Abstract

Construction projects that have repetitive or repetitive work packages such as housing, school buildings, apartments, hotels, highways or manufacturing industry projects require a project scheduling method that is able to accommodate continuous and well scheduled resource requirements without the occurrence of a hitch. In the New Classroom Development Project for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Central Maluku, the author reviewed using the S – Curve scheduling method and experienced delays in implementation due to rainy weather, delays in material mobilization and lack of manpower, so the author will analyze scheduling with a special method for repetitive work, namely by using the methodLine of Balance (LoB). Method Line of Balance (LoB) is a project scheduling method that can provide productivity levels and duration information in graphical format and can show activity progress, and can detect potential disturbances or conflicts in work items to be worked on. This research stage is obtained from the datatime schedule a plan that aims to redraw to detect conflicts in work items. From the results of the research, the use of the methodLine of Balance (LoB) simplification of repetitive work activities for structural work and architectural work from the first floor to the second floor makes it easier to analyze which is then depicted in a line chart and the results of the analysis show the methodLine of Balance(LoB) can detect conflicts or lines of work activity that intersect, among others, Structural Work of the second floor intersects with Wall and Plastering of the first floor, Wall and Plastering of the second floor intersects with Ceiling Works of the second floor, Sanitair Works of the first floor intersects with Aluminum Works Composite Panel (ACP) on the first floor and from the calculation results obtained the final scheduling duration of 84 days or 12 weeks and from the results of the analysis showed that the LoB method was effective in its use in the New Classroom Development project at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Central Maluku because it was able to detect disturbances in the Curve – S of LoB chart depiction

Abstract

The growth of campus population made an imbalance between the number of vehicles and the availability of parking spaces. This study aims to analyze the need for parking space for the next 5 years and examine the existing number of parking lots at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pattimura Ambon. The problem of the need for parking space is important because the growth of students and employees in the Faculty of Engineering greatly influences motorized vehicles and cars, but the increase in vehicle users is not matched by efficient parking lots/facilities. Therefore it is necessary to research the problem by using an analysis of parking space requirements and parking space unit. The research method used is field surveys, interviews, and academic data to collect data on the growth in the number of students, lecturers, and staff. The results of the study show that in the next 5 years, there is a projected significant increase in the number of vehicles in the Faculty of Engineering. The estimated growth in these vehicles will lead to an increase in the need for parking spaces in 2028 of 220 for motorcycles and 23 for cars, from the current number of existing parking lots. Based on the results of the analysis, it is suggested that the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pattimura Ambon take appropriate planning and policy development actions to deal with the problem of parking space requirements in the future.

Abstract

Project development nowadays is increasing, but on the other hand, the need for available quality resources is limited. The resources in question are human resources, materials and equipment. One very important factor is labor. If the workforce used is less skilled or not optimal in their work, then the results of the work will be poor. The quality obtained is not good and the productivity is low. The IAIN Ambon Laboratory Rehabilitation and Renovation Project really requires a careful calculation of the productivity of the workforce, so that an appropriate work system and the number of workers needed can be determined so that it can produce products that meet expectations. The analytical method used is the work sampling method where the percentage is obtained from adding effective work to ¼ essential contributory work, then dividing the sum by the total observations. The research results obtained LUR values based on time divided into 2 (two) parts, namely the morning session from 08.00-12.00 and then the afternoon session from 14.00-17.00. The following results were obtained: A). The cleaning work was obtained: (Morning Time) Value Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) (85.21%) effective (82%), essential contributory (11%) and ineffective (7%). Abstract

Construction projects are a series of activities related to the process of developing infrastructure within a predetermined time frame by estimating the time required to complete the project. Delays in project planning can occur due to various factors. This also happened in the construction of the Integrated Laboratory and Library Building Project at MAN 1 Central Maluku, which experienced delays caused by several factors, including delays in the project due to factors such as labor, materials, design, situation, equipment, finance, site characteristics, and external factors. However, the factors that significantly and dominantly influence the delays are not yet known. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the significant and dominant factors causing project delays. The analytical method used is regression analysis, which includes T-tests and F-tests. Based on the research results, the significant factors influencing project delays are the lack of availability of labor (labor factor), delay in the delivery of materials (material factor), equipment productivity (equipment factor), and financial difficulties of the contractor (financial factor). The most dominant factor influencing project delays is the labor factor, with a beta value of 1.198, indicating a lack of labor availability.

Abstract

Ambon City is one of the cities in Moluccas which is also one of the earthquake-prone areas which is classified in earthquake zone 5. Several structural elements of the Moluccas Police RTMC building in the realization of fieldwork were not by the planning results. The research aimed to produce displacement values and obtain the performance of the structural of the Maluku Regional Police RTMC building against earthquake forces after being analyzed by non-linear static analysis with the help of SAP2000 v.22. Research shows that the movement between floors is still safe because it does not exceed the drift limit of 30 mm where the largest displacement in the x direction occurs due to a dynamic earthquake (DX) on the roof floor, about 10.443 mm, and the largest displacement in the y direction occurs due to loads due to dynamic earthquakes (DY) on the roof floor about 28.514 mm. The performance evaluation for the XZ direction is still in a safe condition because the plastic hinge distribution scheme does not show structural members that pass the immediate occupancy (IO), and happen strong column weak beams occur if the loading step is enlarged, this is indicated by the absence of column elements that achieve IO performance. The performance of the YZ direction is still in a safe condition because the plastic hinge distribution scheme does not show that the structural members pass the IO performance and happen strong column weak beams occur when the loading step is increased.

Abstract

Some of this bottle waste is directly disposed of into open land without any treatment. One alternative use for beer glass bottle waste is to make it a substitute for fine aggregate in concrete mixture, by processing it into pounded glass powder until it smoothly passes filter no. 12. The addition of glass powder by 0%, 2.5% and 5%. The concrete test specimen measures 15×15×15 cm and is planned according to the SNI method 03-2834- 2000. The test parameters carried out are in the form of a slump test and concrete compressive strength with a compressive strength standard of 200 Kg / cm² at a concrete age of 7 days. The results obtained in this study were the compressive strength of concrete the percentage of using 0% glass powder of 264.29 kg / cm2, 2.5% of 252.26 kg / cm2, and 5% of 192.80 kg / cm2. Slump test values percentage 0% 8 cm, 2.5% 8.8 cm and 5% 10.8 cm. So it can be concluded that the use of glass powder as a substitute for some fine aggregate against concrete compressive strength affects the quality of concrete compressive strength with a variation of 2.5% can increase the compressive strength of concrete greater than normal concrete. However, the more glass powder, the lower the compressive strength of the concrete obtained. While the use of glass powder as a substitute for some fine aggregates affects the value of the slump test, the more the percentage of the use of glass powder in the concrete mixture, the higher the slump value.
