Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is the frontline in carrying out government-based community services so that the resulting performance must be good and quality. The Polokarto District work unit, Sukoharjo Regency, is one of the agencies experiencing problems with decreased employee performance which in the pre-survey research is thought to be influenced by work motivation and workload. The purpose of this study was to analyse the significant effect of work motivation and workload on employee performance. The population in this study were 41 employees. The number of samples used was 33 ASNs who worked at the Polokarto District Office, Sukoharjo Regency using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis testing obtained that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Polokarto District Office, Sukoharjo Regency, while workload has no significant effect on employee performance at the Polokarto District Office, Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate the effect of brand image, product quality, and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions at Jenang Krasikan Bunga Kamboja Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukoharjo. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, relying on primary data obtained from 100 respondents of these MSME customers. The sampling technique applied was accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The questionnaire instrument has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests (multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality) and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. In addition, the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test were also conducted to measure the significance of the model and its predictive power. The t-test analysis indicates that brand image does not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. In contrast, product quality was identified as a factor that significantly influenced purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the price variable did not show a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Cap Samudra soya tempeh is one of the growing tempeh brands that prioritises safe and halal products. Although as the business world develops, more and more products are offered in the market. This also makes the consumer mindset more developed in choosing products by paying attention to factors such as price, product quality, and promotion. These factors will lead to consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyse the significance of price, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for soybean tempeh cap samudra for consumers in the Tawangsari Sukoharjo Market. The population of this study were consumers of soybean tempeh cap samudra. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The sample in this study were 100 people. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling using certain criteria. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The classic assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and R2 tests. The results show that price (X1), product quality (X2), promotion (X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of oceanic cap soybean tempeh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of FoMO (Fear of Missing Out), Shopping Lifestyle, and Positive Emotion on Impulse buying at Shopee. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 students of Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling or sampling with certain characteristics with a total of 100 samples. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. Test the research instrument using validity test and reliability test. The classic assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and R2 . The validity and reliability test results show that all statements regarding FoMO (Fear of Missing Out), Shopping Lifestyle, Positive Emotion and Impulse buying are valid because the p-value <0.05 and reliable because Cronbach's alpha> 0.60. The classic assumption test results show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests with normal distribution. The regression analysis results obtained the equation Y = 0.462 + 0.051 X1 + 0.395 X2 + 0.305 X3. The t test results show that fear of missing out (FoMO) (X1) has an insignificant effect on impulse buying at Shopee, shopping lifestyle (X2) and positive emotion (X3) have a significant effect on impulse buying at Shopee. The F test results showed that the regression model used in this study was correct. The R2 test results show that the contribution of the influence of the independent variables X1 (fear of missing out (FoMO)), X2 (shopping lifestyle) and X3 (positive emotion) on Y (impulse buying) is 61.8%. The rest (100% - 61.8%) = 38.2% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The Karanganyar Regency Regional Inspectorate work unit is one of the agencies experiencing employee work discipline problems which in pre-survey research is thought to be influenced by leadership and work motivation. The aim of this research is to analyze the significant influence of leadership and work motivation on employee work discipline. The population in this study was 57 employees. The number of samples used was 50 ASN people who worked at the Karanganyar Regency Regional Inspectorate Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. Testing the research instrument obtained that the questionnaire items on all variables were valid and reliable. The classical assumption test shows that all variables pass the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that leadership had a positive influence and work motivation had a positive influence with the equation Y= -0.689 + 0.299X1 + 1.148X2 + e. Hypothesis testing showed that leadership had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Karanganyar Regency Regional Inspectorate Office, while work motivation had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Karanganyar Regency Regional Inspectorate Office. The F test for model accuracy shows that the research model used is appropriate. The coefficient of determination test shows that the ability of the leadership and work motivation variables to explain the influence on employee work discipline is 71.9%.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important to pay attention to because performance is one of the determinants in achieving company performance in an effort to achieve company goals. The phenomenon of decreasing employee performance occurred at CV Matahari Megah Mandiri which was thought to be influenced by high workloads and poor work discipline. This research was conducted to analyze whether there is a significant influence of workload and work discipline on the performance of CV Matahari Megah Mandiri employees. The population in this study was all 33 employees of CV Matahari Megah Mandiri, so the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the validity test show that all the overall variable question items are declared valid after removing question items Y.2 and Y.7, the reliability test shows that the questionnaire items are reliable. The classical assumption test shows that all variables pass the test. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that all variables have a positive effect with the equation Y= 8.521 + 0.312X1 + 0.232X2 + e. The t test shows that workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Matahari Megah Mandiri. The F test obtained that the research model used was correct, and the coefficient of determination test obtained that the workload and work discipline variables were able to explain the effect on employee performance of 33.5%.

Abstract

CV Roda Jati merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak di bidang mebel atau furniture. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku CV Roda Jati masih dilakukan dengan cara manual atau sebatas perkiraan saja dalam memasok bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pertimbangan perusahaan dalam mengefisienkan biaya persediaan bahan baku dan dapat digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan terkait dengan efisiensi biaya persediaan bahan baku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP), dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), dan Period Order Quantity (POQ). Data yang diperlukan adalah gambaran umum CV Roda Jati, proses produksi, data penggunaan bahan baku, data pembelian bahan baku, data biaya pesan, dan data biaya simpan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Analisis biaya persediaan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan perusahaan menghasilkan total biaya sebesar Rp 8.853.000. Sebaliknya, melalui perhitungan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan teknik Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, dan Period Order Quantity, diperoleh biaya masing-masing sebesar Rp 6.000.000, Rp 3.361.000, dan Rp 6.000.000. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode Economic Order Quantity merupakan pendekatan yang paling efisien untuk CV Roda Jati, dengan menghasilkan biaya persediaan terendah sebesar Rp 3.361.000. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar perusahaan mengadopsi metode MRP dengan teknik Economic Order Quantity dalam mengelola persediaan bahan baku untuk mencapai optimalisasi biaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan pengendalian biaya di UD Jaya Makmur Single Face. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui sejauh mana akuntansi pertanggungjawaban berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi pengendalian biaya di perusahaan tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Manajer Keuangan dan staf keuangan, serta observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dengan anggaran sebagai alat pengendali biaya di perusahaan sudah cukup memadai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on sales at the Ciputat branch of the Hendri Motor and Spare Parts workshop. The method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of 3,600 customers of Hendri Motor and Spare Parts workshop. Data processing was assisted by the SPSS version 26 application. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used include instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, hypothesis testing (partial t-test and simultaneous F-test), and determination coefficient tests. The results of this research indicate that both price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on sales. Price has a significant influence with a t-value of 2.070 > t-table 1.661 and a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. Service quality also has a significant influence with a t-value of 2.283 > t-table 1.661 and a significance value of 0.027 < 0.05. Simultaneously, price and service quality significantly affect sales with an F-value of 4.882 > F-table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The phenomenon underlying this research, the performance of emplyees at PT Jasamarga Solo-Ngawi during the 2022-2023 period tends to decline. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of PT Jasamarga Solo-Ngawi employees.The population of this study was all 173 employees of PT Jasamarga Solo-Ngawi. The sample in this study amounted to 63 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection techniques use validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Jasamarga Solo-Ngawi employees. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination are 0.533, meaning that the contribution of the variables of work discipline, motivation and work environment to the performance of PT Jasamarga Solo-Ngawi employees is 53.3%. The remaining 46.7% was explained to be influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example leadership and compensation.
