Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are at the forefront of economic development in Indonesia. In the current era, MSMEs are growing increasingly massively, especially in the fashion sector, where in 2022, MSMEs are increasingly selling imported clothing. The city of Surakarta is an object because the growth of MSMEs in the fashion sector is quite high, reaching 781 new MSMEs in 2023, where the performance of MSMEs is an important discussion to research. This research aims to analyze the influence of financial aspects, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial competence and market orientation on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study was 1,049 MSMEs in the fashion sector with 100 samples taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliable, as well as the classical assumption tests, including the multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, all variables were declared to have passed the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 0.958 + 0.090X1 + 0.513X2 + 0.367X3 + 0.124X4 + e, meaning that all regression coefficients are positive, which means that the variables X1 (financial aspect), X2 (financial inclusion), X3 (entrepreneurial competence) and X4 (market orientation) have a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in the fashion sector in Surakarta. The partial hypothesis test obtained from financial aspects and market orientation does not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the fashion sector in Surakarta, while financial inclusion and entrepreneurial competence have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the fashion sector in Surakarta. The F test states that the research model for the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is appropriate. The coefficient of determination test shows that financial aspects, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial competence and market orientation are able to explain the performance of MSMEs by 58.9%.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution that is operated on the principle of profit sharing, the development of which has increased from year to year. BMT is a microfinance institution which consists of two activities at once, namely Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil. The aim of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of BMT Atunnisa employees. This research is a survey or questionnaire on BMT Atunnisa employees. Data types use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees at BMT Atunnisa, namely 40 respondents. The number of samples used in this research was 40 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, and literature study/documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test.  The results of the research show that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of BMT Atunnisa employees in Karanganyar, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of BMT Atunnisa employees in Karanganyar and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of BMT Atunnisa employees in Karanganyar. The F test results show a calculated F value of 12.496 with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test result (adjusted R²) is 0.469, meaning that the contribution of work discipline, work motivation and work environment to employee performance is 46.9%.

Abstract

Business people must be able to maintain their company's position in increasingly tight global marketing in both services and goods. Business people think hard to maintain their position in the business to win the competition through determining the right strategy by utilizing their human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of compensation and workload on employee job satisfaction, significance effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of job satisfaction, compensation and workload on employee performance and analyze the significance effect of compensation and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.This research was conducted on employees of PT Andalan Dua Satu Ekspres Surabaya Branch with survey techniques. The study population was 96 employees so that all of them became research samples with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and sobel test. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the causes of a company's success in achieving its goals. The human resources available in this case are teachers at SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar who are required to be able to provide maximum assessment to students in order to grow student potential. For this reason, one of the things a teacher must have is the ability to create teaching methods that can be understood by students. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership, work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data source used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar. The sample used in this research was all 51 teachers at SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2 ). The results of the study, leadership, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of social media marketing, brand ambassadors and product quality on purchasing decisions for Erigo fashion products in Surakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The sampling technique used was non- probability sampling and purposive sampling with a total of 100. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. Test the instrument using validity tests and reliability tests. The classical assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and R².The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all statements regarding social media marketing, brand ambassadors and product quality are declared valid because the p value < 0.05 and reliable because Cronbach's alpha> 60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. , autocorrelation and normal distribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y= 1.328 + 0.430 X1 + 0.112 X2 + 446 X3. The results of the t test showed that there was a significant influence of social media marketing (X₁), brand ambassador (X₂) and product quality (X₃) on purchasing decisions for Erigo fashion products in Surakarta. The results of the F test showed that the regression model used in this research was correct. The R² test results show that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 76%, the remaining 23.5%.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of information technology has drastically changed the landscape of accounting information systems. This study aims to measure how much influence the perception of ease, benefits, and understanding of accounting on the application of accounting information systems. Thus, business people need to be adaptive to the latest developments in information technology. Specifically, this study wants to identify how much influence the perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and the level of employee accounting knowledge have on the adoption of cloud-based accounting information systems in improving business process efficiency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were culinary MSME owners in 2023 with a total of 5,536 business actors. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 106 respondents. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The application used to help complete the proposed data analysis uses SPSS 25. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) tests. The results showed that perceived convenience had no significant effect on the use of AIS, while perceived usefulness and accounting knowledge had a significant effect on the use of AIS on MSME owners in Surakarta City. MRA results show that accounting training is not able to moderate the effect of perceived usefulness and accounting knowledge on the use of AIS.

Abstract

In the context of the Indonesian economy, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a very crucial role, both in absorbing labour (more than 90%) and contributing to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (more than 50%). This study aims to examine the significance of financial technology, locus of control, and entrepreneurial orientation on the financial performance of herbal medicine MSMEs operating in Nguter Sub-district. Quantitative data obtained directly from respondents is the main source in this study. All herbal MSMEs totalling 63 units in Nguter Sub-district became the population as well as the sample in this study. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, including the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination (R-squared). The results of the analysis show that the use of financial technology has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of herbal MSMEs in Nguter Sub-district. However, the locus of control variable only has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance of herbal MSMEs, while entrepreneurial orientation has a negative effect which is also insignificant.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent to which personality, workload, and work environment contribute to employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boyolali Regency. The data used in this study is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources. All employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boyolali Regency were the subject of this research. The sampling technique used was a census, involving all 35 employees. Data collection was done through direct observation of employee activities. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software showed a significant relationship between the independent variables (personality, workload, work environment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study indicate that factors such as personality, workload, and work environment have an important influence on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Lumintu Tirta Abadi Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah dengan perolehan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 karyawan PT Lumintu Tirta Abadi Karanganyar, maka teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reward (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Lumintu Tirta Abadi Karanganyar, dengan demikian hipotesis pertama terbukti kebenarannya. Punishment (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Lumintu Tirta Abadi Karanganyar, dengan demikian hipotesis kedua terbukti kebenarannya. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang berarti model tepat dalam memprediksi pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Lumintu Tirta Abadi Karanganyar. Hasil Uji R2 sebesar 0,681, artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan sebesar 68,1%, sisanya (100% - 68,1%) = 31,9% diterangkan oleh variabel lain di luar model misalnya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Human resources are the key to the survival of an organization, because human resources are organizational assets that are relatively difficult for other organizations to imitate. This is due to the nature of human resources which are not fixed and continue to move flexibly following every change that occurs in the environment. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT Hardosoloplast in Karanganyar.  Analyzing the significance of the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Hardosoloplast in Karanganyar. Analyzing the significance of the influence of loyalty on employee performance at PT Hardosoloplast in Karanganyar.  This research uses employees of PT Hardosoloplast in Karanganyar as objects. The research method used is a quantitative method, using SPSS 25.0, to analyze the data. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PT Hardosoloplast. The sample used in this research was 97 employees of PT Hardosoloplast. The sampling technique uses proportional cluster random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test.The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study are Y = 4.569 + 0.738 X1 + 0.039 X2 + 0.038 X3 + e. The t test results show that leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of PT Hardosoloplast expedition employees in Karanganyar. The work environment has no significant effect on the performance of PT Hardosoloplast expedition employees in Karanganyar. Loyalty has no significant effect on the performance of PT Hardosoloplast expedition employees in Karanganyar.
