Abstract

This research analyzes the performance of the South Sulawesi Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in carrying out its legislative, supervisory, and budgeting functions. Using a qualitative approach with triangulation, data were collected from March to June 2025 through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 20 informants. The results show improvements in legislative governance with a stronger focus on regulatory implementation and public participation. Supervision is more structured through clear indicators, regular monitoring, and follow-up actions, although data literacy and political dynamics remain challenges. Budgeting provides the highest added value in early planning and monitoring stages to ensure alignment with public needs and fiscal capacity. Overall, the DPRD's performance has become more outcome-oriented; However, professionalism, transparency and integrity still need strengthening. This study contributes a conceptual model linking institutional legitimacy, public accountability, and outcome-based performance for local legislative bodies

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perubahan perilaku ekonomi sebagai salah satu faktor pertumbuhan ekonomi pada proses pemulihan ekonomi nasional pada tahun 2020-2021. Metode pengujian menggunakan perbandingan hasil uji regresi antar tahun yang sudah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Data menggunakan SAKERNAS 2020 dan 2021. Variabel dependen adalah penghasilan uang, variabel independen antara lain penggunaan teknologi, keterampilan, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, dan jumlah jam kerja. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan perubahan pengaruh dan signifikansi antar tahun 2020 dan 2021. Diperoleh kesimpulan terjadi perubahan perilaku ekonomi secara signifikan dalam mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional(peningkatan penghasilan) dan structural model change terbukti pada periode pandemi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kredibilitas influencer, kualitas konten TikTok, dan brand image terhadap minat beli konsumen UMKM kuliner di Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh setiap variabel secara parsial dan simultan, serta menentukan variabel mana yang paling dominan memengaruhi minat beli. Dengan survei kuesioner pada 100 pengguna aktif TikTok yang pernah membeli makanan atau minuman berdasarkan rekomendasi influencer, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas konten TikTok dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan kredibilitas influencer berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Konten yang informatif, kreatif, interaktif, dan sesuai kebutuhan konsumen meningkatkan minat beli, sementara brand image yang positif mendorong konsumen mencari informasi, mencoba, membandingkan, dan membeli produk, menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital untuk UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas adopsi financial technology (fintech) oleh UMKM di Kota Palopo untuk memahami pengalaman pelaku usaha, faktor pendorong dan penghambat, serta implikasinya terhadap inklusi keuangan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif-eksploratif dengan strategi LNQA melibatkan 144 informan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan non-user terhambat oleh literasi dan infrastruktur, sedangkan pengguna aktif memperoleh efisiensi transaksi dan fleksibilitas pembayaran. Implikasinya, peningkatan literasi digital, perlindungan data, perbaikan infrastruktur, dan pengawasan pemerintah diperlukan guna memaksimalkan potensi fintech bagi pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the direct effects of social media content marketing on emotional engagement, perceived informativeness, and purchase intention; (2) the direct effects of emotional engagement and perceived informativeness on purchase intention; and (3) the indirect effect of social media content marketing on purchase intention through the two mediating variables. This study employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 domestic tourists purchasing MSME products in Tana Toraja and North Toraja. The sample was determined using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software to examine the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that social media content marketing significantly enhances both emotional engagement and perceived informativeness but does not directly influence purchase intention. Conversely, emotional engagement positively and significantly affects purchase intention, whereas perceived informativeness shows no significant direct effect. The mediation analysis indicates that emotional engagement serves as a significant mediator in linking social media content marketing to tourists’ purchase intention, whereas perceived informativeness, although positive, fails to mediate.
