able to compete in the digital world. One government agency that has used e-gov is the Ministry of Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). in this study the authors used the Naïve Bayes Algorithm as a classification method to determine positive, negative, and also neutral sentiments. The labeling process shows that the touch my land application tends to get a neutral response which can be seen from the comparison of 4000 data, 2265 positive, 1453 negative and 211 neutral data. and the results of sentiment analysis testing using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce an accuracy of 81%, 78% precision, and 79% recall.

Abstract

Edutech startups are currently experiencing rapid development. This is because Indonesia's need for digital skilled workers reaches 9 million people in 2030. One way to be able to print digital skilled workers is to facilitate learning according to industry needs. One of the edutech startups whose goal is to produce quality young people is Binar Academy. Various courses are provided at varying prices. The courses available at Binar Academy are Product Management, Frontend, Backend, Android Developer, UI/UX Designer and others. One of the newest products, Binar Go, provides interesting and flexible learning according to the needs of today's young generation. The Binar Go product in the product management course has a huge opportunity to increase digital skilled workers. Especially for the younger generation who will enter the industrial world. This research uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. In a survey conducted, 55% of users said there were several obstacles when using the Binar Go android application that caused users to feel uncomfortable. To solve these problems, it is necessary to improve the product, one of which is by creating new features. Therefore, the researcher uses the prioritization of the Eisenhower Matrix and the Kano model in determining the priority of features that can increase user comfort when using the Binar Go product. The Eisenhower matrix is ​​a way that can be done in determining the priority of a job, while the Kano model is a diagram that can help prioritize consumer needs in more detail. By using the prioritization of the Eisenhower Matrix and the Kano model, 3 main features are obtained, namely the Search Bar feature, the Save Material feature, and the Black Mode feature. These features must be developed immediately to be able to increase user convenience in making purchases on Binar Go products on the Binar Academy Android Application.

Abstract

Web-Based Accounting Information System Design at Kartika Motor. This study aims to determine the accounting information system used by Kartika Motor and designing a web-based accounting information system that can be implemented and in accordance with Kartika Motor's needs. This research is a research on designing an accounting information system with the Waterfall mode method which consists of five phases, namely requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance. Data obtained through literature study and interviews. The result of this research is a web-based information system on Kartika Motor. Functions related to cash receipts include the sales function, inventory function, and recording function. Kartika Motor does not yet have a clear internal control and division of tasks. The documents used are cash notes and invoices, while the notes made are cash sales records, accounts receivable, and inventory. However, recording is not carried out routinely so that the availability of information regarding these records is very limited and inaccurate. Based on these data, a web-based cash receipt accounting information system design was made using the waterfall method. The business modeling stage produces the data needed for system design. The data modeling stage produces a data table and its relationship in the form of a waterfall. The process modeling stage produces context diagrams, DFDs, process diagrams, and program interface designs. The application generation stage produces design changes into the programming language. And the testing and turnover stage produces a prime process that is ready to be implemented. The research has many positive impacts where the owner of Kartika Motor provides convenience in accounting records, accounting records are more effective and efficient and can generate financial reports automatically.

Abstract

In building and designing a data dashboard application for the poor in Macang Sakti Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency which can process data for the poor so that a data processing process can be even more effective. Building a data dashboard application for the poor that can quickly and effectively produce data on poor people and the resulting information can be used by the Village Head of Macang Sakti as a basis for making decisions that can improve services to the poor in Macang Sakti Village. The method used is the development life cycle method which is carried out by designing a dashboard application for the data of the poor in Macang Sakti village, Musi Banyuasin Regency to conduct testing first with the results obtained that the application is feasible to use and the system being tested is appropriate and successful as desired, so this application, it is feasible, to use. In the application of the development life cycle method and a complete application, it can make it easier for the government to check the data of the poor in Macang Sakti Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

The Sagulung Adventist Mission School is one of the schools that was established in 2007, the school still does not have a school profile website, school activities in conveying information are still through teachers who teach in class so there is a possibility of miscommunication between teachers and parents. The methodology used in this study is applied research that aims to solve the problems faced by Adventist Mission Sagulung in this digital era. One of the basic needs for society is the availability of education. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation. Interviews were conducted with the school administration and observations by observing the needs of the school. The method used in making the website is the Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC) method, namely the waterfall model. Contribution to this research is to help disseminate information, both news and announcements through the school website that has been created by the author. The purpose of this study was to design an information system based on the Sagulung Adventist Mission school website. The results of this study indicate that the use of a website-based information system can be a Publication Revolution in opening a wider range of school information to convey various types of information about the school, providing convenience in academic activities, eliminating time, distance and place restrictions as obstacles to students, parents, and the community who want to find information about the school. The results of the research are in the form of a school website called "Advent Mission Sagulung"

Abstract

The user interface (UI) plays an important role in giving the user a good initial impression of the visuals of an application or website. Meanwhile, User Experience (UX) helps build interaction between users and the application system or website. UI and UX design is very influential for user comfort, so it needs an accurate analysis according to user needs. Skilvul is a technology education platform that currently wants to create Mentor on Demand and Live Chat features. This feature is needed because the number of students is not proportional to the number of existing mentors, therefore this feature was created which aims to help Skilvul students to be able to consult and discuss learning with mentors privately. By making these features, UI and UX design will be carried out first using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The results of the design in this study were carried out using the Single Ease Questionnaire (SEQ) method. Through the SEQ questionnaire, the average value is 6.5 where the value is included in the easy category. Based on these results, it proves that the results of UI and UX design in building Mentor on Demand and Live Chat features can be categorized as easy and according to user needs.

Abstract

This study aims to predict profits in apartment projects. This research was made using the Scrum framework in making AI applications and predicting the benefits of using Monte Carlo. Besides that, making AI applications uses PHP and Xampp to make AI. This study uses qualitative methods to 5 people at different developers. The findings of this study indicate that the results on the analysis of ai applications on the benefits of apartment projects are in accordance with the results on the benefits of projects in the field. The model used by the author is Scrum to help authors complete work one by one quickly and can be recognized in doing Scrum. Scrum is divided into 3 namely Product Owner, Development Team and Scrum Master. Where the Scrum Master is in charge of ensuring the sprint goes well and the Development Team and Product Owner to analyze and design applications. The findings of this study are useful for developers to predict profits in apartment projects to be built.

Abstract

Typhoid is an infectious disease that is still a health problem in developing countries, especially in Indonesia. Salmonella typhi is a bacterium that causes typhoid fever which can be transmitted through food or drink contaminated with feces or urine from an infected person. The first step in the management of typhoid is the establishment of an appropriate diagnosis. The expert system application for diagnosing diarrheal disease is made with a web-based application, so that it can be accessed by the wider community, besides this application can also help medical personnel to make decisions in the diagnosis of typhoid. The advantage of the nave Bayes algorithm in this expert system is that it can increase calculations ranging from nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, headache, fever and loss of appetite, so obtained 14 rules resulting from interviews with experts, so it can be concluded that the research conducted implemented into a web application can assist users in diagnosing typhoid disease in each patient.
