Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) play a crucial role in supporting healthcare services and clinical decision-making, yet family history recording remains unstructured and underutilized in healthcare practice. This situation necessitates the identification of the most essential family history data elements to ensure more focused, consistent, and applicable recording. This study aims to identify a minimum family history dataset in EMR as a basis for early detection of genetic diseases. The research method used was a two-round Delphi method involving a 15-member expert panel consisting of clinicians, senior medical records personnel, and medical records experts. The results showed that in the first round of the Delphi, of the 15 initial family history elements evaluated, 12 elements met the context, while 3 elements were excluded because they were deemed inadequate for consistent recording. Two additional elements emerged based on input from the panel of experts. In the second Delphi round, all 14 evaluated elements reached consensus with a median value ≥ 4 and an IQR ≤ 1. These elements include family structure, family disease history, and genetic patterns and risks that are considered clinically important and relevant to daily healthcare practice. This study resulted in 14 minimum elements of a family history dataset that can be used as a conceptual basis for the development or integration of more structured family history recording into an EMR system to support early detection of genetic diseases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan empiris mengenai pengaruh budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam berbagai konteks organisasi. Pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) dipandu oleh prosedur PRISMA. Sebanyak 132 artikel awalnya diidentifikasi dari beberapa basis data akademik, termasuk Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar, menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan terkait dengan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh 14 artikel empiris yang dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi. Kepemimpinan menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi, dimana kepemimpinan transformasional cenderung memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, namun dalam beberapa konteks tidak berpengaruh signifikan tanpa adanya faktor pendukung. Sementara itu, inovasi merupakan variabel yang paling konsisten berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, baik sebagai variabel independen maupun sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi budaya kerja yang kuat, kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan lingkungan yang mendukung inovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Childhood obesity is a major global public health concern due to its increasing prevalence and long-term health consequences. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that the prevalence of childhood obesity has risen significantly worldwide over the past decades. Childhood obesity not only affects physical health but also increases the risk of psychological and social problems. An imbalance between energy intake and energy expenditure over time leads to excessive fat accumulation, resulting in overweight and obesity. Body Mass Index (BMI) above normal levels is commonly used to indicate obesity in children. The primary cause of obesity is the accumulation of excess body fat due to excessive energy intake relative to energy needs. Childhood obesity is influenced by multiple factors, including genetic, maternal, nutritional, and socio-economic factors. These factors interact to shape dietary patterns, food choices, and physical activity levels, ultimately contributing to the development of obesity in children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi, khususnya pada sektor jasa yang sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terkait pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran turnover intention sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, turnover intention, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA melalui penelusuran artikel pada database Google Scholar, SINTA, dan ScienceDirect dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2017–2024. Berdasarkan hasil seleksi, diperoleh 15 artikel empiris yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Turnover intention juga terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dalam beberapa penelitian berperan sebagai variabel intervening, meskipun hasil mediasi menunjukkan inkonsistensi. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara faktor psikologis dan organisasi, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan integratif dalam pengelolaannya
