Abstract

Pontianak as the capital city of West Kalimantan province is a city where there are many people with various professions such as: students, teachers, doctors, employees, students, entrepreneurs and others. From these various professions, it is necessary to have a source of knowledge or information for the general public so that they can always be responsive to advances in technology, science, social life, political life, and culture. There is only one public library in Pontianak City, making it easier for students and students to access information that is easy, cheap, fast, and precise. For the construction planning, a reinforced concrete structure consisting of 4 floors is used with concrete quality specifications (fc')25, 28, 30 MPa, and steel quality 420 (fy) calculated based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), namely SNI 03-2847-2013 and using the SAP2000 application for the calculation of internal forces, so that a plan drawing can be made according to the calculation results obtained. The calculation results also obtained reinforcement for the 1st floor to the roof not with a thickness of 12 cm for the floor plate, 10 cm thick for the roof not, the beam used was 25 cm x 45 cm, the column used was 35 cm x 35 cm, the foundation used is a type of pile foundation, with a pile size of 35 cm x 35 cm as many as 8 pieces, the dimensions of the pile cap used are 210 cm x 210 cm with a height of 50 cm.

Abstract

Bauxite waste is a result of the alumina extraction mining process; this waste has the potential to pollute the environment if it is not managed properly. One of the efforts to manage that is to utilize the bauxite waste as a substitute material for making bricks. This study uses an experimental method by replacing a mixture of bricks, it is the sand substitute with bauxite waste with the percentage of bauxite waste at 0%, 25%, 50%, 70%, and 100% of the sand requirement. In this study the sample will be made like solid brick with size 0.39 m x 0.09 m x 0.10 m. Tests in this study include compressive strength test, water absorption capacity, and economic value. The results showed that is variation 1 pc : 100% sand : 0% bauxite waste had the highest average compressive strength value was 38.5 kg/cm2, and is variation of 1 pc : 0% sand : 100% bauxite waste is the lowest average compression strength was 12.2 kg/cm2 with 28 days of age. The highest water absorption capacity is variation 1 pc : 0% sand : 100% bauxite waste with an average value was 23.73%, and variation 1 pc : 100% sand : 0% bauxite waste has the lowest water absorption capacity with an average value was 7.54%.

Abstract

Kota Pontianak mempunyai potensi sumber daya manusia yang jumlahnya cukup besar dengan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin tahun semakin meningkat. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka kebutuhan ekonomipun akan semakin meningkat dan seiring dengan hal tersebut, manusia membutuhkan kelengkapan untuk membuka suatu usaha atau berbisnis. Kegiatan usaha dalam hal perdagangan diperlukan sarana dan prasarana alternatif yang dapat menunjang pengembangan usaha yang akan diperdagangkan. Salah satu sarana dan prasarana perdagangan adalah rumah dan toko atau biasa yang sering disebut dengan ruko. Pembangunan ruko tidak hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat berbisnis atau perdagangan saja, namun dapat diperluas fungsinya sebagai rumah tinggal. Bagi seseorang yang ingin mengembangkan usaha mandiri di rumah, ruko menjadi solusi praktis karena lebih menghemat biaya, tenaga, dan waktu dibandingkan dengan mendirikan tempat usaha dengan rumah yang terpisah ataupun berjauhan. Dalam perencanaan konstruksi, digunakan struktur beton bertulang yang terdiri dari 4 lantai dengan spesifikasi mutu beton (fc’) 25 dan 30 MPa serta mutu baja 420 (fy) dan 280 (fy) yang dihitung berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yaitu SNI 03-2847-2013 serta menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 untuk perhitungan gaya gaya dalam, sehingga gambar rencana dapat dibuat sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan yang didapat. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh juga tebal untuk atap dak adalah 10 cm, untuk plat lantai 12 cm, dan lantai koridor setebal 15 cm. Balok induk yang digunakan berukuran 30cm x 60cm, balok anak yang digunakan berukuran 25 cm x 50 cm dan 15 cm x 30 cm, kolom yang digunakan berukuran 50 cm x 50 cm, dan 40 x 40 cm. Pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi Tiang Pancang, dengan ukuran tiang pancang 25 cm x 25 cm sebanyak 6 buah, dimensi pile cap yang digunakan 180 cm x 120 cm dengan tinggi 50 cm.

Abstract

Concrete is a composite material (mixture) of several materials whose basic binder consists of acombination of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and different additives in a particular mixture. Sandis a filler material that is used with a binder and water to form a dense and hard mixture. The beach sand inthe Jawai District, Sambas Regency has the potential because of its availability in large quantities, namely42.53 km long, quite a lot of sandy beaches and rocks in the hills of Ramayadi Village.This study aims to compare and determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete producedfrom concrete using beach sand as a substitute for fine aggregate that is treated (washed and not washed) andby using coarse aggregate in the form of crushed stone from the South Jawai District, Sambas Regency. Theresearch was conducted on cube specimens measuring 15 cm long, 15 cm wide and 15 cm high.The tests carried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days and 14days. The test results at the age of 7 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectivelyshowed an average compressive strength of 114.0514 kg/cm2 and 153.9535 kg/cm2. While the test results atthe age of 14 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectively showed an averagecompressive strength of 142.6046 kg/cm2 and 209.8392 kg/cm2.

Abstract

The Kapuas Hulu District Government established a Meeting Hall Building in North Putussibau District, BecauseNorth Putussibau District is the capital of Kapuas Hulu District, the Kapuas Hulu District Meeting Hall building beganconstruction in 2009 and was completed in 2010. The meeting hall building is usually used for events. weddings,traditional gatherings and so on. The Meeting Hall building since it was completed in 2010, has not been used at all,because the building has land ownership problems between local residents and the government, so the building isabandoned. This meeting hall building has a building area of 2,220 m2, the current condition of the building is verypoor, starting from the cracked walls of the building, the broken glass of the building and the roof of the building thatleaks in several places, causing the ceiling of the building to collapse.The purpose of this study is to be able to identifythe damage to the building of the Kapauas Hulu Regency Meeting Hall, to be able to plan the meeting hall buildingto become a badminton sports building and to be able to plan the building according to SNI 03-1733-2004 concerningresidential and urban environmental planning. The formulation of the problem in writing this report is How toRevitalize the Meeting Hall Building in Kapuas Hulu Regency, therefore the author tries to revitalize the Kapuas HuluRegency meeting hall building.The methods used in solving this problem are qualitative methods and quantitativemethods. The qualitative method is subjective in nature, the research conducts direct interactions with the object understudy.From the results of the Revitalization of the Meeting Hall Building into a Badminton Sports Building, it can beconcluded that the Kapuas Hulu district meeting hall building is very suitable to be used as a badminton sportsbuilding, seen from several aspects such as building area, area and population. Based on the results of the revitalizationof this building, it has several advantages, in terms of architecture, planning of parking lots and parks. This buildingis also designed to follow the standards for the badminton court, starting from the height of the building and thebuilding area.

Abstract

The growth of the population with lower-middle incomes, both local residents and residents from outside theregion who are looking for job opportunities, increases, so that between the availability of housing and the factthat the income of the population does not match the impact and results in the lack of availability of affordableformal houses. To meet the housing needs for residents who have lower-middle income, the government has madeefforts with housing programs, one of which is the construction of simple rental flats (Rusunawa).The problem-solving method used in the discussion of construction management planning is in the form of a costmanagement system, at, human resources, construction work safety and quality, in Rusunawa construction work.Based on the results of the analysis of the methods carried out, it was found that the costs needed to complete thework on the construction of 5-story Simple Rental Flats on Jalan Tanjungpura, Pontianak City, amounted to Rp.54,801,530,000. In planning time, it took 115 weeks to complete the project work. In human resource planning,450 workers are needed for a more optimal project implementation. For planning the use of construction K3equipment, the things that are planned are in the form of planning the use of PPE and APK in accordance withthe type of work based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works number: 05/PRT/M/2014. For quality planning in the form of a list of quality specification tables and planning Work Plans and Requirements based onthe Regulation of the Minister of Public Works number: 04/PRT/M/2009

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Katolik Negeri (STAKatN) Pontianak dijadwalkan harus selesai dalam kurun waktu 210 hari kalender dengan nilai kontrak Rp. 17.756.085.485,94. Dengan adanya batasan waktu dan biaya tersebut maka diharapkan proses pelaksanaannya dikerjakan dengan baik dan matang. Untuk mеngеtahui apakah proyek tersebut berjalan sesuai rencana maka dibutuhkan nya sebuah metode untuk menilai apakah hasil akhir dari pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana. Salah satu metode metode yang dapat digunakan adalah mеtodе Еarnеd Valuе atau Konsеp Nilai Hasil. Mеtodе Еarnеd Valuе ini digunakan untuk mеngukur bеsarnya satuan pеkеrjaan yang tеlah sеlеsai pada waktu tеrtеntu dеngan mеmadukan unsur jadwal biaya dan kinеrja proyеk yang sudah tеrlaksanakan di lapangan sеhingga dapat dipеrkirakan biaya dan waktu mеnyеlеsaikan proyеk yang di nilai bеrdasarkan jumlah anggaran dan jadwal yang tеrsеdia di dalam pеkеrjaan tеrsеbut.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Mempawah. Tujuan dari pemekaran Kabupaten Kubu Raya ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerataan pembangunan, mendekatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat serta mengefektifkan rentang kendali penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Kabupaten Kubu Raya sendiri masih kekurangan berbagai macam insfratuktur pedukung, salah satunya masih kekurangan gedung kantor pelayanan pajak untuk masyarakat. Memiliki kantor pelayanan pajak yang strategis dapat membantu mempermudah pelayanan pajak di kabupaten itu sendiri. Dimana dalam penelitian, ini dilakukan Perencanaan Gedung Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) yang menggunakan material struktur beton yang mengacu pada SNI 1727:2013, SNI 2847:2013, untuk gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019, dan untuk menentukan pembebanan bangunan mengunakan PPURG 1987, sedangkan untuk analisis dilakukan dengan softwere SAP2000 dan hitungan secara manual. Dari data perencanaan dengan luasan bangunan 25 m x 25 m, dan keseluruhan tinggi bangunan adalah 17.50 m, didapat tebal pelat atap dak 12 cm, tebal pelat lantai 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 25 cm x 50 cm dan dimensi balok anak 20 cm x 40 cm, dimensi kolom 35 cm x 35 cm, dan ukuran pondasi 2 m x 2 m dengan menggunakan tiang pancang 25 cm x 25 cm yang berjumlah 9 batang. Dari semua data bangunan diatas dapat di simpulkan dari hasil perhitungan bahwa mampu menahan semua gaya/momen yang terjadi pada bangunan.

Abstract

The author carried out construction management planning on the Eight Story Al - Hajj Hotel Building on Letnan Jendral Sutoyo Street, Pontianak City, which had previously been carried out structural planning and plans by Achmad Idris Setianto and Nurianda Rantau Nika in 2020. Therefore, to realize the construction of the Al - Hajj Hotel Building, proper construction management planning is needed, so that the construction process of this hotel runs smoothly, on time, efficiently and the desired quality can be achieved. Therefore, the author plans a construction management system for the construction of the Al - Hajj Hotel Building which is used as the title of this research. The method used in this construction management discussion is the management system of cost, quality, time, Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on structural work which includes foundations, beams, columns and floor plates. Based on the results of the analysis of the method above, the cost of preparatory work and the structure required in the completion of the Al - Hajj Hotel Building construction project is Rp. 43,925,525,000 and can be completed within 30 weeks or 272 calendar days. For quality planning, the results are form of quality control and a list of specification tables. In Human Resources (HR) planning is number of labor needs as a means for good work implementation and in the planning of OHS management planning is form of identification and control of potential OHS hazards to each type of work and the cost for the needs of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Work Protective Equipment (WPE) amounted to Rp. 87,155,000.
