Abstract

The aims of the research were to increase the motivation and the students out come with implementation of audio visual media. The method of the research was Action Research that consist of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The instrument of the data collection used observation sheet and test. The technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of research showed that motivation of student in cycle I (55,25), cycle II (59,13), cycle III (63,23). The attitude of student in cycle I (53,88), cycle II (55,71), cycle III (58,44). Psychomotor of student in cycle I (49,71), cycle II (56,16), cycle III (62,16). The cognitive of student in cycle I (71,38), cycle II (73,61), cycle III (80,58).Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan media audio visual. Metode penelitian adalah Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpul data penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi siswa siklus I (55,25), siklus II (59,13), siklus III (63,23). Sikap siswa siklus I (53,88), siklus II (55,71), siklus III (58,44). Psikomotor siswa siklus I (49,71), siklus II (56,16), siklus III (62,16). Kognitif siswa siklus I (71,38), siklus II (73,61), siklus III (80,58). Kata kunci: audio visual, hasil belajar, motivasi.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterampilan pendidik mengelola kelas pada pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan pendidik mengelola kelas pada pembelajaran dalam jaringan dan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 185 orang peserta didik dan sampel berjumlah 66 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert, yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan pendidik mengelola kelas pada pembelajaran dalam jaringan dan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi berada pada taraf “Kuat”.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v10i1.24202

Abstract

Tujuanapenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiapengaruh penerapan model discovery learning berbantu LKS (Lembar Kinerja Siswa) untukameningkatkan HOTS (High Order Thingking Skills) siswa. Jenismpenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode quasi eksperimen non-equivalent control group design. Sampel dalamapenelitian ini berjumlah 39 siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa soal tes untuk mengukur HOTS siswa dan lembar observasi untuk melihat keberhasilan pembelajaran menggunakan model discovery learning berbantuan LKS. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan data nontes dianalisismsecaraadeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F hitung 7,53 > F tabel 4,45, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan LKS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan HOTS siswa.

Abstract

The rapid development that occurs due to the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 causes many changes in the implementation of learning so that educators need to adapt and innovate in carrying out learning. The application of instructional leadership and servant leadership of school principals is needed in the professionalism of educators, especially in the era that continues to develop today so that it will determine the quality of school learning quality in the era of society 5.0. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with learning quality in the era of society 5.0. The population totalled 161 education personnel. The sampling was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique consisting of school principals and some educators in Gugus Matahari Natar District with a total of 63 respondents. The design used is a quantitative approach. The research data were collected through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with the quality of learning in the era of society 5.0 with a correlation coefficient of 0.825 which is in the ‘Very Strong’ criteria. Abstract

Learning motivation plays a crucial role as a driving force for success in the educational process, especially during the primary school years, a period of rapid cognitive and emotional development in children. Parents, as the first educators, have a significant influence in shaping children's learning motivation, which is generally provided through consistent attention, guidance, or encouragement. This study uses a descriptive method with a literature review approach to analyze the involvement of parents in enhancing children's learning motivation. The results show that active parental involvement in their children's education can increase both interest and learning outcomes. However, if parents do not fully understand their role in supporting learning motivation, the outcomes may be less optimal.

Abstract

This activity aims to encourage the economic independence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by optimizing local potential in Kepoh Village, Toboali District, South Bangka Regency. The outreach activities were conducted by collecting primary data through observation, interviews, and documentation regarding the condition of MSMEs and the village's superior potential, including the marine and fisheries, plantation, and mining sectors. The data obtained showed that the majority of MSMEs in Kepoh Village are engaged in the food trade and home industries, with varying income levels, ranging from Rp. 150,000 to Rp. 30,000,000 per month. In addition, the village's abundant potential, such as fisheries with an average production of 16.5 tons, plantations with various commodities, and tin mining resources, presents a great opportunity to support the development of local MSMEs. Through this outreach activity, MSMEs are encouraged to increase their business capacity, utilize local potential sustainably, and understand the importance of protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as a marketing strategy and to increase competitiveness. This counseling is carried out to provide a positive contribution in providing knowledge, motivation, and more innovative business management strategies starting from product marketing strategies both in economic and legal aspects as well as the urgency of business legality, so as to strengthen the economic independence of MSME actors and support the inclusive economic development of Kepoh Village

Abstract

The research problem in this study is the low critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students due to the lack of varied teaching models used by educators. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model integrated with differentiated instruction on critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This research employs a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population consists of all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Triharjo, totaling 54 students. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, a technique where the sample is selected from the population based on specific considerations. Data collection techniques include tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression, yielding F_calculated ≥ F_table (54.17 ≥ 4.26), leading to the conclusion that the Problem-Based Learning model integrated with differentiated instruction significantly affects the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in IPAS learning at SD Negeri 1 Triharjo.
