Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia cannot be separated from development and development in all fields, one of which is the construction and development of the construction business sector. The success of a project is largely determined by the good cooperation between the owner and the service provider. If the technical implementation is not good, it will have a bad impact on project performance, one of which is rework. The word rework in the Big Indonesian Dictionary is translated as rework or rework. Rework on construction projects is caused by errors in planning, wrong work procedures, and lack of supervision and can result in several losses, such as cost, time, and quality of work. This research was conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to the construction project of Hotel Zest Ambon as many as 30 respondents. Respondents selected were implementers, supervisors, foremen, and workers. The questionnaires distributed were related to the factors causing the rework on the Zest Ambon Hotel construction project, which is located on Jl. Imam Bonjol, Kel Ahusen, Sirimau, Ambon City. Then the research results were processed using SPSS 26, using 4 methods of analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and factor analysis to get the factors causing the rework and the dominant factors causing the rework. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause rework, namely design and documentation factors with a mean value of 4.53, resource factors with a mean value of 4.37, and managerial factors with a mean value of 3.80. And the dominant factor is the design and documentation factor with Eigenvalues > 1, which is 1.50.

Abstract

This condition causes the asphalt mixture to be unable to be overlaid on the road work site because the temperature of the mixture is below the overlay and compaction temperature. According to the provisions of the asphalt mixture that has experienced a decrease in temperature can no loger be used. But the reality that happens a lot in the field is that sanding is still done and followed by the next stage, namely compaction. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the effect of heating on the concrete asphalt layer mixture, namely hot rolled sheet-Base (HRS-Base). The method used, the effect of AC-WC asphalt mixture temperature on the specific gravity of road work is . From yhe results of the marshall analysis, the value of marshall parameters that meet the requirements is in the range of asphalt content 4.50-5.80 so that the optimum asphalt content is obtained at the middle value of the limit range above is 5.12%. Comparison of asphalt temperature to field temperature and lab asphalt temperature. The asphalt temperature in the lab is 5.5% asphalt content and the asphalt temperature used in the lab is 160°C, 150°C, 140°C, 130°C, while the asphalt content used in the field is 5.0% asphalt content and the asphalt temperature used in the field is 125°C, 135°C, 140°C, 145°C. Further research needs to be carried out in the form of marshall soaking tests with the intention of measuring the durability of the binding/adhesion of asphalt mixtures to the influence of temperature.

Abstract

"Concrete Mix Design Using Quarry Wai-Tunsa Aggregates and Treatment Using Seawater and Freshwater". This thesis was under the guidance of Ms. Selviana Walsen and Mr. Abraham Tuanakotta. This study discusses the effect of aggregate due diligence on concrete mixtures and the effect of curing concrete using seawater and river water on the characteristics of concrete. Based on the conditions in the field, that development in the field of concrete construction used in the area uses more aggregates from rivers. The Wai-Tunsa River, which is one of the major and closest rivers in the area, is the main location for the community to collect aggregates and the Wai-Tunsa River has never been studied before on its aggregates. So that it still cannot be fully utilized, because it is not known for sure the level of its resistance when used as a concrete construction material. The purpose of this study is to explain the suitability of aggregate in concrete mixes and the effect of water type on variations in concrete curing using seawater and fresh water. In this study, Tonasa cement was used with a total of 2 immersion variations and 12 cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The seawater immersion variation uses the same standard mix design as the freshwater immersion variation. Tests were carried out in the form of workability checks, compressive strength, and absorption values. Do the compressive strength results show that at the age of 28 days, all specimens treated with seawater were higher than concrete treated with river water with a value obtained for seawater-treated concrete of 25.66 N/mm? and the value obtained from fresh water-treated concrete is 25.10 N/mm.Keywords: compressive strength, seawater, treatment variation, Job Mix Formula

Abstract

"Concrete Mix Planning using Gradations Size 10/20 and 20/30 This thesis is under the guidance of Soumokil Hengki Johnny and Sulastri Kakaly. The purpose of this study was to produce a concrete mix composition with variations of coarse aggregate gradations of 10/20 and 20/30 and to produce compressive strength of concrete with variations of coarse aggregate gradations of 10/20 and 20/30.Various studies on concrete have been carried out by many experts both in terms of material, composition, additives, and others. In this study, the authors used aggregates of 10/20 mm and 20/30 mm. The results of the concrete compressive strength test conducted at the Ambon State Polytechnic Laboratory showed that the characteristic concrete compressive strength for concrete using 10/20 mm aggregate at ages 7,14 and 28 were 20, 48 MPa, 26,70 MPa, and 30 respectively. .10 MPa. Whereas concrete using 20/30 mm aggregate at ages 7, 14 and 28 days respectively was 20.66 MPa, 24.53 MPa, and 31.18 MPa. From the results of the compressive strength test, it was found that there was a decrease in the compressive strength of concrete using large-size aggregate at the age of 14 days for 20/30 aggregate. The larger aggregate size can affect the compressive strength of the concrete, the compressive strength of the concrete will decrease if the maximum size of the aggregate increases and will also increase the difficulty in the process. Keywords: Aggregate Variation Concrete 10/20 And 20/30, Material Characteristics, Mix Design.
