Abstract

The market is a place for trading activities and can be said to be good if it has adequate facilities andinfrastructure. The Wahidin Morning Market still has shortages ranging from stalls, parking, drainage, TPS, andwaste water. The method used is to find data about the city of Pontianak, population data around the market, andthe condition of facilities and infrastructure in the market. Therefore, it is planned to arrange the market startingfrom stalls, parking, drainage, TPS, clean water, and waste water. The analysis starts from the layout of the stallsor kiosks, parking calculations, drainage calculations, waste treatment systems, clean water needs, andwastewater treatment systems. - condiments, furniture and fruits. The middle section contains vegetable tradersand the back contains meat traders. Parking with a total area of 195 m2. The drainage design is divided into threedifferent sizes. The waste system, namely the trash can is divided into two types, organic and inorganic. The cleanwater system uses a reservoir. The WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) system uses an Anaerobic-AerobicBiofilter. The Wahidin Morning Market is planned to have 52 stalls with a parking capacity of 6 cars and 50motorbikes. The waste system is that organic waste is made into compost and inorganic waste is taken byscavengers and sold.

Abstract

The office is a place for business people to carry out their activities. The office is the main supporter of activitiesfor business people, because in addition to being a place for their activities, the office can also be an image orclass for business because business is a commercial activity. using a reinforced concrete structure and planned 4floors. In designing the building, the priority is the strength of the office building structure so as not to cause aloss and also loss of life with the design of the building using the Intermediate Moment Bearing Frame System.The rental office building is designed to be strong against several combinations of loads such as dead loads, liveloads, wind loads and earthquake loads. This method of calculating the Equatorial Borneo rental office buildingcollects land data and image data as the basis for the design. In the depiction using the AutoCad program andthe engineering analysis using the SAP 2000 3D program, as well as the calculation of building structuresreferring to SNI 03-2847-2013 for concrete structures, SNI 1727-2013 regarding minimum loads and LoadingPlanning for Houses and Buildings (PPURG) 1987 and SNI 1729-2019 for earthquake-resistant buildingstructures. The results of the structural design are the thickness of the ground floor slabs to the 4th floor and Dakhas a plate thickness of 100 mm 6, the dimensions of the main beam structure are 30 x 60 cm with D16 mainreinforcement and begel reinforcement 8-200 mm child beams 20 x 40 cm D16 main reinforcement as well asbegel reinforcement 8-150 mm. Column dimensions are 50 x 50 cm D16 principal reinforcement and 10-200 mmbegel reinforcement using 300x 300 mm piles with 3.3 x 3.3 pile caps with main reinforcement and stirrupreinforcement with a depth of 27 m. From the results of the design and calculation of the structure of theEquatorial Borneo rental office building, it can be a reference for analysis purposes in the design of the nextbuilding.

Abstract

The rapid development in the field of education in order to obtain a superior successor of the nation sothat progress and increase in welfare are realized for all Indonesian people. As the population increases, so doesthe need for educational facilities. The improvement of higher education facilities and infrastructure is needed tofacilitate the teaching and learning process. The development carried out certainly needs to pay attention toseveral aspects, one of which is the effect of the earthquake. Earthquakes always attack the joint structure so thatthe structure is designed with the moment-bearing frame system method with the concept of strong columns andweak beams combined with shear walls so that the building can dampen earthquake vibrations.The 8-storey earthquake-resistant Pontianak State Polytechnic campus II building is located on JalanJenderal Ahmad Yani, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province. The building consists of 8 floors with a heightof 30.7 meters from the ground, reinforced concrete structure. Based on the results of the Standard PenetrationTest (SPT) this building will be erected on soft soil conditions (SE site class), included in the Seismic DesignCategory (KDS) D, then the calculation of this building uses the Special Moment Resistant Frame System(SRPMK) combined with walls shear so it is called the Dual System Method. Earthquake load planning uses the2017 Indonesia Earthquake Map using the response spectrum method according to SNI 1726-2019. Calculationof loading according to SNI 1727-2020 and PPPURG1987, and structural concrete requirements for buildingsaccording to SNI 2847-2019. Structural analysis using SAP2000 application assistanceThe results of the calculation of the floor slab obtained 1 type of plate measuring 14 cm with 10 mmreinforcement for the ground floor to 7th floor, 9 mm reinforcement for non-floor floors; the dimensions of themain beam structure are 20 × 40 cm with D19 main reinforcement, the dimensions of the sub-beam structure are20 × 40 cm with D16 main reinforcement; column dimensions 80 × 80 cm with 16D25 main reinforcement, liftcolumn dimensions 30 × 30 cm with 12D16 main reinforcement; 1 type of sliding wall 15 cm; ladder plate 12 cm;pile foundation 30 cm.

Abstract

Function-worthy Certification (SLF) is a certificate given by the Regional Government to buildings that havebeen completed and have met the requirements for the function of the building, as well as the feasibility ofpublic buildings in Pontianak City. The problem of this research is whether the owner/user of the buildingalready knows about the implementation of SLF in accordance with the law. The purpose of this study was toinvestigate the owner/user of the building knowing about SLF and to find out that the owner/user of thebuilding already knew about the implementation of SLF in accordance with the law. The method we use is tocollect data directly in the field, both physical building reliability data and supporting data for theadministration of function-worthy certificates. Based on PP No. 36 of 2005, it is necessary to follow up in theform of checking the reliability of the building as the initial basis for consideration and recommendations oneach aspect of the inspection, the issuance of a Certificate of Feasibility of Function (SLF) of buildings by theRegional Government. In the City of Pontianak, the Regional Regulation of the City of Pontianak Number 10of 2018, concerning Buildings has been issued. Pontianak City Government, West Kalimantan. The result isthe architectural reliability value of the Polnep polnep condominium building 89.7%, the polnep polneprusunawa building structure reliability value of 99%, and the reliability value of the 70.2% polnep polnepcondominium utility building.

Abstract

Pada saat membangun proyek gedung, keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek sering terjadi saat dilaksanakan. Jadi dibutuhkan alternatif yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan proyek konstruksi lebih cepat salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode shift tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis percepatan periode menggunakan shift tenaga kerja pada proyek konstruksi gedung SMAN 4 Kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Total anggaran biaya proyek pada kondisi pasca-crashing dengan sistem shift tenga kerja dengan total biaya Rp2.731.667.460,24 lebih tinggi dari total anggaran proyek dalam kondisi normal yaitu Rp. 2.222.022.510,48, dan periode pelaksanaan proyek 77 hari lebih cepat dari periode normal dari 180 hari pada durasi normal Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem shift lebih efektif dalam durasi karena lebih cepat dari rencana durasi normal. Menjadi efektif dan efisien dalam proyek konstruksi sangat penting karena ada banyak mekanisme kerja yang saling mempengaruhi seperti biaya, waktu, sumber daya manusia, sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (SMK3) untuk identifikasi resiko yang kemungkinan terjadi dalam proyek konstruksi, dan manajemen komunikasi proyek sangat penting dalam konstruksi.

Abstract

The District Attorney's Office is one of the government-owned buildings. This building has legal services such as legal consultation, ticketing, reports and complaints. To create a more comfortable and conducive public service atmosphere. The prosecutor's office was renovated by increasing the number of floors and building area and using reinforced concrete construction. Effective and efficient in construction projects is important, because there are a series of work mechanisms, each of which influences each other. An important thing that must be seen in a construction is cost, time, human resources, occupational health safety management system (SMK3) and project communication management. The calculation of crashing with the alternative of increasing the number of workers, the duration obtained is 2621 days with a normal duration of 3276 days, so the difference is 655 days. Calculation of crashing with the alternative of increasing the number of workers, obtained the number of workers by 25%, namely 368 people, with a normal workforce of 1471 people. The total cost for crashing is Rp. 8,983,027,796.81 with the normal cost of Rp. 8,800,156,476,89. So an additional fee of Rp. 183,031,862.95 was obtained. Normal direct costs are Rp.6,956,645,315.62 while normal indirect costs are Rp.1,843,511,161.27. The direct cost of crashing is Rp. 7,139,677,179 while the indirect cost of crashing is Rp. 1,843,511,161.27. With a total normal cost of Rp. 8,800,156,477,89 and crashing costs of Rp. 8,983,188,341.84. Analysis of human resources, obtained a total wage of Rp.508.880.304 workers and obtained a total of 4084.6 people. APD (Self Protection Equipment) and APK (Work Protection Equipment) which used by workers, was identified the risk of each work carried out while the project is being implemented. Communication in a project is very important to do to achieve maximum project results and minimize errors in project work.

Abstract

Permukiman kumuh yang berada di Dusun Mandala Desa Mendalok, Kecamatan sungai kunyit, Kabupaten Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. Merupakan salah satu permukiman yang masih harus diperhatikan yang mengikuti peraturan – peraturan penataan yang berlaku. Salah satu aturan Kriteria Perumahan Kumuh dan Permukiman Kumuh meliputi krietria kekumuhan ditinjau dari bangunan gedung, jalan lingkungan, dreanase lingkungan, Penyedian air bersih, pengolahan air limbah, kondisi pengelolahan sampah dan kebakaran. Tujuan dari penulisan Penelitian adalah menjadikan kawasan yang tidak kumuh dan mengikuti peraturan yang ada. Konsep Penataan permukiman yang diterapkan adalah konsep penataan permukiman kampung nelayan yang dimana pembangunan lahan terfokus menjadi pembahasan utama. Metode yang dipakai untuk memperoleh data pendukung penulisan penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan data pengukuran. Dimana hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah Pentaan terfokus dengan luasan 0,81 Ha dengan pembangunan rumah layak huni dengan type 60 sebnyak 37 buah dan rumah type 80 dengan 8 rumah, drainase menggunakan penampang trapesium dan membaut TPS sebanyak 4 buah dengan timbunan sampah perhari sebanyak 6,90 m3/hari.

Abstract

Asrama mahasiswa merupakan suatu lingkungan perumahan sebagai tempat tinggal mahasiswa selama menjalani perkuliahan. Kebutuhan akan asrama semakin meningkat seiring terbukanya akses mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah khususnya mahasiswa dari Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu untuk kuliah di suatu perguruan tinggi. Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu merupakan daerah yang berjarak 588 km dari kota Pontianak. Perancangan Gedung Asrama Mahasiswa Kapuas Hulu ini dirancang pada lahan kosong berukuran 37m x 47m yang terletak di Jalan Sepakat 1, Kelurahan Bansir Laut, Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, Kota Pontianak. Pada perancangan struktur terdapat beberapa hitungan yang akan menunjang ukuran dan dimensi tulangan yaitu perhitungan berat sendiri banguanan, beban mati, beban hidup, beban amgin dan juga beban gempa. Pada Peraturan PERMEN PUPR Nomor. 5/PRT/M/2016 pasal 31 ayat (2) dalam hal setiap bangunan gedung yang direncanakan di Indonesia harus memenuhi standar-standar persyaratan tahan gempa. Perancangan gedung asrama ini menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah (SRPMM), dengan metode perhitungan menggunakan data tanah setempat dan penggambarannya menggunakan program AutoCad dan analisa perhitungannya menggunakan program SAP 2000 3D, serta perhitungan struktur bangunan mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2013 untuk struktur beton, SNI 1726-2019 untuk struktur tahan gempa dan mengenai beban minimum serta Perencanaan Pembebanan untuk Rumah dan Gedung (PPURG) 1987. Hasil perancangan struktur berupa tebal pelat yaitu 100 mm dengan tulangan Ø10, untuk dimensi struktur balok 20 x 40 cm dengan tulangan pokok D16 dan jarak tulangan begel disepanjang sendi plastis Ø8-86 mm serta tulangan begel diluar sendi plastis Ø8-170 mm. Dimensi kolom 35 x 35 cm dengan tulangan pokok D16 dan tulangan begel sepanjang Io adalah Ø8-70 mm serta jarak tulangan begel yang diluar Io adalah Ø8-70 mm. Ukuran Pile cap 2,1 x 2,1m dengan ukuran tiang pacang 0,25 x 0,25 m serta kedalaman tiang pancang yaitu 22 m.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of housing is one of the primary needs that must be met for human survival. As time goes on, humans grow very quickly with the increasing need for housing, also economically for the lower middle class people, the more diverse jobs that require people to no longer be able to own a house because of land and expensive housing prices. Therefore we need a place to live that can be inhabited en masse for low-income people. For the sake of creating an ideal urban and population structure, rental flats can be one solution. Planning and designing rental flats that are livable and a healthy, safe, harmonious, and sustainable environment as well as creating integrated settlements to build economic, social and cultural. In the design of graded building is important to note several criteria, referring to The Regulation of Minister of Public Housing of Republic Indonesian Number 10 in 2012 is about Implementation of Housing and Residential Areas with Balanced Occupancy. In this writing, the design of TPI Rental Flats is using site location data, namely residential areas with an area according to the selected location is very open to developing flats that are integrated with the surrounding residential environment as well as environmental data around the site, such as sun and wind. Based on design result, it was obtained that the design concept of TPI Rental Flats in Pontianak is emphasized on Metaphor concept, so in design can representing livable life for low-income residents. Then the rooms designed in the TPI Rental Flats are consist of 3 types, namely type 36 as many 20 rooms, type 45 as many 15 rooms and type 60 as many 20 rooms with a total occupant of 737 persons. In calculating the reservoir requirements, the volume of the upper reservoir is 60.4 m3 with dimensions of 2 x 8 x 1.2 m for 2 pieces, while the lower reservoir is 90.6 m3 with dimensions of 4 x 8 x 1.8 m for 1 unit. In designing a fire protection system, the number of hydrants used in the building is 9 with a volume of 410400 liters, the number of yard hydrants used is 9 with a volume of 1539000 liters and the number of sprinklers used is 454 with a volume of 232902 liters, so that the total water requirement is 2182302 liters. For designing the dimensions of the structure, the dimensions of the columns used are 50x50 cm and the dimensions of the main beams and the joists respectively are 35x75 cm and 25x50 cm. Abstract

The demand for supporting facilities in the advancement of information technology, specifically in Pontianak City, is increasing, a building that is suitable, strong, and earthquake resistant is needed as an effort to support the sustainability of centralized information technology infrastructure. The design of the data center also used a hebel brick as a wall to reduce the dead load of the building. The entire structure uses reinforced concrete structures in soft soil conditions (SE) with a intermediate moment frame system (IMF) that refers to SNI 2847-2019, also takes into the calculation of seismic aspects according to SNI 1726-2019 with the spectrum response method. The serviceability of this building is estimated according to the service load of office buildings and computer rooms based on SNI 1727-2020. This 5-storey building is modeled and structural analysis using the SAP2000 program, as well to 2D detail engineering design using the AutoCAD 2020 program, has a site area of 980 m². The strength of the foundation structure is based on Cone Penetration Test on Purnama street. All structural components use concrete strength fc' 30 MPa and steel strength 400 MPa. The design results thick deck plate 150 mm and floor/stair/step plate 120 mm, prymary beam and sloof B1 with dimensions 300×600 mm, secondary beam B2 with dimensions 250×500mm, secondary beam B3 with dimensions 150×300mm, primary column K1 with dimensions 600×600 mm, column K2 with dimensions 350×350mm, fondation pilecap P1 with dimensions 3100×3100×700mm, fondation pilecap P2 with dimensions 5100×1800×700mm, fondation pilecap P3 with dimensions 700×700×500mm with bearing capacity of square pile dimensions 350×350mm with length of 24m.
