Abstract

The Buria-Riring Road section is located in Taniwel District, West Seram Regency, Maluku Province. This road section was built in 2019. However, in the middle of 2021 this road experienced damage. The topographic condition of the road section is in the mountains with many hills and slopes, plus the high level of rainfall means that rainwater that falls directly floods the road body and damages the pavement structure. With this condition, people no longer feel comfortable accessing this road. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of damage that occurs and what factors cause the damage, as well as find solutions to overcome the damage that occurs in the form of planning pavement thickness and planning drainage channel dimensions. The method used for planning the thickness of the flexible pavement is the 2017 Pavement Design Manual and calculating the dimensions of the drainage channels. From the results of the analysis, the type of damage that occurs is the release of grains (Raveling) and the causative factors are not built drainage channels and the carrying capacity of subgrade soils that are less stable. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the thickness of the stabilized subgrade is 175 mm, the aggregate base layer for class B is 100 mm, the base layer for class A aggregate is 200 mm, the burda with an aggregate size of at least 20 mm. And from the results of the calculation of the dimensions of the drainage channel, it is obtained that the width of the base of the channel is 55 cm, the width of the top of the channel is 90 cm and the depth of the channel is 75 cm.

Abstract

Concrete is a composite material consisting of elements of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement and water which act chemically (hydraulic), which then binds the grains of aggregate together to form a unified concrete (monolith). This study discusses the effect of variations in water temperature of 100C, 200C, and 300C in the concrete mixture on the compressive strength of structural concrete. It is necessary to monitor the temperature of the water in the concrete mixture to reduce excess heat due to the hydration reaction. The water temperature is set according to the design temperature, namely 100C, 200C and 300C to determine the effect on the compressive strength and workability values. Concrete compressive strength testing was carried out at the age of 3, 7 and 14 days. The number of specimens required is 27 cylindrical samples with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The results of the slump test at water temperatures of 100C, 200C and 300C the lower the water temperature, the lower the slump value. And for testing At the age of 3.7 and 14 days concrete with a temperature of 100C produces Compressive Strength of 10.76 MPa, 12.17 MPa and 13.87 MPa, respectively, a temperature of 200C produces 12.55 MPa, 14.06 MPa and 16.42 Mpa, while the temperature of 300C produces 14.32 Mpa, 16.04 Mpa and 18.12 Mpa. The results of the compressive strength of concrete aged 28 days were converted from the results of the compressive strength test of concrete aged 7 days from the conversion results obtained that the temperature of 100C produced 17.38 Mpa, 200C produced 20.08 Mpa, 300C produced 22.91 Mpa. It can be concluded that normal temperature is more efficient in terms of compressive strength.

Abstract

The performance of drainage channels is very important to ensure the flow of water from upstream to downstream. Likewise with drainage channels in the village of Liang, Salahhutu sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. From the results of a previous study by the author regarding the capacity of the existing canals in Liang Village, there are several canals whose capacity will not be able to hold water in the next 10 years. The channels are channels K3 – K8 where the channel Planned Debit (Qr) > Existing Debit (QS). Therefore this study aims to rehabilitate the dimensions of the existing canal so that in the next 10 years the drainage canal in Liang village will be able to function properly. This research rehabilitates the dimensions of the existing canal so that its capacity can be increased. The results of the research are as follows; Channel K3 : Qr (2.598 m3/s) < Qs(4.8751m3/s). Channel K4 : Qr (2.0922 m3/sec) < Qs (2.2890 m3/sec), Channel K5 : Qr (2.21 m3/sec) < Qs (2.6526 m3/sec), Channel K6 : Qr (1.5119 m3/sec) < Qs (1.9813 m3/sec), Channel K7 : Qr (1.99 m3/sec) < Qs (2.0990 m3/sec), Channel K8 : Qr (2.25 m3/s) < Qs (3.2493 m3/s).

Abstract

Liang Village is an area located in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The increase in the population of the village of Liang led to rapid development, as well as causing an increase in the number of settlements. The conversion of land functions into settlements results in reduced water infiltration into the ground so that surface water runoff increases. In addition, an increase in population, housing also causes an increase in waste discharge, and has the potential to reduce water absorption and channel capacity. So it is feared that in the next few years the existing canal capacity will not be able to drain water. This study aims to analyze the existing canal capacity for the next 10 years. From the research results K1 & K2 channels meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) < Existing Debit (QS). Channel K1 : Qr (0.61404 m3/sec) < Qs(2,14 m3/sec). Channel K2 Qr (1.176 m3/s) < Qs(1.48 m3/s). Channels K3 – K8 do not meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) > Existing Debit (QS). Channel K3 : Qr (2.085 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K4 : Qr (1.6782 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K5 : Qr (1.7661 m3/s) .> Qs(0.60 m3/s). Channel K6 : Qr (1.2197 m3/s) .> Qs(0.61 m3/s). Channel K7 : Qr (1.5991 m3/s) .> Qs(0.82 m3/s). Channel K8 : Qr (1.8081 m3/s) .> Qs(1.20 m3/s).

Abstract

A project is a unique activity with a set goal with limited time to be able to reach a specified target. Within the arrangement of a construction project, cost estimates play a significant role. The greater the value of a construction project causes the need for resources to manage the work. Therefore, it requires careful, carefully structured cost planning according to the method of analysis used. The SNI method was a renewal from the 1921 BOW analysis (Burgeslijke Openbare Werken) issued by the residential research and development center. The AHSP method (Job Unit Price Analysis) isa guide for analysis issued by the ministry of public work and citizen housing (PUPR). The aim of thi s study is to get results from economical cost-spending estimates between methods. According to estimates of the cost budget using the AHSP 2016 method, Rp 2,891,000,000 and according to estimates of the cost budget using the SNI 2018 method, Rp 2.615.500.000 by profit from AHSP 2016 and SNI 2018, Rp 275,500,000. And a 9.53% percentage presentation.

Abstract

To restore the level of project progress according to the planned cost and time, appropriate planning is needed to obtain optimal project costs and duration. These parameters are planned to achieve project targets within cost and time constraints. The Zest Hotel Ambon Laundry construction project reviewed by the author is a privately funded project with a tentative implementation time so that there are no binding elements in terms of both cost and project implementation time. For this reason, the author will plan the budget and implementation time based on AHSP Minister of Public Works Regulation 28/PRT/M/2016. The aim of this research is to obtain more accurate estimates so that the project can be managed well, can achieve the desired goals, and stay within the budget and time limits that have been set. From the results of budget planning calculations for the implementation of the Zest Hotel Ambon Laundry structure based on AHSP Minister of Public Works Regulation 28/PRT/M/2016, the cost was IDR 1,193,329,721.76. Meanwhile, planning the project implementation time based on the standard AHSP coefficient of PU Ministerial Decree 28/PRT/M/2016 using the CPM method and the application of Microsoft project software, the total project duration was 172 calendar days
