Abstract

AbstractStrategy of problem-based learning is a teaching strategy that is student-centered in a manner that exposes student to the various problems encountered in life to be analyzed and synthesized in an attempt to find solutions or answers. Experimental research design used is True Experimental Design with a pretest-posttest form Control Group Design. Populations are normal and have the same homogeneity thus making the two groups of samples using cluster random sampling technique. The data source of research is learners class XI IPS1 and XI IPS2 MA. Khozinatul ‘Ulum Blora Central Java, principals, teachers, employees and documents madrasah. The results showed that: There is the effect of problem-based learning strategies to motivate students; and there is the effect of problem-based learning strategies on learning outcomes students. In addition to increased student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects of the above, there is also an increase in the study of students in the affective and psychomotor aspects.Keywords: Problem-based learning, motivation, achievement.

Abstract

The role of the teacher as an educator began to shift to become a facilitator or tutor. Students are given the opportunity to discuss the teaching materials they have learned. This method makes students understand the teaching material better than if it is explained directly through the teacher's lecture. This is then applied to the student learning activities of MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida which are not found in any school in the world. Although this learning activity is still classified as a new learning model, the theoretical basis that constructs this activity is quite strong and scientific. No wonder the principal and the head of the foundation still maintain this activity as one of the leading activities that will continue to be evaluated and improved from time to time. This learning activity is called the Student Corner. Therefore, the researcher was inspired to conduct research to explain how the Student Corner Learning Model, Activities and develop student learning corners at MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a multi-site study design.This study obtained the results, namely First, it can simply be concluded that the learning model applied to the Student Corner is the implementation of Active Learning. However, Active Learning has not been able to represent the so-called Student Corner. Because basically Student Corner is just the name of a learning program that has been modified by MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida. While Active Learning is a name for learning theory. Second, the Student Corner learning activities include; a) students' creativity which is continuously stimulated every day through the making of Mind Mapping. b) students are trained in delivering the subject matter. 3) students' self-confidence increased dramatically after being trained regularly in each presentation. Third, Student Corner learning activities are constructed from three theories; Constructivist, Cognitivistic and Mind Mapping. Constructivistic theory teaches students how to build knowledge independently. Then Cognitivistic theory teaches the importance of a learning process rather than results. While the Mind Mapping theory teaches students to think creatively and makes it easier for students to absorb information in a creative note.

Abstract

The economic development of pesantren is one of the trends in the current era. This study aims to determinine the role of Bu Nyai in the economic development of pesantren in South Sumatra. Researchers examined psantren that have businesses in the fashion sector. By using qualitative research methods, researchers obtained the following results: 1) Bu Nyai as business leader is responsible for strategic management and fashion business operations. 2) The fashion bisiness can meet the needs of pesantren and school uniform, and contribute to improving the overall infrastructure and facilities. 3) Bu Nyai`s role has a positive impact on the economic development of pesantren, namely improving the welfare of student by empowering students through pesantren business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAIBP) dengan tema menjauhi miras, judi, dan pertengkaran di SMP Negeri 2 Jepon. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa kelas VIII-C. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu pengukuran kreativitas awal (pretest) dan implementasi PjBL dengan penugasan proyek pembuatan poster, diikuti pengukuran kreativitas akhir (posttest). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala Likert dengan 30 item pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor kreativitas dari 57,75 pada pretest menjadi 78,75 pada posttest, dengan kenaikan sebesar 21 poin atau 36,4%. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa PjBL efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAIBP untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa sekaligus mendukung pembentukan karakter positif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pendidikan dengan menegaskan bahwa PjBL tidak hanya relevan di mata pelajaran umum, tetapi juga dalam pendidikan agama. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan sampel lebih luas, menambahkan kelas kontrol, serta memanfaatkan metode pengukuran lain seperti observasi dan penilaian produk guna meminimalkan bias dari self-report scale.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of TPACK in Islamic Religious Education for eighth graders at SMP Negeri 2 Tunjungan Blora and identify the supporting factors and obstacles faced by teachers and students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with informants consisting of Islamic Education teachers, the principal, and selected students. Information was collected through question and answer sessions. It was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, which includes reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing to ensure data validity. The results indicated that teachers successfully integrated interactive digital media, pedagogical methods, and PAI materials in an integrated manner, thereby increasing student motivation, engagement, and understanding. The obstacles encountered were mainly related to limited laboratory facilities and internet networks. This study confirms that the implementation of TPACK can be an effective strategy for developing technology-based PAI learning, supporting teacher innovation, and strengthening students' religious character in the digital age.ABSTRAKStudi ini diarahkan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi TPACK dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tunjungan Blora, dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan informan berupa guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa terpilih. informasi dikumpulkan melalui sesi tanya jawab. kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berhasil mengintegrasikan media digital interaktif, metode pedagogis, dan materi PAI secara terpadu, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman siswa. Hambatan yang dihadapi terutama terkait dengan fasilitas laboratorium yang terbatas dan jaringan internet. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi TPACK dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran PAI berbasis teknologi, mendukung inovasi guru, dan memperkuat karakter religius siswa di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAIBP) berbasis Multiple Intelligences (MI) di SMP Negeri 1 Sulang, Kabupaten Rembang, dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus serta data kuantitatif pendukung melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada 124 siswa. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dua guru PAIBP, dan tiga siswa perwakilan kelas VII–IX. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi RPP, dan analisis angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi berbasis MI telah diterapkan secara adaptif, namun belum sistematis, dengan penekanan pada kecerdasan interpersonal, musikal, dan kinestetik melalui diskusi kelompok, simulasi nilai, permainan edukatif, dan nasyid. Guru dan siswa memberikan respons positif karena strategi ini meningkatkan keterlibatan, pemahaman konseptual, dan internalisasi nilai moral. Faktor pendukung mencakup komitmen kepala sekolah, kesadaran guru terhadap keragaman gaya belajar, serta sarana ruang belajar yang memadai. Adapun kendala utama meliputi minimnya pelatihan MI, keterbatasan fasilitas, padatnya kurikulum, dan belum adanya instrumen pemetaan kecerdasan siswa. Penelitian ini menawarkan model praktis integrasi teori MI dalam pembelajaran PAIBP yang sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sejarah Peradaban Islam di sekolah menengah sering masih didominasi metode ceramah, sehingga membuat siswa kurang aktif dan berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Inovasi media pembelajaran diperlukan agar siswa lebih tertarik, interaktif, serta mampu memahami materi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media board game Perkembangan Peradaban Islam di Dunia terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam materi Sejarah Peradaban Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Jepon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design) tipe pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 60 siswa kelas X yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen menggunakan media board game dan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 50 soal yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen mencapai 80,20, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 73,87, dengan selisih 10,33 poin. Penerapan board game terbukti membuat siswa lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, serta lebih mudah memahami materi perkembangan Islam di Asia dan Eropa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media board game berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Selain meningkatkan aspek kognitif, penerapan media ini juga berdampak pada keterampilan sosial, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, board game dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran inovatif yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of deep learning over the past decade has generated significant breakthroughs across various domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, and robotics. Despite its success, several scientific gaps remain, particularly regarding robustness, interpretability, scalability, and multi-modal integration. At the same time, Indonesia is undergoing an educational transformation through the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum), which emphasizes student autonomy, personalized learning, and contextualized pedagogy. Philosophically, these principles align with the notion of “deep learning” in education—learning that is mindful, meaningful, and sustainable. However, challenges such as teachers’ limited readiness, unequal infrastructure, and inconsistent implementation across schools hinder the realization of these ideals. This study employs a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach, relying on document analysis of scholarly literature, policy documents, and empirical studies. Data analysis follows content analysis procedures to identify, categorize, and interpret themes related to deep learning’s technological and pedagogical dimensions. Findings highlight that while deep learning technologies require more robust, transparent, and resource-efficient designs, their educational parallel—deep, reflective learning—faces constraints in teacher training, assessment practices, and local contextualization. To address these challenges, the study proposes strategies for integrating deep learning principles into Kurikulum Merdeka through systematic teacher capacity-building, student-centered learning approaches, blended learning models, authentic assessment, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Theoretically, this research contributes to the interdisciplinary discourse linking artificial intelligence and curriculum reform. Practically, it provides recommendations for enhancing teacher competencies, instructional models, and policy support to ensure that the integration of deep learning fosters effective, high-quality, and sustainable education in 21st-century Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sintesis antara konsep pendidikan moderat dan multikultural menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dalam karyanya Jawad Ridlo dengan perspektif filsafat pendidikan George R. Knight, khususnya dalam pendekatan idealis. Imam Al-Ghazali menekankan pentingnya pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai manusia kamil , yaitu manusia sempurna dalam aspek spiritual, moral, dan intelektual, yang akhirnya mengantarkan manusia kepada ma'rifatullah (pengetahuan tentang Tuhan). Sementara itu, George R. Knight melalui pendekatan idealisnya berfokus pada pengembangan potensi intelektual dan moral individu, untuk mencapai cita-cita kebenaran, keindahan, dan kebaikan. Artikel ini mencoba untuk mensintesis kedua pandangan tersebut, dengan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun berasal dari tradisi yang berbeda, baik Ghazali maupun Knight memiliki pandangan yang saling melengkapi. Keduanya menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendidikan sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan potensi manusia secara utuh, baik dalam aspek spiritual (Ghazali) maupun secara intelektual dan moral (Knight). Sintesis ini menawarkan pandangan holistik tentang pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan pengembangan spiritual, moral, dan intelektual dalam konsep pengembangan pendidikan moderat dan multikultural sebagai jalan menuju kesempurnaan manusia.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays an important role in shaping students' attitudes and understanding. However, students' lack of attention during the learning process in class often results in suboptimal learning outcomes. This study was designed to analyze the impact of implementing the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on the learning achievement of seventh-grade students in subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Jepon. The approach used was quantitative, with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample included two classes, namely the experimental class that received the TPS model intervention and the control class that used conventional learning methods. The data collection tool was an achievement test, while data analysis was performed using an independent t-test. The results showed that the Sig. value (two tails) of 0.000 was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The average learning score in the experimental class reached 78.42, while in the control class it was 71.42, with an increase of 7 points. These results prove that the TPS model is effective in improving student understanding and engagement. Therefore, Islamic Education teachers can adopt TPS as an interactive learning strategy that facilitates collaboration among students and supports continuous improvement in learning achievement.ABSTRAKPendidikan Agama Islam berperan penting dalam membentuk sikap dan pemahaman siswa. Namun, kurangnya perhatian siswa selama proses pembelajaran di kelas sering kali mengakibatkan hasil akhir belajar yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Jepon. Pendekatan atau metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain quasi eksperimen berupa pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian meliputi dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang mendapat intervensi model TPS dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Alat pengumpul data adalah tes hasil belajar, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Rata-rata nilai belajar pada kelas eksperimen mencapai 78,42, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 71,42, dengan peningkatan sebesar 7 poin. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa model TPS efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru Pendidikan Islam dapat mengadopsi TPS sebagai strategi pembelajaran interaktif yang memfasilitasi kolaborasi antar siswa dan mendukung peningkatan prestasi belajar secara berkelanjutan.
