AL GHAZALI: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pemikiran Islam adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al Jami Banjarmasin. Jurnal ini dikhususkan untuk memuat tulisan dalam bentuk hasil penelitian pendidikan Islam, atau gagasan tertulis dalam bentuk karya ilmiah dengan bidang kajian yang serumpun. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menampung ide dan gagasan tentang pendidikan Islam dan untuk memudahkan sivitas akademika pada umumnya untuk memperoleh angka kredit dalam menunjang eksistensinya di dunia akademik. Semua artikel yang diterbitkan adalah wawasan dan ide individu dari penulis yang tidak mewakili jurnal ini atau lembaga afiliasi penulis. Abstract

This study proposes about the traditions of the Islamic boarding schools at the Al-Madaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jaro sub-district, Tabalong Regency. This thesis research is A field research using qualitative methods, the subjects of this research are ustadz, ustadzah, mukhaddimah, young women and female students at the Jaro Al-Madaniyah Islamic Boarding School, and the object of this research is the Islamic Boarding School Tradition at the Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School, Jaro District, Tabalong. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After the necessary data is obtained and collected, it is then processed using reduction techniques, data display and data verification, then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the Islamic Boarding School Traditions at the Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency include, a description of the Kyai at the Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School that the kyai is an inspirational and motivating person for students and ustadz, and the kyai is role model for students. The description of the Santriwati at the Al Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School that the santriwati has differences with a student makes the santri superior in the field of religion than other students. The description of activities at the Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School Mosque that activities in the mosque are the most important places at Jaro Al-Madaniyah Islamic Boarding School. The description of activities at the Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School Dormitory that the dormitory is a place for female students to gather in carrying out all activities and a dormitory is a place to build togetherness among fellow students through Ukhuwah Islamiyah. The description of the Kitab Kuning curriculum at Al-Madaniyah Putri Islamic Boarding School that the Kitab kuning curriculum used is traditional and modern as well as the method used is not only listening but being able to write allegories, quotes from the Kyai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala dengan rumusan masalah adalah Bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala dan Apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara jelas tentang Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala. Sekolah tersebut menjalankan sistem pengelolaan dengan peraturan yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh dewan guru dan para siswa, seperti dewan guru yang wajib mengatur dan mentaati peraturan sekolah. Baik dari aktivitas keagamaan yang diberlakukan kepada siswa atapun peraturan lainnya. Bagi siswa, guru sebagai contoh, pemimpin atau mengerahkan kegiatan para siswa, contoh shalat dhuha berjamaah dan shalat zuhur dan lainnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan reduksi data, display data (penyajian data) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala meliputi kegiatan analisis kebutuhan siswa, rekrutmen siswa, seleksi siswa, orientasi siswa baru, pengelompokkan siswa, pembinaan dan pengembangan siswa, pencatatan, pelaporan dan evaluasi siswa, serta kelulusan dan alumni. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Kuala adalah: a. Faktor pendukung yang meliputi adanya aturan tertulis dan tidak tertulis, lokasi yang sangat strategis dan kondusif dan kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah dengan seluruh dewan guru serta staf. b. Faktor penghambat yaitu masih kurangnya kesadaran dari diri siswa akan pentingnya kedisiplinan. Masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang kurang menaati peraturan, sehingga selalu diberikan bimbingan dan arahan oleh pihak sekolah agar membiasakan diri dengan sikap disiplin yang ditunjukkan melalui sikap ketaatan, kesetiaan dan ketertiban siswa terhadap peraturan serta sarana dan prasarana yang kurang lengkap. Selain itu, waktu yang sedikit/kurang dalam mengontrol manajemen kesiswaan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the main components associated with the Islamic educational environment in shaping understanding, values, and religious practices in the context of Islam. It also aims to understand various challenges faced in the context of Islamic education. These challenges include a curriculum that is not in line with the current era's development, inadequate teacher qualifications, limited facilities and infrastructure, an excessive traditionalist mindset, and inadequate comprehensive evaluation. The method used in this research is library research based on the search for various articles, journals, and other scholarly works related to pre-defined keywords. The researcher then gathers and selects all the sources to draw conclusions. Analysis of these issues in Islamic education is expected to provide a holistic view for improving the Islamic education system and guiding future efforts to address these challenges. The research findings indicate that the main components of the Islamic educational environment include madrasas or Islamic schools, mosques, religious communities, Islamic books and learning resources, Islamic extracurricular activities, teachers and mentors, Islamic technology and media, Islamic classrooms, and religious education programs. Furthermore, a positive and supportive Islamic educational environment can help students deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthen their religious identity, and promote tolerance and social values inherited from Islamic teachings. Additionally, some of the challenges in Islamic education include an irrelevant curriculum, low teacher qualifications, limited facilities and infrastructure, traditionalist mindsets, and inadequate comprehensive evaluation. Abstract

Disiplin dapat dibiasakan melalui tiga metode yaitu otoriter, permisif dan demokratis.  Internalisasi sikap disiplin tentu tidak terlepas dari suatu proses pembinaan yang dilakukan secara natural maupun melalui setting khusus.  Padatnya kegiatan yang diberlakukan di pondok pesantren menuntut santri agar dapat melakukan manajemen waktu dengan baik. Santri tetap dapat melakukan banyak hal dengan tanpa meninggalkan program yang dijadwalkan pesantren jika ia disiplin dengan seluruh jadwal atau aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Pembiasaan yang diterapkan selama di pesantren akan mengarahkan santri pada tindakan yang tersistem dan terinternalisasi ke dalam diri menjadi sebuah karakter. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan sikap disiplin santri dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat pembinaan sikap disiplin santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Karamah Desa Keramat Kecamatan Amuntai Selatan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan reduksi data, display data (penyajian data) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan sikap disiplin di Pondok Pesantren Al Karamah dilakukan dengan beberapa metode seperti keteladanan, pembiasaan, pemberian nasihat dan pemberian sanksi. Kemudian dilaksanakan dengan optimal mengingat ustadz/ustadzah adalah role model yang sangat diikuti oleh para santri. Pembiasaan diterapkan dengan tujuan agar seiring berjalannya waktu, sikap disiplin yang ditunjukkan santri tidak lagi atas dasar terpaksa, melainkan sebagai sikap positif yang memang menjadi kebutuhannya sebagai seorang muslim. Motivasi yang disampaikan oleh pengasuh atau penanggung jawab merupakan bagian dari metode nasihat agar santri dapat dengan ikhlas menjalankan semua agenda di pondok dan mengarahkan mereka pada kedisplinan. Penghambat utama dalam pembinaan disiplin tentu berasal dari individu masing-masing santri. Santri yang mengikuti program asrama kehidupan sehari-harinya dihabiskan di pondok pesantren dan jauh dari orang tua sementara secara psikologis sebenarnya mereka masih memerlukan pendampingan dan arahan. Saat kondisi mereka tidak stabil maka mulai muncullah pikiran-pikiran untuk bermalas-malasan dalam mengikuti tata tertib maupun kegiatan-kegiatan pondok yang telah dijadwalkan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the relationship between schools and stakeholders in education is implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inayatushshibyan II Banjarmasin. This research is qualitative in nature, where in this paper we can see the description of what is done by schools in implementing school stakeholder relationships and in education. The data collection technique in this research was an interview with the principal at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inayatushshibyan II Banjarmasin. The results of the research show that the relationship between schools and stakeholders at MI Inayatushshibyan II Banjarmasin includes (1) Implementation of school relationships with the community (2) Functions of school relationships with the community (3) Techniques for school relationships with stakeholders (4) evaluation of the implementation of school relationships with stakeholders holder The research results show that there is harmonious cooperation and is able to create a healthy learning environment, with good communication and evaluation techniques to create satisfactory results.

Abstract

This research aims to know the analysis of the urgency and contribution of the study on Asbabun Nuzul in understanding the Quran. Asbabun Nuzul, or the reasons for the revelation of the verses of the Quran, plays a crucial role in the context of interpreting and understanding the sacred verses. The research employs the method of literature or library research, conducted by gathering information from existing sources such as books, journals, articles, and other publications related to the research topic. In this study, the author explores how understanding the historical and situational context of the verses of the Quran can enrich interpretation and its application in daily life. Through an analytical approach, the author highlights the urgency of studying Asbabun Nuzul to avoid errors and misunderstandings in interpreting the verses of the Quran. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that understanding Asbabun Nuzul is essential for comprehending the verses and avoiding misinterpretations. It helps to specify laws based on the reasons for revelation and provides clarity to the verses. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more holistic and contextual methods of interpreting the Quran, enriching the understanding of the Muslim community towards the Quran..

Abstract

The influence of Korean culture (Korean wave) in Indonesia has recently grown very rapidly. Korean culture that entered Indonesia has anesthetized teenagers in Indonesia. We can see this with the emergence of new trends such as clothing styles, music, spectacle, and lifestyle. This study aims to determine the learning activities of Korean Wave fans and the negative impact of Korean Korean Wave on learning behavior in grade XII students of Science Mandraasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. The type of approach in this study is field research conducted with qualitative descriptive using a qualitative approach by going into the field directly to explore and examine data related to this research. The informants in this study were 6 students of class XII Science Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that, the negative impact of Korean Wave on learning behavior in grade XII students of Science Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin is that they tend to procrastinate in doing assignments and are often negligent in learning time, not infrequently of them often stay up late to watch Korean Wave shows, it makes them often sleepy and not focused when studying in class.

Abstract

This research aims to delve deeper into the objectives of Islamic education, encompassing goals in both the worldly life, the Hereafter, and the formation of Muslim character. The study goes beyond exploring academic knowledge, delving into the role of Islamic education as a transformative force in shaping moral and ethical values, as well as moral courage amidst the challenges of the modern era. The methodology employed in this research is literature review (library research). The study utilizes a library research approach by searching various articles, journals, and other scholarly works related to pre-defined keywords. Subsequently, the researcher collects, analyzes, and selects relevant sources to draw conclusions. The significance of this research lies in its ability to summarize how Islamic education not only prepares individuals for contemporary life but also equips them with values that guide their journey in the Hereafter. In tandem with this, the research highlights how Islamic education responds to contemporary issues, providing a relevant framework for the global challenges faced by Muslim communities today. The findings of this research offer a nuanced and layered perspective on the meaning and urgency of Islamic education in shaping individuals with high moral character who can contribute positively to society at large

Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of the discussions on Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh as the primary treasury within Islamic Sharia with the aim of obtaining in-depth understanding. The main focus of this research is to identify the roles and interactions between Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh in shaping a comprehensive understanding of Islam. The analytical method involves literature review and critical studies of classical texts as well as works by contemporary scholars. The research findings indicate that a profound understanding of Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh has a positive impact on strengthening the beliefs and religious practices of Muslims. The dynamics of these discussions encompass theological, legal, and methodological aspects that complement each other. The integration of Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh provides a robust framework for understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. This research contributes to the literature on in-depth understanding of Islam, emphasizing the importance of harmonizing Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh as the foundation for Muslims in living a religious life. The implications of these research findings can be used as a guide for researchers, practitioners, and Islamic thinkers in efforts to enhance a holistic understanding and practice of Islamic teachings

Abstract

Physical Education and Islamic Education have significant relevance in shaping individuals who are balanced physically, mentally, and spiritually. Physical Education provides a foundation for physical development through physical activities, sports, and games, while Islamic Education emphasizes the formation of character, morality, and spirituality in individuals. The integration of both creates a holistic approach that supports the formation of individuals who are healthy both physically and spiritually. This article discusses how the application of Islamic Education principles in the Physical Education curriculum can enhance the understanding and implementation of Islamic values, such as justice, cooperation, and life balance. By combining these aspects, education becomes a means to shape individuals who not only excel physically but also possess high morality in line with Islamic teachings. Thus, this article proposes a closer integration between Physical Education and Islamic Education as a step towards the comprehensive formation of individuals, both physically and spiritually.
