Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji karakteristik industri tahu di Kecamatan Pekalongan Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 25 industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:1) Besar rata-rata modal yang digunakan pada sekali produksi tahu Rp 283.200, 2) Asal modal yaitu modal sendiri, 3) Rata-rata bahan mentah pada satu kali proses produksi adalah 33 Kg, 4) Bahan mentah yang digunakan berasal dari pembelian di Pasar Pekalongan dan Pasar Kota Metro, 5) Rata-rata jumlah tenaga kerja adalah 2 orang, 6) Asal tenaga kerja yaitu 72,13% merupakan anggota keluarga, 7) Rata-rata pengeluaran pembelian bahan bakar kayu dan solar sebulan yaitu Rp 748.800, 8) Pembelian bahan bakar kayu berasal dari Desa Sidodadi, Pekalongan, Adijaya, dan Tulusrejo. Pembelian bahan bakar solar berasal dari Pertamina dan Warung, 9) Rata-rata produksi tahu setiap satu kali produksi sebanyak 938 buah, 10) Transportasi yang digunakan untuk mengangkut kedelai adalah truk dan sepeda motor. Pemasaran hasil produksi tahu menggunakan sepeda motor, 11) Sistem pemasaran adalah dengan cara dijual sendiri oleh pengusaha dan dibeli oleh pedagang. Daerah pemasaran produksi tahu adalah pasar Kecamatan Pekalongan dan Pasar Kota Metro, 12) Rata-rata pendapatan industri tahu perbulan sebesar Rp 1799600. Abstract

Abstract— Looking at the development of technology in the world, especially in the field of computers, Uswatun Hasanah Jakarta Junior High School felt the need to implement an information system for the admission of new students. Admission Information System Web-Based In Jakarta Hasanah Uswatun SMP is designed to simplify and accelerate the process of new admissions and improving the safety and accuracy of the data. SMP Uswatun Hasanah Jakarta is the school admissions system is still new ways to wear it manually by simply having problems because the new admissions in SMP Uswatun Hasanah. By because it, the author tries to make a new admissions website for SMP Uswatun Hasanah. Acceptance of new student information system web based it easy for prospective students to provide information that knows no boundaries of place and time continuously. In addition, the information can be presented in a detailed and up to date.Intisari - Melihat perkembangan teknologi di dunia terutama dibidang komputer, Sekolah SMP Uswatun Hasanah Jakarta merasa perlu untuk menerapkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk bagian penerimaan siswa baru. Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru Berbasis Web Pada SMP Uswatun Hasanah Jakarta dirancang untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses penerimaan siswa baru serta meningkatkan keamanan dan keakuratan data. SMP Uswatun Hasanah Jakarta adalah sekolah yang sistem penerimaan siswa barunya masih memakai cara manual oleh karna itu cukup mengalami kendala dalam penerimaan siswa baru di SMP Uswatun Hasanah. Oleh karna itu, penulis mencoba membuat website penerimaan siswa baru untuk SMP Uswatun Hasanah.Sist em Informasi Penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web memberikan kemudahan bagi calon siswa dalam memberikan informasi yang tak mengenal batas tempat dan waktu terus menerus. Abstract

The money market serves as a nexus for financial transactions between two parties: one with surplus funds and the other lacking adequate funds. From an Islamic perspective, the employment of an interest rate system is prohibited. Instead, Islamic finance principles advocate the use of contracts such as Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Al-sharaf, wadiah, Al-qard, gharar, and maysir to replace interest-bearing elements. The Islamic money market is a tangible manifestation of these principles, having garnered approval through the issuance of DSN Fatwa No. 37/DSN-MUI/IX/2002, which endorses the operation of the interbank financial market in accordance with Sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the initial reading skills of group B3 children through busy book media at ABA Karangkajen Kindergarten. This research is a classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart cycle model which is carried out collaboratively. The research subjects were class B3 children aged 5-6 years, totaling 16 children in TK ABA Karangkajen. The object of this research is the ability to read the beginning. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the use of busy book media can improve the beginning reading ability of B3 graders. The increase in initial reading ability was shown by the results in the pre-action stage of 50%, after being given the action in the first cycle it increased to 65.63%, which means an increase of 15.63% from the pre-cycle. After being given another action in the second cycle, it increased to 82.25%, which means an increase of 17.19%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to implement the blended learning model in social studies learning for class VIIIA SMPN 1 Air Hitam. Blended learning is learning that is best used when transitioning to a normal state, this learning combines offline learning with online learning. The research method used a qualitative approach and this research was conducted at SMPN 1 Air Hitam. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling aimed at school principals, social studies teachers and SMPN 1 Air Hitam students. Test the validity of the data with technical triangulation and data analysis with interaction analysis whose steps start from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the research on the implementation of the blended learning learning model have been carried out, starting from lesson planning, implementing learning according to the blended learning syntax, namely searching of information, acquisition of information and synthesizing of knowledge which is carried out both in online and offline learning. Assessment of blended learning includes assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the blended learning model in class VIII A can be seen through the planning activities that the teacher has prepared learning tools, schedules and teaching materials. The implementation activities are in accordance with the blended learning syntax. Abstract

Fall is an accident that causes injury in elderly. The increased risk of falling in the elderly affects the mobility and independence of the elderly in activity daily living. Interventions for the risk of falling are dual-task training and providing education about the risk of falling. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of dual-task training and education on the risk of falling in the elderly. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with two groups pre-post test. The sample was selected based on the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 34 people, 17 people in the intervention group were given a combination of dual-task training and education, and 17 people in the control group were given education. The risk of falling is measured using the Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT). The results of the paired sample t-test for the difference in measuring risk of falling before and after in the intervention group obtained p-value=0.000 (p<0.05). The independent sample t-test for the difference between before and after in the intervention group obtained p-value=0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion from this research there is an effect of dual-task training and education on the elderly in PSTW Budi Mulia IV, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Smoking behavior in Indonesia is a major concern because of its impact on public health, especially with the increase in the number of adult smokers from 60,3 million in 2011 to 70,2 million in 2021 and the prevalence of smoking in adolescents aged 10-18 years from 7,2% to 9,1% in 2018. Men dominate adult smokers with a prevalence of 64,7%, while women are 2,3%. Smoking at home has a significant impact on the health of family members, especially women and children who are more vulnerable to exposure to passive cigarette smoke. Data shows that 56,8% of households are exposed to cigarette smoke, which increases the risk of heart disease, COPD, asthma, cancer, pneumonia, bronchitis, and SIDS. Therefore, education about the dangers of smoking at home is needed. This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge about the dangerous impacts of cigarette smoke and efforts to stop smoking at home through "GERAK MASBRO", namely the smoke-free community movement. Increasing knowledge through counseling, educational media, and the establishment of smoking huts can raise public awareness so that they can prevent smoking habits at home.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to investigate and analyze the level of student interest in pursuing a teaching career among those enrolled in the Geography Education Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. Methods: The study population includes all students within the program, with the sample consisting of 69 students from the 2020 cohort. Of these, 58 active students participated in the survey. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, which was subsequently tested for validity and reliability. This research adopts a single-variable approach encompassing three key indicators: cognitive, emotional (affective), and conative aspects. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, utilizing a purposive sampling technique. Data collection instruments included questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods. Findings: The findings indicate that student interest in becoming teachers is generally low, with 81.03% of responses across all three dimensions reflecting limited interest. This finding suggests a potential gap in future environmental education delivery in schools, as geography teachers play a vital role in integrating sustainability and environmental issues into classroom learning. Conclusion: These results raise concerns about the future of education, particularly in relation to the promotion and integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including environmental education. Novelty/originality of this article: The declining interest in becoming geography teachers may hinder efforts to instill environmental awareness and the importance of nature conservation among younger generations through formal education.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on the performance of employees at the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu District Head Office. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 37 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the test results for the organizational culture variable show a tcount value of 2.964 > ttable of 2.03 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05, so hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that organizational culture has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu District Head Office. The test results for the competency variable show a tcount value of 5.161 > ttable of 2.03 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that competency has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu District Head Office. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test or F test prove that the calculated F value is 71.841 which is greater than 3.28 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected so it can be concluded that organizational culture and compensation have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu District Head Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi reorientasi metode dakwah yang relevan bagi generasi milenial dengan menggunakan perspektif komunikasi Islami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur, wawancara mendalam dengan da’i muda, dan analisis konten media sosial yang digunakan untuk dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial membutuhkan metode dakwah yang bersifat interaktif, relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Prinsip komunikasi Islami, seperti hikmah, mau’izhah hasanah, dan mujadalah bil ahsan, terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada generasi ini. Media sosial, khususnya Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok, menjadi platform utama yang mampu menjangkau audiens secara luas dengan format yang menarik seperti video pendek, infografis, dan podcast. Kolaborasi dengan influencer Muslim juga meningkatkan daya tarik dakwah di kalangan milenial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa reorientasi metode dakwah berbasis komunikasi Islami dapat meningkatkan penerimaan dan pemahaman pesan-pesan Islami oleh generasi milenial.
