Abstract

The construction of the Bunker in the Radiotherapy Building is a project built with specific requirements, particularly in its Construction Management. To achieve the intended goals, it is essential to have a good management plan to ensure that the project construction yields effective, efficient, and economical results. In the Final Project, the author focuses on five elements of construction management; Cost : which deals with the calculation of the Implementation Budget Plan. Time ; Addressing the creation of a Network Planning using the Critical Path Method and a Time Schedule. Quality: Developing a standard quality control table. Health, Safety, and Environment: Establishing the classification and control of accident risks, determining Personal Protective Equipment, and specifying Safety and Health Work Procedures. The result of this Final Project is that the author can make Cost Management Planning, namely RAP with a cost of Rp. 7,741,778,071.76-. Time Management Planning includes a Time Schedule and NWP using the CPM, resulting in a duration of 11 weeks or 79 days. For Human Resource Management Planning, a total of 108 workers are required for all work items. Quality Management Planning is based on the quality (Qc) and quantity (Qa). Occupational Health and Safety Management System planning involves identifying hazards and controlling risks. The requirement for Personal Protective Equipment and Personal Protective Work Equipment can be determined based on hazard identification and risk assessment. Abstract

Improving school building facilities and infrastructure is very necessary because of the rapid development in the world of education. Building planning is very influential because it will produce a building that meets the requirements of being sturdy, economical and aesthetic in order to avoid damage to the building. Construction management is a very appropriate solution for planning the needs of cost, quality, time, and human resources as well as Occupational Safety and Health (K3). In planning the management of the Immanuel Elementary/Junior High School Building, Kubu Raya Regency, an analysis of the working drawings used as the object of management planning is carried out first. So that a job description is obtained from the work drawing to analyze cost management, quality management, time management by making a Network Planning using the Critical Path Method (CPM), human resource management, and occupational health safety management. In this write, the author uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of working drawings and field documentation, while secondary data is in the form of 2020 Unit Price Analysis (AHS), work plans and requirements (RKS), laws/government regulations, and literature. Based on the processed data, the final results include the Draft Budget (RAB) of Rp. 13,751,000,000 , the duration of the work is 228 days, project quality management is made an analysis of the quantity of work in which there are specifications for each job in detail and in accordance with existing guidelines and in accordance with standards, Human Resources (HR) results in the highest number of workers a lot for reinforcement work as many as 88 people and at least on the work of installing bolts and anchors, installing 12mm plates and installing 16mm plates on the roof as many as 2 people. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is the result of risk control and the need for personal protective equipment that is in accordance with standards and needs.

Abstract

Many factors encourage the formation of a slum area, especially those in the Sungai Kakap area, Kubu RayaRegency, West Kalimantan. Apart form the geographical location, most slum areas are also caused byinadequate facilities and infrastructure. A slum environment is defined as an environment that is not feasibleor not in accordance with spatial planning. The government’s limitations in providing and facilitatingfacilities and infrastructure make people choose their own alternatives to maintain their lives. The purposeand benefit of writing this research is as a medium for channeling the aspirations of the community aboutfacilities and infrastructure that are still not well realized, so that the are becomes a healthy, comfortable andbeautiful area. In conducting research, data such as primary and secondary data are required. Primary datais obtained form surveys or observations made by the author directly in the field, while secondary data isobtained through local government agencies or institutions. The results of this research area in the form ofstructuring road network infrastructure, structuring a clean water network using a 5 m3 water tank for apopulation 13000 people in the next ten years, structuring waste network infrastructure by calculating thevolume of community waste, the number of TPS needs and transporting waste using carts in the area understudy.

Abstract

Improving the facilities and infrastructure of the Village Hotel Building in the Se Wide District of Bengkayang Regency is very necessary because the construction of this building will greatly influence the activities in the Village Hotel Building in the Se Wide Subdistrict of Bengkayang Regency. This building planning is very influential because it will produce a building that meets sturdy, economical and aesthetic requirements in order to plan costs, time, quality, human resources and occupational safety and health (K3) requirements. In the management planning for the Hotel Building in the Selebar Village, Selebar Subdistrict, Bengkayang Regency, an analysis of the working drawings used for the management planning object was carried out first. So that job descriptions are obtained from working drawings to plan cost management, time management, quality management, human resource management using direct costs, and occupational health and safety (K3). In writing this final assignment the author used primary data and secondary data. Based on the data that the author has obtained, the final results include a planned cost budget (RAB), amounting to Rp. 15,555,978,000.00, work duration is 184 calendar days, quality management is made using a quality checklist table that is in accordance with standards, human resources (HR) are obtained for foundation reinforcement work. Abstract

Concrete is a composite material (mixture) of several materials whose basic binder consists of a combinationof fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and different additives in a particular mixture. Sand and gravelare fillers that are used together with a binder and water to form a dense, hard mixture. Sand and gravel inthe Mentebah area, Kapuas Regency has the potential because they are easy to obtain.This study aims to compare and determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete produced fromconcrete using gravel and river stone as a substitute for fine aggregate and coarse aggregate from mentebah.The research was conducted on cylindrical specimens measuring 30 cm high and 15 cm in diameter. The testscarried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days and 14 days. The test resultsat the age of 7 days for gravel and river stones cannot be used because they do not meet the procedures. Whilethe test results at the age of 14 days for gravel and river stones with sand and river stones broken have anaverage compressive strength of 16 MPa and 21.75 MPa.Keywords: Fine Aggregate (Sirtu), Coarse Aggregate (River Rock), Compressive Strength, Mentebah District

Abstract

The beach sand in the JawaiDistrict, Sambas Regency has the potential because of its availability in large quantities, namely 42.53 kmlong, quite a lot of sandy beaches and rocks in the hills of Ramayadi Village. This study aims to compare and determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete produced fromconcrete using beach sand as a substitute for fine aggregate that is treated (washed and not washed) and byusing coarse aggregate in the form of crushed stone from the South Jawai District, Sambas Regency. Theresearch was conducted on cube specimens measuring 15 cm long, 15 cm wide and 15 cm high.The tests carried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days and 14 days. Thetest results at the age of 7 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectively showed anaverage compressive strength of 114.0514 kg/cm2 and 153.9535 kg/cm2. While the test results at the age of14 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectively showed an average compressivestrength of 142.6046 kg/cm2 and 209.8392 kg/cm2.These instructions give you guidelines for preparing papers for Jurnal Retensi. Abstract

One of the reasons for the construction of the Kubu Raya Regency Tax Service Office building is because currentlyit still does not have a tax service office, the increasing population, the payment of taxes in Kubu Raya reallyneeds a tax service building, which currently has not been made by the local government. Therefore, structuralplanning and plan drawings are carried out. The planning for the building of the Tax Service Office Building isplanned for Jalan Arteri Supadio, Kubu Raya Regency. Therefore, to realize the building of the Tax Service OfficeBuilding, proper construction management is needed, so that this building can be realized. In the construction ofthe Tax Service Office Building, construction management is planned with methods in the form of a costmanagement system, time management, human resource management (HR), quality management, and safety,health, work (K3) management. Based on the results of the analysis above, the total cost of structural workobtained a value of Rp. 13,378,930,910.29. The time required for the completion of the structural work is 180calendar days. For quality planning in the form of quality control and specification tables. For human resourcemanagement in the form of a project organizational structure. And control of potential OHS hazards for each jobsuch as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The highest number of PPE are safety helmets, safety shoes, safetygloves, masks and marker vests. each with a total of 278.

Abstract

Observe from several urban districts in West Kalimantan they have a student dormitory as a form of local governmentsupport for the education of regional sons and daughters in Pontianak. The Landak Regency is no exception, which alsosupports the development of human resources through the construction of student dormitories in the Landak Regency.Landak Regency student dormitory will be built with 4 floors with a reinforced concrete structure. In the calculation ofthis building using the SAP 2000 application with SNI 2847-2013 for the calculation of reinforced concrete, and SNI1726-2019 for the calculation of earthquake resistance. From the calculation process, the thickness of the roof is not 12cm, floor plates 1-4 are found to be 13 cm thick. The dimensions of the beam (B1) are 25x40 cm, using field basereinforcement and 3D13 support reinforcement. For begel reinforcement, D8 reinforcement is used. The dimensions ofthe beam (B2) are 20x40 cm, using basic reinforcement for field reinforcement and support reinforcement, which is3D13. Column dimensions are 45x45 cm, using 12D16 main reinforcement. The foundation used is a pile foundationwith a depth of 20 meters with a pile dimension of 25x25 cm, and a pilecap dimension of 180 cm x 180 cm.

Abstract

This planning aims to plan a reinforced concrete structure for the Beji Apartment Building in Pontianak by implementing a Flat Slab system. The research methods used include data collection, structural pre-design, structural modeling with the ETABS program, structural analysis, structural control, reinforcement design using Excel, and building dimension drawings with the AutoCAD program. The Flat Slab system was chosen because of its advantages in construction efficiency and spatial flexibility. The planning was carried out based on the SNI 2847:2019 standard concerning Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Buildings. Structural analysis was carried out using ETABS and SpColumn software, which allows accurate load modeling and simulation. The results of the analysis show that the Flat Slab system is able to distribute the load evenly and provide adequate stability for multi-storey buildings. In addition, this system reduces the need for beams, thus adding to the aesthetics of the interior space of the building. From the results of the study, overall, the main structure of the building with the Flat Slab method (without beams) is able to withstand the loads that occur and is safe from punching shear failure which is something that can be risky in Flat Slab planning. Until now, there has been no use of Flat Slab structural system in Pontianak, so its application in this project can be a significant innovation in the development of construction in the region. The conclusion of this study is that the Flat Slab system is an efficient and effective choice for the construction of apartment buildings in areas with typical Pontianak soil conditions. Recommendations for further research are to test the performance of this system in earthquake load scenarios and evaluate the construction cost compared to other structural systems. Abstract

The author carried out construction management planning for the Public Service Mall building in Bengkayang Regency. Therefore, to realize the construction of the Public Service Mall Building, appropriate construction management planning is required, so that results are obtained that comply with the requirements.Therefore, the author plans a good construction project management system in an effort to expedite the construction of the Public Service Mall Building which is the title of this Final Assignment. The method used in discussing construction management is a management system for costs, quality, time, Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Safety and Health in work structures which include foundations, beams, columns, stairs and floor plates. Based on the results of the method analysis, it was found that the cost of preparing the work and structures required to complete the Public Service Mall Building project was IDR. 11.147.075.000,00 and can be completed within 26 weeks or 200 calendar days. For quality planning in the form of a quality checklist table. In Human Resources (HR) planning in the form of the number of labor requirements as a means for carrying out good work and in K3 management planning the plan is in the form of control and control of potential K3 hazards for each type of work for the need for PPE and APK.
