Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, PT Soka Cipta Niaga is required to optimize its marketing strategy through marketplace platforms such as Shopee. One of the main challenges in carrying out a marketing strategy on Shopee is the selection of the right keywords, because it can affect product visibility and the effectiveness of advertising costs. This study aims to help the process by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method in the decision support system. The MOORA method was chosen because it is able to evaluate various alternatives by objectively considering the criteria that are beneficial (benefit) and unprofitable (cost). The development of the system is carried out through structured stages using the waterfall approach, with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation in the form of a dashboard looker studio, to the testing process using black box testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The result of this research is in the form of an interactive dashboard that not only displays keyword performance, but also provides the best keyword recommendations with three advanced groupings, namely prioritize and improve by 20%, maintain, and re-evaluate/reduce, based on the results of the MOORA method ranking. This system has been proven to provide more objective and consistent results compared to manual evaluations. Thus, this system can help PT Soka Cipta Niaga's digital marketing division in making decisions related to the selection of the best keywords more optimally.

Abstract

This study examines the utilization of digital information systems in Indonesia from a national perspective using a descriptive quantitative approach and national digital indicators interpreted through the People–Process–Technology framework. The findings indicate that digital information systems in Indonesia demonstrate strong utilization in terms of user participation and technology adoption, particularly through mobile-based access. These results confirm that digital technologies have become an essential part of daily activities and function as mainstream infrastructures at the national level. However, the analysis also reveals that infrastructure readiness and supporting processes have developed at a slower pace compared to user adoption and technological access. This imbalance may limit the effectiveness and consistency of digital information system utilization, despite high levels of access. From a People–Process–Technology perspective, the people and technology dimensions appear relatively strong, while the process dimension represents the primary constraint. Overall, the study concludes that effective utilization of digital information systems requires balanced development across people, process, and technology dimensions to fully maximize the benefits of widespread digital adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation and financial inclusion have driven the increased use of digital wallets and online transactions, PayPal as one of the largest digital payment services. However, the user responses to the quality of PayPal's systems and services are still diverse. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the PayPal application version 8 using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The results showed that PayPal scored very well in attractiveness with a score of 1.82, efficiency (1.67), dependability (1.66), stimulation (1.78), and novelty (1.61), and it placed PayPal above 75% of the similar apps. Even though clarity, with a score of 1.72, was rated "Above Average", it indicated that 25% of other apps were performing better. As a result, this aspect still needed attention. Overall, PayPal offered a positive user experience particularly in attractiveness and efficiency, but improvements to clarity were still needed. In addition, further evaluation is still needed because the scope of this research only covered the city of Pagaralam.

Abstract

Document archiving plays an important role in supporting administrative services within government institutions. At the Social Affairs Office of North Central Timor Regency, archiving activities are still carried out manually by recording incoming and outgoing correspondence in logbooks. This process often causes difficulties in document retrieval, report preparation, and archive management, especially when records increase or logbooks are lost or damaged. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based document archiving information system using the Adaptive Software Development (ASD) approach. The system was designed using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams and implemented using PHP and MariaDB. System testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing method to evaluate system functionality. The results show that all system functions operated according to the specified requirements. The developed system improves the efficiency of archive management, facilitates document retrieval, and reduces the risk of data loss compared to the previous manual process. In addition, this study demonstrates the applicability of the ASD approach in developing document archiving systems for local government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to design a blueprint for a web-based geographic information system (Web-GIS) architecture specifically designed for mapping and classifying high-intensity cultural heritage in Bandung City. Although Bandung has a very high number of heritage assets, its operational data remains fragmented, statistical, and textually protected across various scattered sources, which hinders real-time monitoring and increases structural vulnerability amidst rapid urban development. This study uses a descriptive method with a structural system design approach, requirements implementation analysis and system design phases of the Waterfall model based on the Pressman software engineering paradigm. The technical design uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to organize a new multi-category data synchronization scheme in accordance with local regulations (Categories A, B, and C). The output of this study is a robust system architecture, database model, and user interface design validated through empirical alignment with the city registry and field observations. Initial testing of the interactive prototype, which included Black Box Testing across fifteen functional scenarios and a System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment involving five respondents, resulted in a 100% functional consistency rate and an average SUS score of 78.5 (“Acceptable”), indicating favorable initial usability. Rather than developing a fully operational Web-GIS platform, this study presents a validated architectural blueprint and interactive prototype that provide the technical basis for future full-scale operational implementation, deployment, and evaluation.

Abstract

Housing is a basic need that plays an essential role in human life. According to Law No. 1 of 2011, adequate housing must meet safety, health, and comfort standards. However, many people still live in uninhabitable houses due to economic limitations. The government, through the Social Rehabilitation of Uninhabitable Houses program, provides financial assistance to help low-income communities improve their homes. Nevertheless, the selection process for beneficiaries often suffers from inaccuracies in targeting because it is still conducted manually and subjectively. To address this issue, a decision support system (DSS) is developed to assist in selecting beneficiaries more objectively. This study implements a DSS that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods. The results of system testing show that all stages, from entering criteria and assigning weights to ranking alternatives, operate in accordance with the applied methods, and the system can display the final ranking of beneficiaries accurately and efficiently.A comparison between manual calculations and the system's output demonstrates that the system produces identical results for the criteria weighting and alternative ranking processes. Testing was conducted using 10 criteria and 110 alternatives, with selected alternatives presented in the calculation section as representative examples to illustrate the method's stages. The AHP Consistency Ratio of 0.0278 indicates that the pairwise comparison matrix is consistent and acceptable. Furthermore, the system identified 64 eligible aid recipients based on the final MOORA ranking results and the applied eligibility rules. These results demonstrate that integrating the AHP and MOORA methods can enhance the objectivity, accuracy, and effectiveness of the aid recipient selection process.

Abstract

Low levels of physical activity and increasing sedentary behavior among elementary school students make it difficult for teachers and parents to monitor children’s physical activity when records are still kept manually. This study aims to develop a web-based physical activity reporting system that supports the process of recording, summarizing, and monitoring students’ physical activity on a daily and weekly basis. The study used the Waterfall development model, which includes needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using Laravel, PHP, and a MySQL database. To determine students’ physical activity status, the system employs a Rule-Based System (RBS) based on World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, whereby students are categorized as “Active” if their total physical activity duration reaches at least 420 minutes per week and as “Inactive” if it falls below that threshold. System verification was conducted through functional and integration testing, as well as a comparison between the system’s classification results and manual calculations using five test data scenarios. The test results showed a 100% level of agreement between the system’s output and manual calculations, including in boundary condition testing at 420 minutes per week. The developed system provides a structured mechanism for recording, reporting, and monitoring students’ physical activity, thereby supporting teachers and parents in obtaining more documented and systematic information about students’ physical activity.
