Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the SPA (Accreditation Management Software) application used at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sumatra Province. The evaluation was carried out using the Usability Testing method, which consists of five main indicators: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents who actively use the application. The data were then analyzed quantitatively using validity and reliability tests, as well as F-tests and T-tests through SPSS software. The results indicate that the SPA application has a good level of user satisfaction, with an average score of 74%. Learnability scored 87%, efficiency 86%, memorability 50%, errors 46%, and satisfaction 83%. These findings show that the SPA application is generally easy to use and meets user requirements, although improvements are still needed in the memorability and error aspects to enhance the overall effectiveness and quality of the application.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Recruitment, Placement, and Performance Appraisal on Employee Performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. Aims: 1) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 2) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of placement on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 3) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 4) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of recruitment, placement, and performance appraisal on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. Method: This research method is associated correlation with a quantitive approach. Sampling data in this research is simple random sampling. The population in this study was 160 employees at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. The sample in this study was 62 respondents. Results: 1) Recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 2) Placement has a significant effect on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 3) Performance Appraisal has a significant effect on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 4) Recruitment, Placement, and Performance Appraisal have significant effect on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has driven significant transformation in the management of educational libraries. SMA Negeri 1 Ujan Mas, which holds a collection of 20,208 books and serves 596 students, still relies on manual procedures for borrowing, returning, and searching library items. This manual system results in slow services, potential inaccuracies in record-keeping, and difficulties in locating books within a large collection. To address these issues, a web-based library information system was developed by implementing the Rocchio Relevance Feedback method and the Waterfall software development model. The Rocchio method was applied to improve search accuracy through user feedback, while the Waterfall model ensured a structured and systematic development process. System evaluation was carried out using Black Box Testing and user assessments. The results indicate that all core functions operated according to requirements, achieving a 100% success rate in functional testing. User evaluations further confirmed that the system is feasible and valid for operational use. The implementation of this system has proven to enhance data management efficiency, accelerate library services, and provide more relevant book searches and recommendations for students and teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ujan Mas

Abstract

Digital transformation is pushing retailers to adopt online platforms. Hafiz Cell’s offline operations limit market reach and transactional efficiency. This study aims to design and develop an e-commerce website for Hafiz Cell with Midtrans Payment Gateway to enable automated, secure, real-time transactions. The development method uses Extreme Programming (XP), which includes planning, design, coding, and testing. The system is built with Laravel 10 and supported by MySQL for data storage, Cloudinary for media management, and RajaOngkir for shipping cost estimation. Implemented features include product management, cart, checkout, automatic payments through Midtrans (QRIS, e-wallets, bank transfer, credit cards), and an admin dashboard. Black-Box Testing across core modules (homepage, profile, catalog, cart, checkout, payment, order history, and admin pages) shows all scenarios work as expected. The implementation improves transaction efficiency, reduces recording errors, and expands market reach through 24/7 availability. These results indicate that the combination of Laravel and Midtrans, together with XP, is effective for building a functional, production-ready e-commerce system for SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of three main constructs Technology, Human, and Organization on the Benefit variable in the implementation of the Jelajah Ilmu application at MIN 1 Muara Enim. A quantitative approach was employed using a five-point Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire, which was completed by 95 participants consisting of teachers and students. To assess and test the relationships among variables, the analysis was conducted within the HOT-FIT framework. The findings reveal that the Technology variable, represented by the dimensions of System Quality and Information Quality, has a significant effect on System Use. However, System Quality does not show a significant impact on User Satisfaction. The Human variable, through the dimensions of Service Quality and User Satisfaction, is proven to affect System Use; nevertheless, User Satisfaction does not significantly influence Benefit. The Organization variable, represented by both Structure and Organizational Environment dimensions, demonstrates a significant effect on User Satisfaction and Benefit. Therefore, it can be concluded that Technology, Human, and Organization collectively play a crucial role in optimizing the benefits derived from the use of the Jelajah Ilmu application within the school context.

Abstract

The community complaint process in Berlian Jaya Village is still carried out directly with a special application used, where residents must submit complaints to village officials through face-to-face meetings or telephones, in addition, verification, and receipt of complaints are also managed directly without an integrated digital system. This condition causes the complaint process to be less efficient, unstructured, and difficult to monitor by the public. This research aims to design and implement a Mobile-Based Berlian Jaya Village Community Complaint Information System to improve service effectiveness, transparency, and accuracy of complaint documentation. The system development method uses Extreme Programming (XP) which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. The system modeling is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system test is carried out using the black box testing method to ensure that all functions run according to the scenario. The results of the study show that the system built is able to facilitate the community in submitting complaints online, accelerate the response of village officials, provide real-time complaint history and status, and produce structured and accurate reports, thereby increasing the efficiency and transparency of complaint management in Berlian Jaya Village.

Abstract

In today's digital era, inventory management is crucial for business operations, especially in retail industries such as building supply stores. Inventory management is the art of managing the flow of goods within a company, including building supply stores. The availability of a complete and varied range of goods makes Sentosa Bersama Building Store an integrated solution for construction needs in the region. The problem at Sentosa Bersama Building Store is that inventory management is still carried out manually, which often results in unsystematic management and control of inventory information. This situation requires an information system that can address this issue. Because it is easily accessible via the internet, a web-based information system can be the most effective and up-to-date way to provide information. Businesses can use this system to better manage product inventory data. The system development method used by the author is Extreme Programming. With the web-based inventory management information system at Sentosa Bersama Building Store using the Extreme Programming method, all activities can be well controlled.

Abstract

The distribution of subsidized fertilizer is a government program designed to help farmers increase agricultural yields at an affordable cost. However, in practice, the distribution and redemption process often faces various obstacles, such as manual recording, inaccurate allocation data, and a lack of transparency between distributors, retailers, and farmers. Therefore, an integrated information system is needed to facilitate accurate and real-time data management and reporting. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for subsidized fertilizer distribution and redemption that can be used by administrators, retailers, farmers, and management or business owners. The system was designed using a web engineering approach and developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. Key features include data management for regions, retailers, farmers, and farmer groups, fertilizer allocation, redemption, and stock and distribution reporting in graphical and tabular form. System testing results indicate that the application can simplify the recording and tracking of subsidized fertilizer distribution, increase transparency between relevant parties, and minimize data input errors common in manual systems. With this information system, the fertilizer distribution process becomes more structured and accountable, thus supporting the effectiveness of government subsidy programs in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced various fields, including education. In the digital era, integrating technology into education has become indispensable, particularly in fostering inclusive and adaptive learning systems. The urgency of this study arises from challenges in elementary-level Science (IPA) learning, where students frequently struggle to comprehend material outside school hours. Limited instructional time, disparities in students’ understanding, and the scarcity of interactive media remain key obstacles in the learning process. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of an AI-based chatbot integrated into an e-learning platform as an innovative solution to support Science learning in elementary schools within Lahat Regency. The chatbot is designed to function as a virtual learning assistant, capable of providing real-time responses, delivering adaptive explanations, and enhancing student engagement through personalized interaction. This study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, employing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Each development phase involves both students and teachers to ensure alignment with learning needs and to evaluate the effectiveness of the chatbot in the Science learning context. The expected outcome of this research is the establishment of an AI-based chatbot learning medium that enhances students’ comprehension, facilitates independent learning, and offers an alternative strategy to mitigate teachers’ limitations in Science instruction. Ultimately, this study contributes to advancing inclusive, interactive, and adaptive innovations in elementary education within the digital era.

Abstract

Spices play a crucial role in the lives of Indonesian people, where these ingredients are utilized as flavor enhancers, natural dyes, preservatives, and primary components in traditional medicine. Nevertheless, a significant portion of the population still encounters difficulties in distinguishing various types of spices due to morphological similarities between groups, as observed in ginger, turmeric, galangal, lesser galangal, Java ginger, and red ginger. This research is designed to classify these six types of spices using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The dataset employed consists of 600 spice images, with each class comprising 100 images, subsequently divided into training data (80%) and testing data (20%). The research process encompasses dataset collection, the pre-processing stage involving resizing images to 46x46 pixels, data division, CNN model training, and performance evaluation through the confusion matrix. The results indicate that the CNN model successfully recognizes the ginger and red ginger classes with high accuracy, whereas in the classes of lesser galangal, turmeric, and Java ginger, classification errors persist due to visual similarities between spices. Overall, the CNN approach proves effective for spice classification, although further enhancements are required in specific classes to achieve more optimal and accurate outcomes.
