Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies, service quality, and pricing strategies on business performance with customer loyalty as a mediating variable in online gaming services. The approach used was quantitative with an explanatory research design, with data collected through purposive sampling from users of Mobile Legends boosting services. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that digital marketing strategies, service quality, and pricing strategies significantly influenced customer loyalty, with pricing strategy being the most dominant factor. Customer loyalty was proven to have a significant effect on business performance. However, digital marketing only had a weak direct effect, and service quality did not significantly influence business performance. Furthermore, customer loyalty was able to mediate the influence of digital marketing and pricing strategies on business performance, but not on service quality. These findings confirm that in a competitive digital environment, business performance is more determined by customer loyalty and perceived value than service quality alone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of CRM personalization, service responsiveness, and omnichannel integration on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in digital businesses. The study used a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method. The results showed that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, but do not have a significant direct effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also cannot significantly mediate the relationship. These findings indicate that digital service strategies are not sufficient to build sustainable customer loyalty without the support of relational factors such as trust and emotional engagement. This study implies that digital businesses need to develop deeper customer relationships to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, family support, and access to capital on students' entrepreneurial interest with entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that entrepreneurship education, family support, and access to capital had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education, and family support also had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, while access to capital did not have a significant direct effect. The results of the mediation analysis showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy was unable to significantly mediate the relationship between the independent variables and entrepreneurial interest. This study confirms that psychological and social factors are more dominant than financial factors in shaping students' entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and firm value on the profitability of plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. The study used a quantitative approach with panel data from 24 companies, resulting in 120 observations. The research variables were measured using the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Return on Assets (ROA). The analysis was conducted using panel data regression using the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. The results showed that liquidity had a positive and significant effect on profitability, demonstrating the importance of working capital management in improving a company's operational efficiency. Capital structure had a negative but insignificant effect on profitability due to high financial risk and interest expenses. Meanwhile, firm value did not have a significant effect on profitability because market perception does not directly reflect the operational performance of plantation companies. This study confirms that liquidity management is a key factor in improving the profitability of plantation companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on the financial performance of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Financial performance is measured using Return on Equity (ROE), while capital structure is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability by Return on Assets (ROA), and liquidity by Current Ratio (CR). This research applies a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The selection of the panel data model was conducted through the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test, resulting in the Random Effects Model as the most appropriate model. The findings reveal that profitability has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, indicating that efficient asset utilization contributes to higher shareholder returns. Meanwhile, capital structure and liquidity do not significantly affect financial performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also do not significantly explain variations in financial performance. The low coefficient of determination suggests that financial performance in technology companies is influenced by other factors beyond the research model, such as innovation, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency. These findings emphasize the importance of profitability as the primary driver of financial performance in technology firms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research sample was 100 formal sector employees in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that competence did not significantly influence performance or job satisfaction. The work environment significantly influenced job satisfaction, but did not influence performance. Work motivation significantly influenced performance, but did not influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and was the variable with the largest influence. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is more effectively done through increasing motivation and job satisfaction supported by a conducive work environment. This study provides an empirical contribution to the human resource management literature regarding the mediating role of job satisfaction in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on the growth of technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The study used a quantitative approach with panel data obtained from the annual financial reports of 47 technology companies, resulting in 235 observations through a purposive sampling technique. Liquidity was proxied using the Current Ratio (CR), solvency using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and profitability using Return on Assets (ROA), while company growth was measured using asset growth. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model selected based on the Chow and Hausman tests. The results showed that partially, liquidity, solvency, and profitability did not significantly influence the growth of technology companies. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced company growth, indicating that overall financial condition remains important in supporting company expansion. The coefficient of determination value indicates that the model is able to explain most of the variation in company growth. This finding indicates that technology company growth is more influenced by company-specific characteristics, innovation strategies, and digital business models than individual traditional financial ratios.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and selling price on business profits through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, focusing on Generation Z consumers in the context of micro-retail businesses. The study used a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method on 100 respondents. The results showed that selling price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with selling price having a more dominant influence. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was shown to have a strong and significant influence on business profits. However, the direct effect of selling price and service quality on business profits was not significant. Mediation analysis showed that customer satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between selling price and service quality on business profits. These findings confirm that customer satisfaction is a key mechanism linking marketing strategy to financial performance. This study contributes to broadening the understanding of the role of mediation in the context of micro-businesses and provides practical implications for business actors in increasing profitability through strategies oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior, work motivation, and work culture on the performance of Generation Z employees in the Pangkalpinang Regional Government, with psychological well-being as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) analysis, this study involved young civil servants to understand the dynamics of their productivity. The results show that work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through psychological well-being. In contrast, organizational behavior and work motivation do not show a significant impact on performance directly. These findings confirm that for Generation Z, a supportive work environment and stable mental health are the main determinants in achieving work efficiency. The implications of this study suggest that local government agencies undertake a more inclusive work culture transformation and pay attention to employee psychological well-being as a strategy to improve bureaucratic performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Income Supplement (TPP) on job satisfaction and employee performance, and to examine the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research sample consisted of 25 employees who received TPP and was determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire composed of 51 statements and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that TPP had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while TPP had no significant direct effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction was proven to play a full mediating role in the relationship between TPP and employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is more effectively achieved through TPP policies that can first increase job satisfaction.
