Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the causes of early marriage and its impact on women in the KUA Banjarejo District in 2021. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The problem that will be analyzed in this research is what factors cause early marriage and its impact on women. Based on research conducted by the author, it shows that the factors causing early marriage in Banjarejo District, Blora Regency, are caused by several factors, including Matchmaking Factors, Educational Factors, Economic Factors, Social Factors and Pregnancy Out of Wedlock. Meanwhile, the impact of early marriage on women in Banjarejo District is Loss of Adolescence, Divorce, Domestic Violence and Family Disharmony.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) know the role of the principal in the implementation of supervision at SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen; 2) knowing the efforts of the school principal in ensuring the effectiveness of the supervision program; 3) determine the implementation of supervision at SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen; 4) know the purpose of implementing Supervision at SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen;and 5) knowing the perceptions of SMAN 1 Ngawen’s Teachers on the implementation of supervision at SMAN 1 Ngawen’s. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen. This study uses a quantitative approach, and this study uses a descriptive qualitative research design. The population in this study were all teaching and academic staff at SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen. The sample ofthis research is the headmaster and teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen with a total of 50 people. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the qualitative data analysis technique. Qualitative research data is obtained continuously (triangulation) and is carried out always. The research results show that; 1) the implementation of the supervision program at SMAN 1 Ngawen, preceded by the monitoring process and then continued with the implementation of supervision after the supervision was carried out, an evaluation and follow-up process was carried out, 2) the Supervision program at SMAN 1 Ngawen aimed at monitoring/supervising, coaching and improving the learning process, 3) the principal of SMAN 1 Ngawen plays a vital role in supervision activities, 4) SMAN 1 Ngawen teachers' perceptions of supervision, namely having at least three views, namely supervision as an assessment tool, supervision as a coaching tool and supervision as areflection tool

Abstract

The background of this research is a fact that has occurred in the world of education, there are still many cases of material descriptions in Islamic Religious Education and Morals Education textbooks that are not in accordance with the level of development of students. And in middle school age coincides with adolescence. Adolescence is a period that attracts a lot of attention because of its distinctive characteristics and its decisive role in the lives of individuals in adult society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the personality development of students' attitudes in the Islamic Religious Education and Morals Education textbook and to analyze the lack of content of the VII grade Islamic Religious Education and Morals Education textbook at SMP PGRI Kuwu. In the research that will be carried out this method uses (Library Research) library research. And this type of research is (Field Research) field research is one of the studies carried out by researchers to collect data originating from backgrounds, social interactions, individuals, groups, communities, and so on. The data collection techniques used by the author are observation, interviews, and documentation From the results of the analysis of research conducted by researchers, the personality development of students' attitudes in the seventh grade Islamic Religious Education and Morals Education textbook at SMP PGRI Kuwu is appropriate, and the shortcomings include; on the theme of Al-Qur'an Hadith does not contain material about the law of reading nun sukun/tanwin and mim sukun/tanwin, then on the theme of Fiqh it does not contain various kinds of water because they do not really understand what water is used for purification. , then on the theme of Akidah Akhlak, the presentation of material about alAsmau'u al-Husna is still a little, only explaining four names, and on the theme of History of Islamic Culture does not contain material about the names of the wives and children of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the street vendors program in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of the context component; 2) determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Street Vendors Program in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of the Input component; 3) determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Street Vendors Program in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of the Process component; 4) determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Street Vendors Program in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of the Product component; 5) determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Street Vendors Program in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan on context, input, process, product. The research was conducted at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan. This study uses a quantitative approach and an evaluation research design. The population in this study were students, teachers, and industrial supervisors at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan totaling 240 people. The research sample was determined using a simple random sampling of 151 people. Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed by converting the raw score into a Z score (z-score) followed by a T score and then converted into the Glickman quadrant. The results showed that the implementation of the Field Work Practice (PKL) program at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of context obtained effective results (+), in terms of input obtained less effective results (-), in terms of process obtained effective results (+), in terms of the product obtained effective results (+). As a whole, a joint evaluation of the implementation of the Field Work Practice (PKL) program at SMK Khozinatul Ulum Todanan in terms of context, input, process, and the product obtained effective results (+ - ++).

Abstract

Analysis of Work Motivation and Islamic Leadership in Improving Employee Performance at Cv. Indonesia 100 Publishing. The purpose of this study are, First to determine work motivation in improving employee performance. Second, to find out Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. Third, to determine work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. With the results of research work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance if supported by several conditions: First, understand the basic process of motivation, needs models, action objectives and the influence of experience and expectations. Second, knowing the factors that renew motivation, the pattern of needs that drive towards the target and the circumstances in which these needs are met or not met. Third, Knowing that motivation cannot be achieved simply by creating a state of complacency can lead to complacency and weakness. Fourth, leadership is a one-way or reciprocal influence process to achieve obedience. Fifth, Islamic leadership can touch from various aspects of life such as how to make friends in companies, live in companies according to Islamic sharia and live as a state. Sixth, employee performance goals are a specific statement that explains the results that must be achieved, when and by whom the targets to be achieved are completed. Seventh, performance standards explain what managers expect from workers so that employees must understand them. Performance standards are the yardstick against which performance is measured to be effective

Abstract

This research aims to measure students' mathematical literacy abilities at SMP N 1 Tempel. This research uses a quantitative survey design method. The population of all 7th grade students at SMP N 1 Tempel by random sampling consisted of 63 students with high, medium and low abilities. Data collection was carried out with a test consisting of 10 questions about mathematical literacy in quantity content. The scoring model used in this research is the partial credit model (PCM) with 3 categories, namely 0,1,2. The data analysis used includes construct validity, content validity, level of difficulty, instrument reliability, and estimation of students' literacy abilities. Data analysis using the help of quest software and Ms. Excel 2010. The results of the research show that the mathematical literacy abilities of students at SMP N 1 Tempel in quantity content are in the medium category, namely in the range -1.77 to +0.33.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is very important for students, is no exception in mathematics. Students who have high learning motivation will have implications for good and satisfying learning outcomes. One of the learning models that is considered the most effective way to encourage students to be more enthusiastic about learning is reward and punishment. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the development of a mathematics-based mathematics learning model and punishment to increase motivation to learn in class VI MI Khozinatul Ulum Blora students? 2) How is a hypothetical mathematical learning model based on English and punishment. 3) How is the tested model of mathematics-based mathematics learning and punishment. The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze mathematical learning models based on rewards and punishments in increasing learning motivation. 2) To get a hypothetical design, the development of reward and punishment based mathematics learning models to increase learning motivation. 3) To analyze and obtain reward and punishment based mathematical learning models that are tested to increase learning motivation. 4) Mathematics-based reward and punishment based learning models to improve learning motivation. The method of research and development by developing a learning product that represents the findings and observations that have been made. R and D are done in key stages until it gets a test result across a key foundation for product production. The result of this study after fulfilling the steps is obtained a test model for follow-up with a hypothetical model's evaluation, including past analysis of the clumping process for the students' learning motivation. Later the test model became the basis for making the product of the study manual of reward and punishment for teachers.
