Abstract

The development of apartments is very suitable for the millennial lifestyle, which heavily relies on technology,comfort, and compact yet functional home design, especially due to the economic growth of society and thesurge in productive age and millennials. These apartments are planned in Kubu Raya Regency. The structuraldesign is one of the most crucial elements of building planning; reinforced concrete will be used in thebuilding's construction.. The building structure consists of Roof Slab, Floor Slab, Beams, Columns, andFoundation. This apartment structure has five levels, each measuring four meters in height.. This apartmentbuilding is designed to withstand earthquakes and is located on Major Alianyang Street, Kubu Raya Regency,West Kalimantan Province. Earthquake planning uses response spectrum according to SNI 1726-1029. Loadcalculations are in accordance with SNI1727-2020 and PPURG 1987. The requirements for structuralconcrete of the building are according to SNI 2837-2019, and the chosen calculation method for this buildingis the Medium Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM). From the calculation results, the thickness of theroof slab and floor slab is 13 cm; sloof beam with dimensions of 35 cm x 70 cm; main beam with dimensionsof 30 cm x 60 cm; secondary beam 1 with a thickness of 20 cm x 40 cm; secondary beam 2 with a thickness of30 cm x 15 cm; column with dimensions of 70 cm x 70 cm; shear wall with a thickness of 30 cm; pilecapfoundation size is 350 cm x 350 cm x 700 cm, while the dimensions of the minipile are 40 cm x 40 cm.Keywords: Reinforced Concrete Structure, Structural Planning, 5-story Building

Abstract

Dominated by trade and services, there will be many entrepreneur from local and abroad so that infrastructuresuch as hotels is suitable to use as a place to stay or as a meeting room for entrepreneur. Along with the times,building planning must also meet earthquake-resistant requirements and hence SNI 03-1726-2002 concerningEarthquake Resistance Planning Standards for Building Structures was made. Earthquake Resistant 4-StoreySoluna Hotel Building on Parit H. Husin II street, Pontianak City with a height of 22.5 meters from the ground,reinforced concrete structure. The Medium Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMM) is used in the calculationof this building because the results of the Standard Penetration Test show that the building is erected on a soilwith soft conditions (site class SE) and is included in the Seismic Design category (KDS) C. In this method, theDouble System Method is used as the main structural system combined with shear walls. Earthquake loadplanning uses the 2017 Indonesian Earthquake Map by utilizing the response spectrum method in accordancewith the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 1726-2019. The load calculation method used follows the IndonesianNational Standard (SNI) 1727-2020 and the Planning and Loading Guidelines for Building Houses (PPPURG)1987, the need for structural concrete in building construction must meet the standards set out in SNI 2847-2019.The calculation results obtained the size of 1 type of plate 12 cm; 2 types of beams 37.5/55 cm, 30/40 cm; 1 typeof column 55/55 cm; staircase and balcony plates 12 cm, 3 types of foundations P3 250 x 250 x 70 cm - pile 9D30cm; P2 250 x 170 x 70 cm - pile 6D30 cm; P1 170 x 170 x 50 cm - pile 4D30 cm.Keywords: Reinforced concrete structure, Hotel, Earthquake resistant, Spectrum response, Dual system

Abstract

When carrying out a construction project activity, a construction management system is needed. ConstructionManagement includes management of project cost control (RAB), time (Schedule), human resources (HR),project occupational health safety management (SMK3L) and risk classification and control. Projectimplementation control must be carried out from the beginning of the work until the project work is completedso that construction management must be by the implementation. The results of the review of constructionmanagement planning for the construction of the NAPZA building were dominant in the implementation phase,especially in time control where the project construction process which was originally planned for 148 daysor approximately 22 weeks became 24 weeks. This resulted in the problem of processing time where the targetwas not achieved and resulted in delayed project work. Project implementation control must be carried outfrom the start of work until the project is declared complete so that during the project development processunwanted problems can be avoided. The construction management that will be applied to the NAPZA buildingcan make the project run well and according to the desired schedule.

Abstract

Amphiteater outdoor merupakan suatu bentuk ruang pertunjukan yang secara khusus dirancang untuk acara-acara seni dan budaya di alam terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain Amphiteater Outdoor menggunakan aplikasi atau perangkat lunak autocad dan sketchup. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk melatih keahlian mendesain denah menggunakan aplikasi autocad (2D) dan modeling menggunakan sketchup (3D). Hasil penelitian merupakan aplikasi atau perangkat lunak autocad dan sketchup merupakan aplikasi yang biasanya digunakan perencana untuk menggambar 2D dan 3D karena aplikasi ini mudah digunakan dan gampang di pahami. Abstract

This Final Project is a construction management planning that includes 5 aspects, namely starting from Cost Management, Time, Human Resources, Quality, and K3. This Final Project aims to enable the author to explore and understand more about the aspects of construction management planning. Construction management itself is a science that studies and practices the managerial and technological aspects of the construction industry. Construction management can also be interpreted as a business model carried out by construction consultants in providing advice and assistance in a development project. The planning method for construction management starts from collecting data on specifications, analyzing the unit price of work, and also based on the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR in 2022 to the instructions for implementing K3 in construction. Then the results of management planning can be concluded that the required cost budget, the duration of time used during construction, the number of workers involved in the construction project, the quality that ensures the quality of construction, and the prevention of potential hazards as a priority for Occupational Safety and Health.

Abstract

Pertambahan penduduk di Kota Pontianak yang semakin pesat, sedangkan lahan yang tersedia semakin terbatas mengakibatkan perumahan dan pemukiman penduduk menjadi padat dan sempit bahkan tergolong kumuh. Oleh karena itu, dianggap perlu adanya pembangunan rumah susun sederhana sewa dengan sasaran penghuninya yaitu masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah ke bawah di daerah tersebut yaitu di Jalan Tanjung Pura Kota Pontianak. Manajemen konstruksi menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam perencanaan pembangunan rumah susun sederhana sewa. Adapun data-data yang dikumpulkan antara lain data primer berupa observasi lapangan (luasan lahan) dan dokumentasi lapangan (foto) dan data sekunder yang berupa gambar rencana kerja, harga upah dan bahan (basic price) Kota Pontianak tahun 2022, AHSP berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah PUPR tahun 2022 dan literatur berupa buku dan e-book. Terdapat 5 aspek manajemen konstruksi yang akan dibahas yaitu manajemen biaya, manajemen waktu, manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), manajemen mutu, dan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Didapatkanlah hasil Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), rekapitulasi RAB, time schedule (kurva S dan bar chart), network planning dengan metode CPM, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, Spesifikasi mutu bahan dan alat, Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-syarat (RKS), kebutuhan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Kerja (APK), identifikasi risiko kecelakaan, dan biaya Rencana Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Kontrak (RK3K). Hasil dari perencanaan manajemen konstruksi telah didapatkan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp.21.308.817.000,00, rencana durasi waktu pekerjaan selesai selama 6 bulan berdasarkan time schedule atau 199 hari berdasarkan CPM, spesifikasi mutu dan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-syarat (RKS) menggunakan persyaratan umum berdasarkan data spesifikasi gambar rencana serta peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku, sumber daya manusia mendapatkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja terbanyak sebesar 48 orang, dan mendapatkan APD dan APK serta menghitung biaya RK3K sebesar Rp.77.984.000,00.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The construction of a 2-story health center in Boyan Tanjung District, Kapuas Hulu Regency is a strategy implemented in managing the process of building health facilities. This journal involves project management for the construction of a 2-story health center in Boyan Tanjung District. When planning construction management this project will produce work volume calculations, cost budget plans (RAB), bar charts, S curves, labor requirements tables, identification of potential hazards, personal protective equipment determination tables. As well as using appropriate and effective construction methods to encourage successful implementation. Judging from the methods used, namely secondary data in the form of work drawings, analysis of unit prices for work according to government regulations and housing prices, wages and materials according to mayoral regulations, and literature in the form of books and journals. The results of the planning method above, obtained a budget plan of Rp. 5,561,427,000.00, project work time plan for 14 weeks based on the S curve or ±98 calendar days, contains quality specifications and how to carry out each job as well as the tools and materials used, the maximum workforce required is 33 people, identification of potential hazards shows the level value severity and frequency of work accidents and requires a work safety plan cost of Rp. 45,968,250.00. Abstract

Building planning is very influential because it will produce a building that meets the requirements of being sturdy, economical and aesthetic in order to avoid building damage. Construction management is a very appropriate solution for planning cost, quality, time, and Human Resources (HR) as well as Occupational Safety and Health (K3) requirements. In management planning for a 5-storey shop building in Pontianak City, an analysis of the working drawings used as the object of management planning is carried out. So that job descriptions are obtained from working drawings to analyze cost management, quality management, time management by making a Time Schedule and S Curve, human resource management, and occupational health safety. In writing this Final Project the writer uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the processed data, the final results include a Budget Plan (RAB) of Rp. 2,585,448,000, the duration of the work was 24 weeks or 144 days, the project quality management made a quality checklist recapitulation in accordance with the standards, Human Resources (HR) obtained the results of the highest number of workers in the floor plate reinforcement work as many as 41 workers. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) obtained the results of risk control and the need for personal protective equipment that is in accordance with standards and requirements. Abstract

The number of intersections with adjacent intersections in Pontianak City raises its own problems, one of which is the signalized intersection on Jalan KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pontianak. The short - term strategy to overcome these problems is traffic management and engineering to improve traffic flow based on field condition evaluation . Data collection was carried out by means of direct surveys at both intersections. The data obtained is used to obtain the existing conditions which will be a reference in planning a new cycle time by taking into account the coordination theory. Meanwhile, in calculating to get the best performance at each intersection, it is done using the MKJI approach. The best performance at each intersection is then coordinated using the green time between intersections. The results of the analysis of the performance of the existing conditions show that the degree of saturation is DS = 0.86 for signalized intersection 4 and DS = 0.68 for signalized intersection 3 which are not too different from what MKJI requires, DS = 0.75 , but it is not comfortable and safe to go through. From the queue length (QL) at the four intersection of 288 meters > the distance between the intersections which is 200 meters apart, and also from the delay time (DQ) of 66.03 seconds > from the green cycle time of 25 seconds, After knowing the performance of the existing intersection, then create a new cycle time planning for both intersections. The new cycle time with the best performance will be used to coordinate the two intersections. Selection of the best cycle time by comparing the values ​​of the degree of saturation (DS), the length of the queue (QL), and the delay (Delay) from several alternatives that were carried out. From the results of the study, a new cycle time of 95 seconds was obtained. The offset time used is 36 seconds, and the bandwidth from East to West and from West to East is 16 seconds. With the new cycle time the performance values ​​of the two intersections get better because the average delay and queue length decrease, for intersection 4 (DS = 0.76; QL = 136 m; DQ = 67 seconds) and intersection 3 (DS = 0, 67; QL = 94.5 m ; DQ = 65.37 seconds),

Abstract

Concrete is the most important material in building construction, including bridges, piers and buildings.Concrete is the main raw material in construction nowadays, where wooden construction is starting to beabandonedThis research aims to evaluate the effect of using basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of geopolymerconcrete using KOH as an alkali activator. Geopolymer concrete is an environmentally friendly alternativeconstruction material, which replaces the use of portland cement with a geopolymeric binder. The addition ofbasalt fiber is expected to improve the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete, namely its compressivestrength.Stages of this research method involve making geopolymer concrete samples with varying compositions,including varying the concentration of KOH as the alkali activator and the percentage of basalt fiber added.These samples will be tested to evaluate their mechanical properties, namely compressive strength, and otherphysical properties. It is hoped that this research will result in a better understanding of the influence of theuse of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete. It is hoped that the results of thisresearch can become a basis for the construction industry to improve the performance of geopolymer concreteby using basalt fiber as reinforcement. Apart from that, this research will also provide new insights into the useof KOH as an alkali activator in geopolymer concrete. Currently, TKT in research has a value of 1, namelyformulating a geopolymer concrete mix design concept and the final target of the results of this research is todemonstrate scientific feasibility through analytical and laboratory studies, proof of concept and geopolymerconcrete products that meet construction material standards.Keywords: geopolymer concrete, basalt fiber, compressive strength, KOH, alkali activator.
