Abstract

The increasing need for housing from year to year is increasing. The increase in population is the main factor and the availability of land is not supported. Based on the Pontianak City Spatial Plan 2013 - 2033, the land requirement for housing reaches 4580.31 hectares. Vertical development, namely apartments, aims to save land use and still be able to meet large numbers of residential needs. This apartment planning uses standards according to SNI 03-2847-2002 with the use of SAP 2000 software program. Site plan design, drawing desing and structural calculations in designing this apartement. This apartement design aims to produce apartement structures with reinforced concrete that are sturdy, safe, amda economical. Planning for this apartment starts from site plan planning, drawing design, spatial planning, floor slabs, internal forces, and foundation. In the preparation of this final project, quantitative methods are used, and primary and secondary data collection. The specifications for the construction of the apartment use reinforced concrete, using pile foundations, dak roofs, fc '30, and fy 400. 12 cm; 2 types of main beam and beam size, each measuring 55 cm x 45 cm, 50 cm x 40 cm, 45 cm x 35 cm, and 35 cm x 30 cm; 3 types of sizes, respectively 65 cm x 65 cm, 60 cm x 60 cm, and 50 cm x 50 cm; and 3 types of foundation with different number of piles, namely 9, 12, 20, and 24 pile points.

Abstract

Sintang Region has few Catholic priests and does not have sufficient accomodation for the Catholic priesthood candidates. Therefore, a plan for a three floored Flat House of Santa Yohannes Maria Vianney Seminary of Sintang Diocese in Teluk Menyurai road, was proposed. It is expected that the seminary which may be built based on the plan, will be able to produce high quality Human Resources in Sintang Region expecially for the priesthood candidates and also to provide accomodation for them. Construction Management is a project processing process that includes planning, and organizing for purpose to be achived. To fulfill the requirements of Final Diploma 4 at State Polytechnic of Pontianak, we took the concept of Construction Management as a Final Project.Our Final Project includes Cost Management to find out the details of project costs in the form of a Budget Plan (RAB), Time Management to determine project duration in the form of S-curve and Critical Path Method (CPM), Human Resource Management to find out the needs of power workers in the form of a Tabel of The Needs of Power Workers, Quality Management to find out the specifications and provisions in the project structure that compile the specification table and Work Plan and Requirements (RKS),andOccupational Safety and Health (SMK3)Management to find the dangers and risks that may occur at the project in the form table of K3. In our plan, the SNI was applied to determine RAB and the result was Rp 7,791,782,000 and the build time needed was 120 days. The Human Resource per work item per day was also determined. This study also figured out the quality of the building structure, the risks and how to overcome and prevent the risks.

Abstract

Dalam era kemajuan dalam mendapatkan informasi saat ini, evaluasi penilaian kinerja fungsional Dosen dalam suatu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar yang terdapat di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak masih saja pejabat Quality Anssurance atau penjamin mutu dalam hal penilai dalam hal Indeks Kinerja Akademik Dosen (IKAD) masih saja melakukan dengan cara manual dengan melakukan penilaian langsung kepada mahasiswa dengan mengunakan kertas dan membutuh waktu yang cukup lama sehingga menjadi lama dan tidak efisien. Terlebih lagi dengan adanya wabah pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat proses belajar mengajar berubah dari tatap muka menjadi daring atau kelas online maka tidak akan memungkinkan melakukan tatap muka di karena kan pandemik tersebut, oleh karena itu utnuk memudahkan melakukan penilaian IKAD ini. Maka dari itu dengan adanya pengembangan IKAD di web jurusan sehingga pejabat Quality Assurance dapat dimudahkan dalam mengelola data – data pekerjaan penilaian IKAD.

Abstract

Concrete is a construction material that has been commonly used for buildings. Concrete is formed from mixed aggregate (fine aggregate and coarse aggregate) plus other materials, namely cement, water, and other added materials with a certain ratio value. This study uses an added material in the form of coconut shell charcoal in a concrete mixture to determine whether it can improve the quality of the compressive strength of concrete. The uses of added material is taken from the percentage by weight of cement used. The use of coconut shell charcoal as an added ingredient is 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%. The results of the compressive strength of 28 days of concrete using coconut shell charcoal with a variation of the addition of 2.5% is 18.30 MPa, 5% is 17.86 MPa, 7.5% is 19.03 MPa, and 10% is 18.50 MPa. Based on the result above, the highest compressive strenght value is equal to 7.5%, so it can be concluded that the addition of coconut shell charcoal to the concrete mix can increase the compressive strength.

Abstract

Having a place to live like an apartment is an alternative solution for the population that is not comparable to land for building a place to live. Steel has been used for a long time because of its advantages compared to other materials such as concrete. Steel structure planning refers to SNI 1729-2015 (Specifications for structural steel buildings), SNI 1727-2013 (Minimum load for designing buildings and other structures), PPPURG 1987 (Guidelines for loading planning for houses and buildings), SNI 1726-2019 (Earthquake Resistance Planning for Buildings and Non-Buildings) and others. The analysis was carried out with ETABS software, the calculation results obtained that the thickness of the floor plate was 9 cm, beam dimensions used IWF profiles 450.200.9.14, IWF 506.201.11.19, IWF 400.200.8.13, IWF 800.300.14.26, and IWF 700.300.12.24, column dimensions using H profiles 538.477.90.90, and the H profile 418.417.30.30. The structural connection is planned as a connection with high bolt quality, namely A325.

Abstract

In project implementation, a construction management plan is needed so that project implementation can be well planned and in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Therefore it is necessary to have construction management planning in the Construction of the Operational Building KSP CU Pancur Kasih, especially in building structure work, including Cost Management, Time Management, Human Resource Management (SDM), Occupational Health Safety Management (K3), and Quality Management where aspects are interconnected. The data sources used in the completion of this final project are secondary data and primary data. Based on the processed data, the final results include the Budget Plan (RAB), the Implementation Budget Plan (RAP), Time Schedule, Network Planning (NWP), Labor Needs, Mutual Check 0, Quality Checklist Table, Work Plan and Requirements, Personal protective equipment (APD) and work safety equipment (APK), which will be used as a reference or guidance and control in the implementation of development.

Abstract

Construction Management is a process or action that aims to implement planning, implementation and supervision functions in order to achieve optimal project objectives. The central government needs lodging facilities in order to accommodate existing tourists. One of them is a decent and strategic hotel. Pontianak City is the capital of West Kalimantan. To realize this development requires careful planning so that problems do not occur that can harm various parties. There are management planning stages that are useful for regulating the implementation process in order to achieve an effective and efficient planning. Construction management is the right solution to solve this problem. Overview The location of the hotel development planning that was investigated turned out to be a business area and close to vital buildings. The results of this plan are aimed at building a hotel building with the main structure of 5 floors in Southeast Pontianak. In this paper, it presents the calculation and estimation of costs, time, human resources, implementation methods to occupational safety and health to support the planning process for the construction of lodging facilities in the form of hotels in Pontianak City.

Abstract

Rusunawa, which means "Simple Rental Flats", is a facility of simple residence with multi-storey buildings in order to save the increasingly narrow land use, due to community housing needs. The design of the 4-storey Rental Flats was made to reduce the problem of crowd population in the area of near the banks of the Kapuas River, Pontianak City. The 4-storey Rental Flats building was designed with a conventional reinforced concrete structure system. This structural system does not cost a lot more than precast concrete and composite steel structural systems. In addition, reinforced concrete structural systems have some advantages : durable and fire resistant, strong and sturdy, and low costs maintenance. The results of the 4-storey Rental Flats Building Structural Design include : the size of the floor slab thickness 12 cm and flat roof with 10 cm thick ; beam in dimensions of 35 cm x 70 cm, 25 cm x 50 cm, 20 cm x 40 cm, and 15.30 ; column with dimensions of 50 cm x 50 cm ; foundation with dimensions of 2 m x 4 m and 2 m x 2 meters.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pembangunan yang semakin pesat dan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat di Kota Pontianak, maka kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pemerintah kota meliputi peremajaan sarana dan prasarana dibidang olahraga sesuai dengan anggaran daerah tersebut. Maka dibangunlah Gedung Wisma Atlet 5 (lima) lantai di Jalan Karet Kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Metode untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir ini menggunakan studi literatur yang menggunakan data yaitu, data sekunder dan primer. Setelah itu berdasarkan data yang diolah, meliputi Gambar Layout lapangan, Dokumentasi, Hasil Observasi Lapangan. Biaya Proyek meliputi, Menghitung Volume, Menentukan Analisa Harga Satuan, Menghitung (RAB). SMK3 meliputi, Merencanakan Item pekerjaan, Klasifikasi dan Pengendalian Resiko Kecelakaan, Menentukan APD dan APK yang Sesuai. Waktu meliput Bobot Pekerjaan, Tabel Ketergantungan, Time Schedule (Barchart dan NWP), membuat Kurva S. Sumber Daya Manusia meliputi: Menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja, membuat kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan durasi pekerjaan. Hasil akhir dari Manajemen Mutu Proyek ialah Tabel Checklist Mutu atau Spesifikasi untuk Pembangunan Gedung Wisma Atlet 5 (lima) Lantai di Jalan Karet Kota Pontianak.Hasil dari Analisa Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pada pembangunan gedung wisma atlet Pontianak ini adalah sebesar : Rp 14,920,456,000.00 (Empat Belas Melyar Sembilan Ratus Dua Puluh Juta Enam Ratus Lima Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah), serta hasil perhitungan kebutuhan waktu atau durasi pelaksanaan pembangunan menggunakan metode Network Planning (NWP) yaitu dengan metode NWP mendapatkan durasi pekerjaan 468 hari, sedangkan menggunakan metode Barchard mendapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 15 bulan. Adapun SMK3 Pada Pembangunan Gedung Wisma Atlite 5 (lima) Lantai serta Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) terdiri dari pelindung kepala (Helem) 172 buah, Sarung Tangan 172 buah, Kacamata Pelindung100 buah, Sepatu Boots 170 buah, Body Harnes 50 buah, dan Rompi 170 buah. Adapun untuk (APK) terdiri dari. Rambu-rambu 5 buah, Jaring polynet 22 roll, dan Police line 3 roll. Hasil akhir dari Manajemen Mutu Proyek adalah Tabel Checklist Mutu / Spesifikasi untuk Pembangunan Gedung wisma atlet 5 (lima) lantai di jalan Karet Kota Pontianak, dan Muthual Check 0% (MC 0%) apakah telah sesuai atau belum sesuai.

Abstract

Bauxite waste in the form of red mud is known as waste could pollute water and soil in theenvironment around the mining area and endanger public health if not given advance prevention. Bythe increasing amount of waste and the growing amount of bauxite production, this problem becomeimportant issue for the mining sector, the government and the surrounding public directly affected.Utilization on a large scale and environmentally friendly are the points in this bauxite waste solution.The Babalesi landfill for road construction is a consideration in utilizing bauxite waste by usingprobiotic bacteria as a modifier. The feasibility and potential testing of Babalesi soil is carried out byphysical and mechanical tests of the soil based on ASTM Standards. These tests produce parametersthat refer to the AASHTO and USCS Classifications to determine the requirements for embankment2soil. For the physical test in the initial test of the red mud condition, the parameters indicated the A-7-6 classification, namely clay with poor quality. Furthermore, the physical test on Babalesi soilshowed A-4 classification, namely silt soil with medium quality. Meanwhile, the mechanical test forboth conditions, namely the original red mud condition and the Babalesi soil condition, could not becarried out because even in dry conditions, Babalesi soil proved to be very hard, but if it was inwatery conditions as a procedure in the mechanical test, it could not be formed and the mechanicalparameters could not be measured. The results of the physical test concluded that Babalesi landfillmeet the requirements and could be recommended as a road construction embankment. Themanufacture of Babalesi soil could be carried out directly in the waste pond by layered way usingheavy equipment as a stirrer of bacterial solution and bauxite waste.
