The sample size in this study consisted of 115 students from the NWDI Ajan vocational school. The data collection method used purposive sampling scale. The research results indicate a significant influence of emotional maturity on career decision-making among students, evidenced by a Pearson correlation value of 0.133 with a significance (2-tailed) of (0.200), meaning 0.200 > 0.05. These research findings show a significant positive correlation between emotional maturity and students' career planning. Keywords: Emotional Maturity, Career Decision Making, Gender

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of fathers in guiding the moral intelligence development of 4th-grade children at SDN 22 Mataram. This focus was chosen based on the increasing significance of the father's role in child development, particularly in the aspect of moral intelligence. Moral intelligence, as defined by Borba, encompasses seven main virtues: empathy, conscience, self-control, respect, kindness, tolerance, and justice. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of approximately 3 fathers of students, 2 teachers (class advisors), and 3 students who each met the criteria of still living with their fathers and being willing to participate in this study. The research results show that active father involvement significantly affects the child's moral intelligence. Although busy with work, fathers still take the time to play together, accompany their children while studying, and give advice with a gentle approach without anger or violence. This approach not only strengthens emotional bonds but also instills moral values such as patience, responsibility, and empathy in the child. This proves that the father's role in accompanying and guiding the child is very important for creating an environment that supports the development of positive character. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that fathers remain actively involved in their children's lives despite their busy work schedules. Fathers can take time to play together, accompany their children while studying, and give advice with a gentle approach without using violence. This is important to help instill moral values such as patience, responsibility, and empathy, which contribute to the optimal development of a child's moral intelligence.   Keywords: The Role of Father Involvement, Children's Moral Intelligence

Abstract

Discipline is an attitude or behavior that students must have at school. Students should obey the rules that apply at school, especially discipline regarding arrival times. However, in reality there are still many students who are late coming to school for various reasons. Even though it is clear that the rule at school is that students arrive at 07.00 WIB. This also happens at MTs N 1 Banyumas where most of the students who attend school there also live in Islamic boarding schools and orphanages around the school, so they have a greater influence for coming late to school. This is where the role and strategies of guidance and counseling teachers are needed to discipline students who are late coming to school. Guidance and counseling teachers at MTs N 1 Banyumas provide punishment in the form of religious conditioning at school, because guidance and counseling teachers there strictly avoid physical punishment to their students. Apart from that, guidance and counseling teachers also provide individual counseling and calling parents to students who have been late to school 3 times. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Where researchers take data from sources. and get involved directly in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and effectiveness of the bear card feelings in classical guidance services to help train students' speaking skills at MTsN 1 Banyumas, precisely in class VIIC. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative where data is obtained from the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers related to student behavior and responses after being given services. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with two criteria, namely 1) students have participated in classical guidance services with the bear card feelings media, and 2) are willing to be participants in interviews and observations submitted by researchers. Data was obtained through interviews and observations of students as well as documentation during the service process. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data reduction is done by selecting and also conveying important data presented in the form of descriptive narratives that describe the response and also the service process taking place. The results of this study indicate that classical guidance services implemented with the simulation game method using the bear card feelings tool can help students practice their public speaking skills. Thus, it is necessary to develop more innovative and fun methods, so that students have a deep understanding of the material presented in a fun way
